My husband ordered me an Italian cold cut.Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hots and banana peppers.My sub was made sloppy and not what I asked for .The lady behind the counter was rude when asked about Turkey bowls. She said we never had them. The subs should be made as if you are making food for yourself and family.I will no longer come to this wawa for food.Very disappointing.

Made my sandwich wrong (it was a standard sandwich on their menu), and then the manager Cynthia refused to refund my money. Do not go here! Terrible customer service and staff is too lazy to read the directions that states the ingredients of made to order food!!!

They get my sub right about 75% of the time. Those are rookie numbers, need to improve on that.Women at the counter told me “the line goes that way” when I’m the only one in line at the counter lol. Guess I shouldn’t expect more from a Dundalk Wawa 🤷🏼‍♂️

This wawa is the most unorganized wawa I have ever been to mind you I’m not from this area grew up in pa where wawa was everywhere and knew how to run them so when finding this one so close to my job and my house I was pretty happy but ever time I come it takes almost 30 mins to get my stuff bc apparently nobody has a brain in there has to price check everything then once you watch check everything then the will move even slower to clear out the line I get I used to work at a gas station but there is no excuse for u every time u check out someone to recount all your money last night I decided to use the app thinking it would save some of my time so that I can get back to work on time but nope they took almost 15 minutes to get the order together keep in mind I ordered a hour earlier there is no excuse for that but just the fact that they are just lazy workers at the end of the day on top of that I was missing some of my food as well it doesn’t matter what time I come in it’s like this every time they are a little bit better early in the morning but that’s about very disappointed in my experience if I were I would just go to a different wawa might be another 15 min drive but at least the one in Baltimore knows what they are doing and the guy with with blue tips on the end of his hair always very rude bc he has to work like sorry if didn’t want to work around people get a different job and is definitely why this place is so slow

Ever since the remodeling at this location things have been going down, they always have some food options turned off or missing from the menu and the last 2 times I placed orders the kitchen staff got both orders wrong and simply didnt finish one of them. Employees simply act like they dont want to be there and they dont care, no manager presence at all if theres a problem so I guess thats where the employees get their work approach. This will probably be my last time inside the store as the only thing good I can say about it is that their gas prices seem to be better than most in the area.

Very good sandwiches and soup. It just takes forever to get your order. I generally get soup and it takes up to 15 minutes until I get my order. Sometimes I go elsewhere as I dont have time to wait. It would be nice if they would hire some more employees to keep us from waiting so long.

Sinc the remodel the staff seems clueless on how to run efficient. Touch screens have half the food turned off. Coffee is empty all the time. Cashiers are not giving undivided attention but having side conversations. People who make the food is slow. Shouldn’t take over 30 minutes to get 1 sub. The gas prices are fair though. Avoid going in and just get gas.

Place has completely went down hill since the remodel. Barely go there anymore because of it. Service completely changed. Sad to say. Used to love this wawa.

Where is the original staff? This new staff is TERRIBLE! Kitchen staff are very unprofessional and very rushed! There was about 10 people waiting for food at 10:30pm and the staff rushed the preparing of the food and the presentation was a mess! Tape was everywhere and nothing was closed up! So rushed and no effort or care into the service! This location has DRASTICALLY went down hill since the remodel!

This place has gone down hill since the remodel. Lines are always long. Orders are continuously wrong. There is no management presence. Employees continuously complain and mope around with poor attitudes.

The people are very nice and the food is delicious! The place is always clean; I literally drive about 3 miles from my house just to shop there!

I know it seems strange to love a gas station for the free air, but I do. I love the air pump at WaWa! Not only is it free, but its usually well maintained, well taken care of by customers, and very easy to use. I wish every place had them. Great idea WaWa. get a bonus to whoever thought this one up

MY turkey sub today was disgusting. I took one bite and threw it away. It was soggy and there was a ton of liquid in the wrapper. I normally get hot peppers on my sub and my guess is they threw them on there and didnt pay attention to draining additional water first. They were extremely short staffed and it took me almost 25 minutes to get my food. Time to start going somewhere else for lunch.

While i am a huge fan of Wawa (from my time living in SE Pennsylvania) there is just something about this one that gives me the wrong vibe. Like pretty much all of the Wawas in the Baltimore area that i know of, this one has fuel services, the price of which makes it ultra competitive with the other gas station in the area. The store its self is just average. Customer service could use some improvement, (they always seem a bit downtrodden). It also doesnt seem to be as clean as the others in the area as well (either that or they keep their lights in the store to low, as it always seems to be a bit darker than others), but still cleaner in general than most of the farm stores. Its not enough to keep me from going to Wawa, but if given a choice, i would go to the one on Eastern or Pulaski as opposed to this one.

Instead of making our food the staff was focused on their register being short. I know this because they were playing the blame game on each other. They were arguing the whole time.Normally service is decent, just the past week things have gone down hill.

Good food, especially around Thanksgiving, and friendly staff. The gas is competitively priced and is relatively cheap compared to others in he area. While prices can sometimes be high due to convenience, they do have good sales here and there.

Good food 24/7 love the cheesesteaks & get breakfast there too sometimes... Always fast & easy... Wish there were more WAWA locations... People that dont have them at there location/states are really truly missing out!!!

Usualy great service but tonight tamara and andre did not even talk to to us while ringing us up even though we were talking to them. Andre didnt even give us a reciept he just pointed to where to wait for the soup. I hope they learn how to give decent customer service.

Food prep area employees were little rough.Assitand manager Faith was very courteousAnd polite. Cashiers vdrg belpfull.Over all gd place to stkp and relax on the route.

Since this Wawa has been built I visit it on a very regular basis. Ive yet to be disappointed by the service, cleanliness, and product availability. Ive stopped through at various times of day from early morning, mid-afternoon, and the wee hours of the night.
