Unfortunately I have to give this company a negative 1 if that existed. I had called over a week to schedule an appointment for today 2/26, spoke with Josh a couple of times as we were coming from far (50 mins drive). Josh scheduled us for 9am today. I even called Josh at 830am to ensure we adhered to the 9am schedule as my son was the one taking the car to replace the windshield and had an exam 12noon. Josh had assured me numerous times it will take 1.5 hours as I had called to make sure we adhered to time. His assistant even called me to ensure I will be there 9am. Well, my son and my husband got there 9am on the dot. There was no assurance after they got there that they were going to be done 1.5 hours as told to me on the phone numerous times and Josh was super offish. He was more like if you cant wait, I cant do anything and we were welcome to leave and reschedule on Monday. And they left, trust me, my husband is the most patient and friendliest person but he said no way. 1 less business opportunity to them. They lack transparency and reflected they wanted to bite more than they could chew. Josh claimed someone called in sick today but he had the opportunity to tell me this before my family got there and he failed to do so.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.....the replaced the glass on my rare drop top Volvo...and honestly had the chance to overcharge me especially since most shops wont even touch my car.. however they told me where I could purchase my glass and saved money... theyre polite and professional.The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the price I was charged for labor was higher than I was originally quoted..but still it wasnt too high so I will give 4 stars

I was stressed about my windshield as it had scratches all over the inside. I was looking around but places costed 230 or above. I called this place and they ordered my windshield and got me in that day for only $179!!!! This place had such good prices to beat! I made an appointment for 12:30 but I called back to see if they could take me earlier and they got me right in as soon as I arrived at 11:30. It only took around 30 minutes! Quick and such a money savor really nice staff and really good work !

I have had great luck with windshields from this place. I am in an industry which gathers chips and cracks in my windshields and these windshields have stood up to the test. I will go back to this place all the time for my windshield.

They did an OK job replacing the windscreen, but stood in the engine bay and damaged the coolant tank. There was no issue when we drove the truck into their store, but the second we drove the truck out it was leaking coolant. It is clear they did the damage and they are unfortunately not willing to accept any responsibility for their actions. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AUTO GLASS NOW! In addition, we reached out to their corporate offices and have received ZERO response.

I went to the store to get a quote an. Gave the guy my Vin said my glass was ordered. I took off half a day from work to make my appointment I get there an I was told the technician couldnt replace my windshield on my type of vehicle.

Got my windshield replaced good service pretty quick too. Price wasn’t to bad definitely cheaper than some places. 3 stars cause they could have at least cleaned up at least little after he was done. Car seats and floors was a mess. On top of that he didn’t glue my trim back down now that would have been nice if he did I mean he did take it off... now I have to go out spend more money to get the glue and glue it back now.

Ive been here twice in the past three years. The first time to replace a windshield on my car for inspection, the staff was very quick, very good at what they do and great prices. Crystal clear glass when I got it back and great warranty on the service. The second time I had my quarter panel glass replaced after a break in and it was much cheaper than expected. The staff was very courteous and worked as quickly as they could. Clean up and all was about an hour to an hour and a half. I will come back here everytime because theyre the best around.

Credit customer service I was told that it would take about 2 hours or so for them to complete the work but it was done within an hour tops no more than an hour I was in and out and made it to work on time I highly recommend them

I literally waited for two & a half hours for No Service; after having a appointment. I even ask the guy would you like me to comeback. He said no they ready to pull it up soon. I waited some more at this point I’m frustrated. The employee got mad at me cause I asked for my keys backs and then going to say are you coming back. Just poor communication & customer service. Then I’m outside getting hounded by crackheads. WHAT A DAY.

They didnt replace any if the one time use retaining clips on my trim. Instead used adhesive to FILL the spaces to stick it on. I figured it out on one of the pieces and fixed it. Didnt realize they did it all the way around. Had a piece come off on the highway. Had to pay 160$ for the top trim. Will never use them again.

Auto Glass Now of Dundalk is amazing! I called 1st thing on a monday and was told they could get me in that afternoon. I ended up dropping off my car for the repair and was happily surprised to get s call 2 hours later that it was already done. The ladies at the desk are really friendly. My rear windshield looks great and the price couldnt be beat.

