They are remodeling this Walmart. You may not find everything you need now. But soon it will have everything like most other Walmarts

Despite the remodeling taking place at the Northpoint store, I was able to find everything I was looking for and the employees were both kind and pleasant when I posed my questions...even when I invited one to dance. Yes, we danced briefly in the aisle, celebrating being ALIVE!!! Dottie and Dolly provided exceptional customer service. Give them a raise.

Its was horrible! Will never go again. Shelves practically empty. Kids riding bicycles. And being disrespectful. Telling me to move. Never again, one of the worst Walmart Ive ever been in! I rate it no stares.

Well dont do curb side with the Walmart app. DOESNT WORK! Just pull in to a numbered spot and call. 25 min later still sitting here. Pick up could be good for people in a hurry, but dont use it.

I came in the morning of November 2nd around 1030ish. I was having issues working the self check out. Mekeisha (I believe her name was) was such a huge help. She helped me figure it out and went back n got items I had forgot. She deserves a raise!!! I never come to dundak Walmart cause its typically lazy workers but I will return again now cause of mekeisha.

Busy store but was in and out pretty quickly. Store was clean and well stocked. Cashiers were friendly and helpful. Found everything I needed.

I usually use the Walmart App to shop but I wanted to go in. This Walmart is being turned into a Superwalmart. The parking lot is being revamped as well as part of the store. I can tell they moved some things around which seems to be great. I believe this location could use more food choices and have a wider product selection. I will probably be back but, I like Walmarts with more brands and selection of foods, health products, and other things. Hopefully the revamped store will have more products.

Under remodeling to make a Super Walmart. Limited selections while renovations are moving forward. Great place to shop.

Will update when the store is done with its remodel. Everything gets moved around daily so you have to go throughout the entire store to find anything. Staffing is low and when there is help around they dont seem to know what youre talking about or how to really help.

Not a bad store. I just wish it were a larger Walmart. The selections are ok the staff is usually pretty decent.

Walmart is a very good nice Clean store to shop in its always stocked with what you need very accessible and always has good products to select from very pleased 😀

Good location open lanes quick checkout

I love the deals and bargains at Walmart and the fresh produce area is great. The line can be very long so a quick stop can take about 30 minutes to an hour. Today the lines were the shortest Ive seen since covid-19.

This Walmart always has some good things that other Walmart dont have.

Car center: people are really nice. Things got done super fast 🙌

Automotive department are thieves.Got me for an expensive car battery.Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere that will honor a recite like auto zone or advanced

I love this bakery because everything is fresh and it doesnt cost much for the item that I buy but dont take my word if youre ever around in Lexington market try it and see what you think.

I didnt hate it. . Parking was a bit tight and difficult since theyre doing construction and main parking area is blocked offStaff and pharmacy staff was very nice.

I was greeted with terrible customer service. After 30 minutes waiting, I was told that there werent any tires for me. They said they couldnt check other stores nearby and that I would have to call myself. When I tried to ask her for the exact location of the store, she put me on hold for another 20 minutes without giving me a change to finish talking. When they answered 20 minutes later and I informed them of my grievance, I did not get an apology, I did not get a valid excuse, and I was told that was in fact 15 minutes that I waited and not 20 minutes and they hung up on me.

Under construction but self checkout is usually way to go.....its beeing turned into super Walmart.....u have to go out same way u come in Wich is in middle now, everyone after check out goes for doors right there but u have to walk up past quick/tabacco checkout where u come in at to go out.....still Dundalk though so cant expect to much from people

I think there are 4 girls who work inself checkout who have amazing customer service and I always come to this Walmart and I love seeing hard workering people, I came here one day in the afternoon and one of them was helping me with the scan and go.

Busy place. Lots of construction outside right now. Not easy to get in and around the parking lot but I’m sure that’ll be better when all the construction ends.

Love shopping at walmart for groceries, my, my cats food and liter,my personals their prices are reasonable.

It was Walmart as usual, not enough employees, lots of customers. Fast check out was cards only. Should have some cash check outs also. There should be a 50/50 ratio to make it fair.

Need to hire more help. Lines were very long.

This Walmart is finally having much needed renovations!! At this moment, it is under serious construction and revamping, because its being turned in to a Super Walmart. Supply & demand in the Dundalk area....where this Walmart is, and also where I live, is extremely high!! The small, older Walmart was definitely not built to handle that!! Renovations seem to be moving very fast, so hopefully, within the next several months, the new store will be completed, and everyone, on both ends....shopping/working there, will be MUCH happier for it!!

Amanda S is a sales associate on the floor at this location (Dundalk) she is so extremely helpful and personable- she goes above and beyond for the walmart customers- I have visited the store twice and she has helped me. She makes the walmart experience great!!!

I love this walmart. Plus now they have pickup orders you can place. I ordered a day ahead and didnt have to wait in line to pay for products in store. Nice woman brought my items to designated pick up parking spots.

Great pharmacy. Easier parking with garden shop entrance re-opening.

