There are a variety of purchase/payment ranges, product availability-furniture, electronics, even hidden gems thAt hang on ur shoulder, and quick convienent delivery times. The manager of this store, Charmaine, is pleasant and informative and she is great to do business with. So much so my family has been a continuous customer for 8 years.

Great place to get some wonderful merchandise at reasonable rates. Friendly staff. Their special events are awesome.

They were very helpful from the moment I stepped in. I wanted something specific and they kept trying to find it for me. I ended up getting a great deal on a sectional that I can pay off in 6 months. I love it.

The manager Keith I believe is his name was very rude when I had a family emergency and try to explain that to him very insensitive to what I was going through. And they sold me a heater that was deliver to me without a box. And now does not work and it hasnt been a year since I bought it. When I call to see how can they help me they said they can not do anything because I already paid it off ($300!) Worse experience I had. NEVER making business with rent a center again.

***BEWARE*** DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION***I would give 0 stars if I could. I received pre approval online along with a $15 first week coupon. Went to the location to rent a couch. The lady told me she couldnt honor the coupon but could take $15 off my total couch price (thanks). Fine, ok. Set up delivery for the following weekend. At the end of my set up, their printer wouldnt work (ran out of ink). They asked if they could bring my contract at time of delivery. Fine? OK? They show up on time and deliver the couch, I signed the agreement.Three days later they call one of my contacts to tell them I defaulted on my contract?They couldnt call me for payment? Or to ask what was happening?I paid $6x.xx at the time I placed my order, they want $120 today because I defaulted on my contract and Ive had the couch for exactly 6 days??!I placed the order and paid my dues on May 10thCouch was delivered on May 18thMy payment was due May 17th?I didnt sign/receive the contract until May 18th and have still not received MY COPY of the contract..Basically, if you order in advance, you have to pay for the weeks you dont even have the furniture. Also, they will not honor any deals/coupons sent by rent a center because they are a private franchise. They have no desire to actually help anyone, they are there to make pennies charging fees to poor people.Go to price busters furniture by east point mall, they will work with financing, its new (NOT USED/dirty) furniture, and they actually try to help, not screw you over for a few extra dollars. I wouldnt recommend this dundalk rent a center location to anyone.
