Evan was extremely helpful in saving us money while making sure to provide us with the best quality mattresses! We were able to buy a extra mattress and were gifted with great pillows, protectors and sheets :) He will be my go to person from now on!

Cathy met us at the door with an inviting smile. She was very friendly. Knowledgeable about the products. Allowed us to lay on the mattresses and test whatever we wanted until we were comfortable. She is a small person but strong as she lifted those mattresses for us to try. She took time with us and did not rush us. My husband and I felt satisfied and happy when we left the store. Thats the way we like to shop. We highly recommend your store to others. The rest of the staff was great also.

Needed a quick/easy mattress to fit out needs for a year or so, until we move and replace.Mattress Firm was the closest place. Prices were right there with other retailers.And almost just as important the reviews of the PEOPLE were fantastic, so I gave it a go.The location itself was impacted by the last summer storm and did t have AC. It was very warm in there and it was almost the cut off temperature where the employees are sent home.If it were me, im watchibg the temp and i am half way out the door, but not Dejour.He was on point, got me what I needed and I was out the door in 15 mins.THAT is what I am talking about.Do yourself a favor. Save time and hassle and ask for Dejour and Dundalk Matress Firm.

Good experience the sales associate Greg M. was nice and very informative he knew a lot about the mattresses and the bed bases he actually taught me a few things that I was not aware of With the bed bases. I spent a little more to get what I was looking for and they had a nice sale Going on so I saved some cash to I would recommend mattress firm Dundalk MD oh delivery was on time and they did a good job setting everything up. The only thing they could have done better is throw in a free mattress protector.

Clean and just a comfortable atmosphere. Even if someone cant get with you right away, they offer a drink and for you to look around. They have individual little covers for you to lay across the pillows. Then they actually listen to your needs and work with your budget. I get an uneasy feeling when shopping for a mattress. Sort of like going to the car dealer. What a surprise it was to deal with Stu at Mattress Firm. He was low key yet friendly. Informative but not overbearing. We came in having done tons of research and he politely walked us through all of our picks. He was not pushy nor in-our-space.After we decided on our purchase- which was not one of the items we had come into the store even considering- the checkout process was smooth and easy. Delivery is due tomorrow. Can’t believe I am going to say this but....it was a very good experience. (But I Remain skeptical of the car dealer). H

Went to Mattress Firm to check out some mattresss. Gregory Modeski went above and beyond to help us find the correct mattress. He introduced us to several options that he thought would fit us after a quick survey of question. He was able to get us a great price on the set we choose. He also introduced us to the adjustable frame. If you havent tried one out you should definitely go see Greg and let him take care of your mattress needs. He was able to get the order place and scheduled for delivery the following day. (So today is the day it arrives. I will updates this after a few nights of sleep to inform everyone the experience of the new mattress and the adjustable frame).

The wonderful man who worked with my parents deserves this 5 star review. Stu Needel went far above and beyond to get my parents set up with a new bed. They had difficulty getting the new set to fit their bed frame, and also had to choose a set untested due to mobility issues. Stu didnt give up until everything was taken care of. He literally spent weeks dealing with exchanging the mattress for a former one, engineering a solution to the frame issue, and making sure they were happy in the end.

Customer service was awesome, sales associate Robert was very knowledgeable!

Ill be returning my bed just because my total was supposed to be $200 a month and it was $230 every 2 weeks the salesperson was friendly got everything we needed bed is amazing but I wont be paying over 5k for a bed that cost 2k progressive is the place we went through to finance our bedset and its sad they want more for a bed then we pay for our car! I highly suggest the purple mattress with the adjustable base I really like the 600 better than the 300 and the cooling pillows are far worth the price! If only progressive would let us do $200 a month I would still keep everything but sadly progressive is the reason for my review they messed us over! Mattress firm themselves are awesome other than the mis quote in price

He listened to what we said we wanted, he kept focusing us on getting what feels right to us ..He helped and listen to my husband and I discuss the pros and cons and our opinions on the different mattress . Though we took up a lot of his time his focus was on us alone and he didnt rush us or push us to the most expensive bed, he gave us the space and time to come up with our own descion . He answered all of my many questions, and encouraged us to ask them . Its never easy spending money but it made it more bearable knowing what we were getting, that we picked it out and that we didnt feel forced or pressured into anything we didnt want . Selecting a mattress is generally one of those things I kinda dread. Its just a weird situation all around.. trying to get comfortable while a salesman looms above you, waiting for you to make a decision between pretty subtle, qualitative differences between beds.This wasnt the case at all with Don at the Mattress Discounters in Dundalk. He patiently walked us around the store, selecting mattresses based on good questions about our sleeping habits. He sat down next to us and chatted casually, gave us time to talk to each other, and didnt hurry us in the slightest. Our decision was considered and informed, thanks to Don, and wed absolutely buy another mattress there in the future.
