I called on a Tuesday, Wednesday they measured and by Friday I had my carpet installed. I am very happy with my experience here. Dont go anywhere else.

Elderly sales person, who originally was with Bills Carpet in nice terms, a crook. Last March we looked at vinyl flooring. Found a color we liked. Sales guy stated flooring, the one we liked was very popular. I paid more than a third down. He measured, gave me a price 3 days later. With covid, I found out my job was laying off for 3 months. I called immediately to cancel. Salesman blackmailed me say I would be charged $1k for restocking fee. Thats when I held him to his logo, next day floors. I decided to go with a different branch, salesman called, flooring was no longer available from the manufacturer. Of course this is a deal breaker.

Mr Rob Wedge offered me great customer service as a business should . Very professional . And overall im pleased with my new carpet . My kids love it and im a satisfied customer. Thanks again mr ROB!

Neil was very good and helpful. He got us taken care of right away, I had an issue with one of the ladies that answers the telephone but neil took care of that and we had 3 guys come replace our carpet, they did everything from move our furniture to riping the old carpet up and taking it away. They did it really fast and beautifully, very pleased, the only thing I didnt like was the aluminum patrician that separated our new carpet from our old carpet but neil said hed work with me and see if they can come back and seam them together. Overall i am very happy and the price was reasonable as well for really good quality carpet and padding and of course installation.

Price was reasonable but the installation was backed up. The installers were very good. They showed experience, care and they were friendly. Clean up was very nice.

I love my new floors. Next Day Floors kept to their appt time and were very professional. They both did a great job. Thank you!!

Fantastic service! Neal came to my house to measure within 15 minutes of stopping by to order (my house was nearby). For the installation - he got the job done - pulling guys off of other jobs as I had a deadline to meet. The carpet was gorgeous and the installation top notch. This is my second time using them and I will go nowhere else in the future.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Purchased flooring through Next Day Floors who botched the installation and took over 7 weeks. They changed their story so many times it made my head spin. They promised me a credit for the hassle and then didn’t honor it. I went all the way to the president of the company who refused to honor it saying the salesman never said that, then she said he had no authority to say that, then I demanded she speak to him with me present and he finally admitted that he said it so she begrudgingly honored it. They also told Mariner Finance to process our paperwork for the 0% before the job was complete and they did knowing it wasn’t. Then they lied numerous times about the payment and terms. Both of these companies are shady. Avoid at all cost!

The salesman was just full of energy and information. He was able to look up everything from color and style of the job I was currently working on, plus able to bring up old jobs with style and color to compare....very helpful.
