From Beginning To End...Regina Upshaw went FAR AND BEYOND! She was very knowledgeable with the online services offered, when my phone was about to power off she got out her phone and proceeded to complete my rental agreement because the store didnt have any power due to the ice storm. This one of the best kept secrets in Dallas. Stacey and Donna are the friendliest managers who genuinely care about their customers. The facility is maintained to the utmost and, since I arrived in 2003, Ive never had a security issue. In a ratings comparison, this location would be the CLEARLY OUTSTANDING and the rest would be average!

This storage facility provided me with the best storage experience Ive ever had. The manager is always nice and professional. She even worked with me when I was in between jobs. The property was always clean and neat. The other workers in the office were great also. Should I need another storage, Ill be back.
