Mr. Tingle (Duncanville Glass) is very experienced and did a great job replacing glass in a broken window. Also, replaced a couple of broken screens. He is a very nice man, very knowledgeable and very professional. Also very reasonable in his prices and timely service. He is a one-man shop so he can take some time to return calls if he is very busy, but he always gets in touch. I recommend him without reservation and definitely will use him again for glass repair and screens.

Our yard guy shattered one of our tempered glass windows to our bathroom and Duncanville glass came to the rescue. They came out gave us a quote, got the measurements and ordered the glass. He did an awesome job and we were very satisfied.

My new window was ordered and received same day (although not sure if that’s typical; product could’ve been in stock) and installed next day. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. It took me three calls to get someone to come out to do an estimate and an additional 4 calls to get someone to agree to do the repairs. I decided to go with a company that valued my business and gave the least bit about my families safety..I have a HUGE hole in my window.If I could I would give zero stars.