I called them to get a quote for a windshield for a 2017 Honda Civic. It was half the price of safelite. I took my car to them and waited a little over 1.5 hours. No issues with it. No wifi in waiting room is the only downside so I couldnt work while waiting. I brought a book instead Very happy with the service

My son was having his windshield replaced in his car and asked me to pick him up.As I was looking to replace my windshield this gave me an opportunity to price the job for my truck. When Estell gave me a price, she said we can have your windshield here by one oclock. I said I will drop my truck off when my sons car is done. Thats what we did. The truck was done that afternoon and I picked it up. Upon arriving home I noticed an issue with the install. Went back the next morning and was assured the problem would be corrected. As I was going out of town we agreed I would call upon my return. When I called I received an appointment for service. Upon dropping the truck off I spoke to the tech about the issue. He started on my truck and I left. When the work was completed and I returned to pick up my truck everyone was courteous and professional. The tech came out to my truck to make sure everything was good.I will not hesitate to come back in the future.

Made and appointment to get my window fixed got there dropped the truck off and got a call 20 mins later saying they ordered the wrong window but yet they still took my old one out and put this plastic up and didnt even give me back all the parts to my window. Will be calling there main office. And the lady behind the desk acted like she didnt even care and also I just seen that they peeled my tint on the window next to the one that was broke. Very unhappy and would never recommend this place to anyone. And after all this they gonna text me saying a junk yard around the corner has the right window and you can go buy it for $50 and we will charge you $85 to put it in are you for real and I got to go get it. I will be posting everyday until something is done about this place.

Estell was able to get me in same day to replace my window, while the tech Greg was professional and made sure my replacement was installed properly and quickly.

I didnt like the way but Josh threw in a year warranty for small chips too. Also way cheaper than what Safelite quoted me

Lynn (online) was very nice, polite, efficient and helpful. Unfortunately when we got to the Merritt Blvd location, the front desk woman was not nice, polite or very helpful. Seemed impatient, bothered and brash. The technician who replaced my windshield was friendly, polite, efficient, helpful and kind.

Great service! Shattered my back window and they were able to replace it the next morning. Replacement only took about an hour. More than pleased with my experience.

Excellent service at the lowest price around. I just had my windshield replaced this morning by them. It took about two hours from the time I got in line. Total was just under $185 cash. Every other place I got quotes from was $235+. These people have my recommendation.

This place get zero 0 stars from me. Not because they messed up because we are subjects to mistake every now and then. However, my husband and I complained of hearing noise and having leaks after getting our windshield replaced by them, which also started happening the very next day. We called them right away and they told us to come in. when we did they say they cant fix it because the glass was just recently put on.... we call again a few weeks complaining about the same issues and they told us to come in. When we got there again they say they cant do it because they forgot to order the glass and they are going to replace it... we kept calling, and finally was ask to come in once again, and you would think third time the charm. I came in at 8pm which is the shop open time and they sent me away saying they ran a hose over the car and it didnt leak but they put glue to seal it better and that should also fix the air space.... after taking their word and leaving I heard the air coming from the windshield all the way home. I call them as soon as I got in and they say come right back. Which and I did but now that I am here the same guy is going to say I am not saying you and your husband is a liar but I just took off the glass and there was adhesive all the way around, so am just going to go ahead and put it right back on. Now i dont know if it is because we are a black couple, but I dont know why these people would think that my husband and I would waste our gas and our time just to keep driving a hour and 30 mins here and back so many times. We are hard working people and we work for what we want we, and since we spent our hard working money here to purchase a glass we just wanted it to be done right. We still have the same leaking issues but we decided to just let it go before we get upset and then be criticized for acting upon it.

Why isnt negative stars an option? I took my vehicle in for a new windshield and I was told to sign off on the service being done and that it would be an hour and a half. I live close to the establishment so I went home to wait. They call me and say my car is ready. Upon my return I notice several scratches around the area of the windshield and glass inside my vehicle. The dashboard seats and hood have dangerous shards of glass everywhere. I enter the establishment to inform them and the receptionist ignores me and shoves a bill in my face. The manager finally intervenes and walks out to my car. He then gets the installer to come look at my car and after they converse they decide that the scratches were already there and do nothing about the glass either. Instead they show me where I signed off on the service and they added notes about chipped paint on the service agreement which mysteriously appeared between the time I left and the time I returned. I have a used car and I am not that big on superficial things like scratches so I would have been okay with an apology and glass removal but I was offered neither and dismissed by their rude staff and customer unfriendly staff.

The young lady in the office (who asked me to leave the company a review about my experience) was very sweet and kind even though the phones were ringing non stop customers were checking in and out one after another and she can really multi task along with the 2 guys out in the shop. I came there with my husband to have his windshield done. The girls up front estell and Lauren were greatEstell went into detail exactly what the process was going to be. She was very informative with all her information. The work that was done was the exact way she said it was going to be. One complaint I haveIs of a man named troy. Who was Im guessing in his own vehicle if not his a customers. Sitting the whole time I was there. And there was other people there then just us. Blaring gospel music and sitting in the car doing nothing. Not that there is anything wrong with that kind of music. But if you suppose to be working then thats what he should be doing. Not using other people gas to sit in their car and cool off. That very rude of him. Im glad I stayed and watch who did my vehicle. Because if I ever have to go back there. I would ask for him to not touch my car. The work was great and girls in the office were great. I will be back if need be.

