Produce was great! Every thing is priced for food stamp purchasing. How does earl Campbell links cost 6.99 all other stores costs about 3.00. I question you have to know the culture of using food stamps?

I normally frequent here for my tortillas and sauces and the service is pretty decent. However, today I received some of the worst service by Octavia, one of the managers who was working the register today. I was speaking with a customer behind me in line & asked her a question. She wasnt sure herself so politely asked the cashier if he could answer our question. He looked up, put his hand in the air as if to tell her to shut up and turned away. We both looked at each other like did that really just happen? Absolutely horrible customer service, and this is Christmas Eve. I guess there is a GRINCH everywhere. Smh. This will make people shop elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised by the meat department. I purchased the freshest catfish fillets. I also bought pork chops that were very good. Prices are comparable to other markets only fresher.

For most part the store is okay but there is a really BAD smell coming from the back part of the store right by the meat area right were they go to their back room. Is not the first time that we go an the smell is there. It just doesnt give you a lot of confidence buying meat when the bad smell is there.

Terrible customer service! The cashier literally gave me my change in such a bad mood and manner. También aventó la canasta como si le hubiera hecho algo. I love this grocery store but cmon train your employees to have better customer service. If she was mad about being at work then stay home and don’t bring your negativity to work and if something bothered you about the customer then just kindly let the customer know. Don’t just slam their change and other things around.

Clean, well laid out, a large meat market/deli counter in the back and a good selection of Mexican products with the best prices in town on some produce like LIMES and LEMONS. Please dont miss the in-store fresh made tortillas of several varieties. Careful parking here; its busy, but is not overcrowded inside.

My wife went to go get some meat for dinner and the employees and supervisors on shift Friday October 23 around 6 pm were saying they don’t cut the meat for customers yet every single grocery paper says “ le cortamos la carne al gusto “ something along those lines which translates to “we cut meat to your preference “ then ! Claudia in the meat tried to be slick and charge my wife for a different type of meat because they cut it for her 🙃 which was almost double the price ! So we returned the meat to Claudia and left . Company time and profit lost . Besides cheating Paisa’s with over priced milk and eggs ( yeah we noticed, news will be hearing about this price gouging ) they are thieves .

Really bad customer service the chicharrones were old and extra greasy I bought also some products from the dairy area and they had this funky smell, Ive been to other Monterey markets and this is the worst one, nex time Ill just go somewhere else

For authentic Mexican meats and produce this a great place. If you need a cactus to make a meal there are several different types. There is a tortilla line for fresh tortillas and theres also a great bakery on the premises.

Only problem I see here is that though majority of the stuff that they have in their store is in Spanish. I think it would greatly benefit consumers if there were English translations with the food. Otherwise everything else is great. Allot of fresh meat, seafood, regular and marinated. Fresh tortillas, hot sauce, and many choices of Hispanic imported foods, ice cream, etc. They have fresh fruits and vegetables, and very large avacados too. Definitely with a few visits.

This is a great store! Very clean and organized. They have a great meat counter and the best fresh tortilla! This is where we shop for Mexican food in Duncanville.

They have to have better customer service the cashiers dont acknowledge the customers and talking on their phones they need to learn how to thank and greet customers

Best marinated tablitas!!! Not the best store to go grab basic “American” things because the prices are higher but for basic Hispanic ingredients it’s a good place to go. LOVE the giant avocados. The best I’ve ever had. Great tortillas. The only bad thing is the location so be careful when going late at night or alone because people in the parking lot are very suspicious in that area.

Great prices. This is where to buy tortillas. Most places use cheap wrapping so they dry out. These tortillas are great and dont get stale in the fridge.

The best marinated fajita meat around! Tortillas are incredibly fresh, made in front of you, & hot. Horchata at the restaurant area is great. Produce & bakery items are always good.

Every time I come to this store, the people in the meat dept make you wait! They act like they dont see you and have you standing there until there good and ready to help you. That needs to be improved customer service is very important!!
