Awful service...The owner and workers were very rude. As a former regular, I will happily never be coming back..just honestly support the New Milford or Bergenfield location 7-Eleven, its 24/7 too

Emoloyees are kinds good location but the owner is very rude. He takes business like personal. He does bring his bad day to work. What a shame.

The employees at this 7-11 are great, theyre extremly friendly, helpful and what seems like to always be in a good mood, they keep the place clean, the coffee fresh and you literally cant find anything in expired in the store. Overall it is the best 7-11 In the area

It does not matter if I go into the 7-Eleven location at 3 in the afternoon or 3 in the morning the employees here always have the same smile on my face, its nice to be able to see that everyday

I went there tonight and my mom had to use the restroom she asked nicely and i asked nicely but the old bald indian guy was extremely rude even though i pass by there buying from time to time. I know its not illegal for him to deny her restroom access but seriously what a douche thing to do. His always very rude.

If you are looking to buy 7-Eleven gift cards they do not have any at this 7-Eleven. very strange indeed.

I pretty much live off of convenience stores for food and drink, and 7-Eleven stores are my usual stops thanks to the uniformity of selections between locations. There are four near my home, but this particular one in Dumont on Madison Ave stands out for their excellent service. The employees are extremely personable, cheerful, and willing to make you happy. Theres a 7-Eleven in New Milford and another in Bergenfield where some of the employees are either blah, cranky, or even hostile, but the Dumont staff is bright and lively, even when some of them have been working long hours. Even if theres a long line of customers Ive noticed they try to personalize each persons visit. And I cant appreciate enough their willingness to make anything on the grill fresh to serve. Other 7-Elevens are more than happy to sell you shriveled up wings that are hours old. Needless to say, every time I step out I leave feeling happier than when I walked in. Parking is pretty limited, especially when the delivery trucks come in, but other than that, this is my favorite place to get a quick snack and will be visiting on a regular basis.

Make sure you check the sandwiches and everything since some of them are expired. I told the manager And he did not care at all. He’s answer was to complain to the department.
