I’ve been working with JZ Embroidery a few months now & every piece has been grade A. I told them I was launching a clothing line & they helped make it a reality. They have great turnaround time & competitive prices for superior work.. search no more, JZ embroidery is it!

I brought a single item to be embroidered on 6/21/2021 with just 4 letters. I had to wait until he, manager/owner to get off the phone to be assisted and then spent 20 minutes detailing my expectation. I understand businesses and the caseload. He told me to expect it to be completed on Monday, 6/28/2021. I asked if anyway it could be completed any earlier. He advised me to call on Friday to check on status. So, I called Friday 6/25/21 and the receptionist advised me to call back at 3pm. I called at 3 pm and the phone switched over to voicemail and I was unable to leave a message as the mailbox was full. I called back on Saturday, 6/26/21; again unable to leave message as mailbox was full. Help me understand the business ethics. Monday, 6/28/21 I received a call from the company thinking they were calling to say my item was ready for pick; that was NOT the case. The manger/owner stated for me to come 10 minutes prior to pickup and wait for my item to be completed. My expectations were NOT MET. I felt that my request was disregarded as not important or a serious matter. I am very disappointed in the service and the customer service.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The WORST customer service I’ve ever had. Rude, helped multiple customers in front of me, got frustrated with his job and was just completely unprofessional. They shouldn’t be open to service anybody. Somebody literally walked in and came to pick up his order that was never made that he placed a week prior.I hate businesses like this. Good luck if you go to them. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Jz Embroidery has been our choice for embroidery since we had our first hat done. Ali is very friendly and knows the industry very well. Our main service is a logo about 5 cm tall and has small letters -- this was no problem and the result is very great quality with tight stitching in even the smallest letters. Prices are the best around. Highly recommend this business.

I have loved working with Ali and Jz Embroidery. I needed hats embroidered for my business and he was very professional and helpful. He not only made sure that we received appropriate stitching (which wasn’t the case from the other company we receivers samples from) and was able to turn them around very quickly to us. I have had two awful experience here. They are not about the customer but about taking your money by charging high prices for not so quality shirts (I have proof). They do not listen to what you want just thinks what you want puts it together and if you don’t like how it came out he justifies his argument by saying “that’s what you said you wanted.” And he will NOT give you a refund of your money. He will argue with you to keep your money. He would literally not refund my money. Make sure you are careful with this business. Business ethics at this place are poor.

Very nice and patient. I am so last minute and they took great care of me in spite of the troubles I had trying to get there. Meaning, I took a cap and gown to him to put a logo on it. I couldn’t leave it that day because I wanted to add something to the sleeves from a tailor. The tailor took forever with the gown just for something so small. Finally when I get back to this place, I was out of time. They took care of this gown in no time and with love. I love it here and will be doing business here again very soon. Customer service was off the chain!!!!!! A1 service all around!!! Thank you guys ❤️

I had a fairly large order with a tight turnaround for custom embroidery. The owner was very open about the process and gave me plenty of options along with recommendations. I chose not to do the exact color match with my company logo (due to the timeline) but they were able to get it almost perfect. The logos came out very clean, smooth and tight with no loose strands at all. The price was extremely reasonable not even taking into account the quality, professionalism and turnaround of my order. Bring your business here you will definitely not regret it at all!

JZ Embroidery has been doing outstanding, professional and fast but accurate work for me for years now. Every time I need good custom professional embroidery work, Ali is the only person I see. He once gave me a tour of his work room and I was immediately impressed with all the equipment he has to work with. I have no doubt there is no job too big for him. I work with an organization called Youth For The Nations (YFN) and we have been going to him to get our hats embroidered for a couple of years. They are kind, hospitable, and very quick.They greet you with a smile and ask if you would like something cold to drink on a hot sunny day. Plus the quality of their work is 10/10.

I took my North Face backpack here to have my monogram embroidered on the front. The owner was very nice and personable, and he took his time working with us to come up with a font and design that I was happy with. It was $20 for a 3.5x4in design, but totally worth every penny. The product turned out even better than I expected and my bag was ready just a few days later. I would definitely recommend J Z Embroidery and will continue to use them in the future.

I work for a large healthcare organization that just started their wound care program. Currently we have two wound care nurses and to get 6 polo shirt embroidered with the companys logo and nurses name was very expensive through the usual embroider used by our organization because of the size of the order. I found JZ embroidery online and they had good reviews so I tried them. I am VERY pleased with the job they did at a very reasonable price. Ive gotten many compliments on my shirt. I was so impressed with their work that I suggested that they be considered for future embroidery orders large and small by my organization.

They put my item in the wrong place and the wrong size lettering. It was twice the size, not just a little bigger. We had discussed what i wanted multiple times when I originally brought the item in. He didnt write it down. I picked it up from the same guy that I had gone over the design and left it with. He said when the guy that was woking on the order asked where to place it he couldnt remember so he said wherever it was easier for the guy. He had taken my phone number which was on the invoice so could have easily called to ask. His response was basically too bad it is permanent and since I paid for it up front I had not recourse other than to write reviews. I would think size, location and color are three items that would be important to make sure are correct and 1 out of 3 is unacceptable and if you have a question ask dont assume or guess.

I must say, JZ Embroidery helped me so much! I was in a bind with no shirts that I should have had a very long time ago. Having to have them in 5 days, JZ came through for me and the product was great! Not only did he have them for me, they were done in plenty of days before my customer needed them! Others were telling me that there were issues with this and that and when I got my shirts, they had done nothing. They made it simple, showed me what it would look like and I felt assured they would get it done. Also they made sure to call me if there were questions, versus printing and then giving me what I did not ask for! Now I know who to go to, and get this, they are open a few hours on Saturday, which is a huge plus! Please note, they do work for many people outside this area too.
