I go to this location so often I feel like I have a low-key relationship with the employees lol they are helpful, and pleasant everytime I go in. They usually have what Im looking for which I cant always say at supply stores. Highly recommend this location!

Helpful staff

Walmart treats customers better than this, came in a couple weeks ago and Im still irritated with my experience, decided to share it and move on. The girl had minimal response when asked her opinion, seemed to only be there to roll her eyes (has like a copper orange red hair going on? not sure if thats intentional?) Anyhow the woman working was awful, doesnt know the product and clearly is very confused about how to go about treating people, customer or not I dont need to be treated this way. I will not shop here, I can go online for my needs, I like shopping in store to support business but I have a ton more options, my money and business will not be in such an awful store. Never again.

Ashley and Hannah are always super helpful when I go in. I change my hair color a lot and they always offer the best products to get the color I want.

They are always very helpful but give you your space and let you shop. The girls are always very nice.

I have been a customer at the dundalk cosmoprof since they opened. I have never had a negative experience. The staff was helpful-never overbearing or rude. I read a bad review on this cosmo;I was surprised. I have always been treated very well at this location.
