I had a rush request for printing some obituaries, like I needed them less than an hr. These people were EXTREMELY kind enough to make it happen. Everyone stopped what they were doing to take care of my dire need. I truly appreciate them understanding my situation and coming through for me. Im grateful to God I found this company online through the Google search!!

Gary has been my go to printer for 30+ years. Always been very consiencious and dedicated to making my print jobs the very best they could be. Could I have gotten the work done cheaper elsewhere? Probably. Maybe. But I have never known someone in any other business experience, that even though I may not use their service for two years, when I walk in they greet me by name and treat me like it was just yesterday. Gary has always treated me this way. 👍👍

Im confused as to why the word quality is in the name of this company and yet the customer service was so atrocious. Big D might quote you a good price but, buyer beware, that the quote may change on you, it may take many days of wasted time to get the straight quote, and worst of all, you will likely suffer insulting accusations of being a lier. If you have a lot of time and money to waste this is your vendor.I called and received a quote from the owner, Gary, on 12 yard signs. The following Monday, after looking into other quotes and speaking with my client, I called to place my order. As we discussed how to email the images it became clear that Gary quoted me on 12 of the same yard signs and I was printing 12 different yard signs. His exact words were This is how I run into problems quoting people over the phone. He then urged me to send the images over to allow him to have a look. I was hopeful thinking These are all black and white signs Im sure that will influence the price. He said he would call me back after he received them. I made an inconvenient trip home from work to retrieve and email the images. I then waited for a call that never came. Day 2: Tuesday I called Gary and asked again about the signs. He replied that I didnt leave a number in the email so he was unable to call. I take partial blame for this but the calling back was his idea in the first place and, as the business provider, he should have taken my number upon his initial suggestion. He was with clients at the time of our conversation and after leaving him my number he agreed for the second time to call back. That call never came. Day 3: Wednesday I attempted to reach them three times leaving messages with my number the first two times before I was successful on the third attempt. Remember this is me calling him never him calling me (only promising to). Gary then told me that he had been mislead as he gave me my initial quote and then proceeded to quote me a price that was DOUBLE my original quote. No apologies for the miscommunication. When I explained for the third time that I had no intent on misleading him and I never said there was only one image, Gary blamed me by explaining that the fault couldnt possibly lay with him as he has been in this business since [he] was 11 years of age. This exchange I found to be quite insulting.In hindsight, I can imaging that 90 percent or more of people ordering yard signs probably order multiples of the same image but Big D Printing made big mistakes by:1. Not asking if they were quoting for one image before providing the quote2. Wasting my time by having me send over images when they knew the price as soon as they knew the images varied3. Being so unprofessional as to tell a client that you plan to call them back without having taken down their phone number4. (The most VEXING) Gary blamed ME several times in our conversations. I was blamed for not leaving my number and subsequently he repeatedly used the term mislead as he spoke about the earlier quote as if I was wasting my own time on purpose.I can see where there was confusion but the customer is always right. I never expected them to lose money and stick to the original quote despite the misunderstanding, but this whole thing was handled unprofessionally and disgracefully. Big D Printing is officially off my vendor list and you would be wise to do the same.
