My boyfriend and I went shopping this a.m. for pairs of glasses. The staff member was patient, efficient and professional. They had a large, nice frame selection and we were pleased with the glasses prices. The amount my boyfriend was quoted from Americas Best eyeglasses for 1 pair was double the amount his pair cost at Walmart.
I have been going to Walmart vision for years and I must say I have never had a bad experience with their staff in any way. Answered all my questions, treated me with respect, and whenever I would stop by or called about my glasses they would take the time to stop and help me with any problems I may have with any part of me eyeglass buying experience!!! Thank you Walmart Vision Center!

I went there, because I wasnt feeling well of my eyes. So, I went to do a check and Jerry Durner OD was very professional and kind. He is an amazing worker. I really recommend him. Thanks God, I didnt have anything badly. And is very affordable for those without Health Insurance. $65 for eyes glasses and $80 for eyes exam. The secretaries they were okay.
At 4:30 this afternoon, a pretty blonde haired lady tightened a loose fitting on my glasses for free. I did not buy my glasses there. She wasnt sure if she could fix them, but, she went in the back, and, voila, it was done! Thank you!
Excellent service, I bought a pair of glasses online and they helped me without an appointment figure out the problem with the glasses I ordered. When I called the help line they refunded my payment and applied it to the glasses I purchased in the store no questions asked. I always knew Walmart had great prices but now I know they have great customer service to boot.

After realizing the wrong size frames for my childs glasses were ordered by staff, I called to make them aware and get information on how to rectify.A woman who identified herself as the manager proceeds to be totally dismissive and rude. After I confronted her about her lack of customer service skills, she tells me to bring him back in and they will order more. Which is another week without his glasses. She never even apologized for the mistake on their part.I knew better than to go to Walmart for something so important but I was rushing and got just what I expected. Low intellect management and zero customer service. Id rather just go somewhere else and pay all over again rather than going back to that dump.
I have done everything possible to be as nice as possible to the vision center staff. In return, I have been patronized and accused of having an issue. Dr. Durnan is great, but the staff is horrible. They dont communicate with each other which often results in different staff members getting half the story and making mistakes to try and fix other mistakes. If you go here, make sure you deal with the Dr or the office manager directly if you have trouble with your contacts.
First off the Dr was great with my daughter how ever Jennifer my her feel horrible so I was trying to talk to her and joke but she was haveing none of it so Katrina was awesome weWere speaking and joking with each other went to check out and Katrina and I were speaking about how the associates joke and cut up when Jennifer aproched the register and accused me of talking about her to her manager at which point she pointed out that Katrina was the manager first of all we changed personnel so I did not have to deal with her and secondly weDid not say anything about her I wanted to move because my daughter was uncomfortable with Jennifer and I did not even make that an issue I just ask if some one else could wait on us to checkout .