Within 36 hours, my window and my girlfriends car windows were broken. We had a lot going on that made getting the windows fixed even tougher. Estell that works there was an angel. She went above and beyond with everything, and gave us the best customer service I have ever received from anyone ever. Estell alone would keep me coming back, and make refer all of my friends there. Both of our windows were fixed for a good price, but the care and professionalism that Estell showed, put the experience over the top!

Got a windshield put on a while back. I shopped around extensively. They had the best price available for me. I made an appointment and got it done. Didnt take any longer than I was told. They had great customer service very fair pricing & even apologized for taking a bit longer than expected. They offer a lifetime warranty which a lot of other small window places dont. They took all my stickers off for me & put them back on. I was even able to have my pup wait with me very pleased with the service my new window!

I had an apt at this location this afternoon, and unfortunately when i was walking in the front door of the office to drop my car off there was a African american man in the office wearing an employee t-shirt cursing out a young women behind the counter. i caught the ending of the situation but i could tell the lady behind the counter was holding back from crying then a customer told the male employee that was not anyway to speak to a women and the male employee told the customer to come outside to fight the customer and the employee were going back and forth then i decided i didnt want that employee anywhere near my vehicle the boss needs to re evaluate his place of business and some of them technicians need to be handled accordingly as for the female employee i feel so sorry for her she needs to leave that environment

I woke up yesterday morning to a broken window in my car. I started to call around trying to get an appointment same day. I started at the top of the list calling shops the prices ranged from $250-$425. But no one could get my window fixed until after the weekend. I called auto glass now at 1:00 pm and the young women stell who I spoke to over the phone says come on in I’ll have your part here in 45 minutes 😊 and your cost will be $189.00. 🤯. WTH OMG 😳 I felt it was to good to be true but what did I have to loose. I showed up at 1:30 stell and Ashley checked me in and the gentleman in the shop pulled me in within 20 minutes my car was being pulled out of the garage. I had a feeling something went wrong and they couldn’t do my job. But No that wasn’t the case the girls at the front desk we ready to check me out Stell asked if I would Ike to go out and check out the job before payment so we did. They did an amazing job I had an appointment and glass in my car all within an hour. No gimmicks no bs true to their word does it get any better then that. I will forever be a customer they really do make a horrible situation stress free I am so thankful for the company and staff

I recently had my windshield replaced by Glass Masters. I had nothing but a wonderful experience. The woman on the phone was down to business but pleasant. She didnt get huffy when I told her I was shopping around, which was a problem I had with other places. The guys who came to do the work were very nice and did an excellent job. No residue or fingerprints and they helped me get all the stickers off of my glass (being from PA, we have emission ticket stickers and such).Overall, I would recommend Glass Masters.

I scheduled an appointment earlier in the week (possibly Monday or Tuesday) for today, Saturday 5/11 for 8am. First thing when they open. The signage in the front says an install of any glass in a vehicle typically takes 1.5 - 2 hours Can you tell me why I had to wait almost 3.5 hours (3 hours and 18 mins to be exact)? I scheduled an appointment to be there at a certain time to get in before walk ins. The gentleman at the counter kept telling people they were busy and to drop their car off and they would call when it was ready. Maybe instead of taking in all those cars to get done, get the people who SCHEDULED their install done on time. If its because they had to order or request my windshield, they shouldve had that there when I scheduled my appointment. Thats not an excuse. The only way I would go back there is if I needed the warranty work done for some reason. Im not the only one who had an appt for 8am either and there were 3 people working and his wasnt done until almost 11. Then the white gentlemen has the nerve to say something to his co workers about the other customer complaining to him about waiting so long after his appointment time.

Very unprofessional and prejudice ... I will never use this business and I will never refer anyone to this terrible auto glass shop.

Prices right service is fast

If you are looking for a Cheap & Dirty installation, this is the place for you. The cost is lowest in the town. The installation was dirty. Installer left black adhesive all over the paint and the interior plastic trim. After I complained, the installer unwillingly partially cleaned 50% of the adhesive and left the rest on the paint as is and said its done. Rear view electronic monochromatic mirror has a plastic wire way to hide the wires. Windshield Installer decided not to use it and ran the wire outside the wire way. Molding and glue on the top of the windshield is so uneven that I noticed it before getting into the car and asked the installer to look at it. His response was that it is due to the cold weather and it will smooth itself later. The car just came out of a heated workspace. Overall the installation was very poor.