Ive been dealing with my local Walmart for years now and it seems Im there for something atleast 5 times a week... many of the staff members are very friendly and if u need something there is always someone around to assist you with such. Lately the shelves have been bare I guess do to shortages state wide but there usually pretty good with keeping items stocked

I tried doing the curbside and it was awful, after following instructions that they give for curbside I waited 45 minutes after calling the store several times that I am outside waiting. Finally when they come out the girl has an attitude they tell me they are out of several items and I need to cancel them and wait for a refund... I have never heard that, I will NEVER SHOP AT THIS WALMART AGAIN!

Terrible no one working registers, cant find anyone on the floor to help, tons of damaged canned goods. Never any diapers or wipes or childrens clothing. Ive returned damaged toys.

Very nice two young ladies helped me to skip the line by showing me how to get what I needed.There are still dime good people out there.

The prices on the shelves are often wrong. There is no way to determine real prices on anything. Everything else is status quo... nothing special here... its a subpar Walmart experience.

May get better after they finish expanding it into a super center. Right now. Its very very crowded. And once expanded hopefully a better selection of products.

WalMart is like an amusement park. You cant take it all in at one sitting. Its really a great place to shop. A smorishbourg is how Id describe it. Has something for everybody. I tell you what, my work is dirty. I most of the time need to change work clothes daily. My wife says to me one night the washer is not working I jump up go to Walmart and for less than $25.00 I came out that store with a completely new work outfit.......and to top it off the quality was fairly good too!

I had to sit in the car because on my way in; two people cars got stolen. Shop at own risk.

Most confused and unorganized walmart I have EVER been in. Gotta go to one side of the store for one thing and then the other side for another. Thats just for FOOD. Took me an hour just to find 4 things on my list of 20 items. Unbelievable!

Was able to get in and out rather quickly. Store could use a bit of cleaning though

This Walmart has really gone downhill. They have an almost non-existent childrens clothes section. The childrens shoe section is always bare. If you need to get an item in a locked case, expect to wait...a while! Employees actually willing to assist you are few and far between in this store.

I am very disappointed with this store recently tried using my manufacture coupons and one of the Managers interpretation of their use was totally not correct and she was rude to boot! I have had good experiences in this store but the bad out number the good the shelves of wanted items are always “empty” and it is very hard to find personnel to assist you. The self service area is a joke! The personnel need a crash course in how to determine the language stated in manufacture coupons and great customer service which is definitely lacking inThis Store especially with the “Managers”!! I am new to Walmart in Baltimore and will definitely find another one to shop! North Point is definitely not for me!!

This store needs to be more organized and cleanI dont think Ill be visiting there no time soon.

Not the best walmart but its all we have.

The technicians in auto section don’t even know how much engine oil to put in the car. My Lexus takes 6.4 quarts and the technician put 5 quarts. I had to redo the oil change at home. When questioned they said they don’t use VIN number to determine oil quantity and just do guess work. Staff is rude too.

With so much construction going on manipulating the parking lot and then the inside of the store is AWFUL, however I found a seemingly night shift male supervisor/manager of the paper good section to go above and beyond to escort me to where I needed to be to get bug spray (darn cicadas 😬🤨🤭)through all the chaos that is why I gave a 3. I would have given a 1.

Its getting better over at the dundalk Walmart. And theyre expanding.

While a very hectic environment and hard to locate service in any Department they do offer a wide variety of items, surely you can find what you need but bring your walking shoes as this place is huge

Walmart is starting to stretch my nerves. You can never find what youre looking for. Long lines out of control. No open registers with lines into and past the womens section! Ridiculous!!!

This place exists and thrives off of convenience and that is it. The workers look miserable, the store is dirty and people arent nice. Just avoid.

The staff at Walmart were fantastic, my mother and I wanted to find certain things that we needed to purchase for this trip and all the Walmart team members were very cheerful and helpful! Even though they were restocking items in their departments they took the time to assist us! They were great employees. Keep hiring great, helpful and enthusiastic employees!

This Walmart in Dundalk is getting worse and worse each day. With them rebuilding the parking continuously changes and people are going the wrong way. Also, they put the products you need up on the high shelves now and when youre a short person especially someone like me who just had major back surgery and you ask an associate for help they tell you what Im not much taller than you so I dont know what I can do to help you, why dont you try using your walkie-talkie and getting someone to help they do have ladders in there. Overall, this has become one of the worst Walmarts that I have ever been in. I would rather shop at the one out in Perry Hall

Everybody shopping, here they had a special buy but I missed it! So I spent my TV money on new stuff to wear to work, and got some food too! I haven’t been hear in a while! Omg why I have to interact with Cashiers without a mask that looks sick. This cashier called me to his line, I saw him without his mask picking on his face and he was going to ring me up? Nah the indoor mask wearing should still remain in effect at Walmart. There is too much flow of people in there. I was so uncomfortable in Walmart. I will Not be going there much anymore.

The shelves are empty. Every time I go there I cant find what I need. I understand there is construction going on in the store but its ridiculous.

The bike area was empty and when I called 3 times nobody ever answered the phone

Walmart is a very original store for everyone, theres is no just one kind of customer, Walmart is for every one they got 90% of the items that you need for anything...

This particular Walmart is pretty good I only have complaints about not having some of the items that I particularly look for the prices are pretty good however if you ask an associate to assist you with something depending on their age is what Im going to say the elderly have no problem helping you theyre very consistent and they enjoy their jobs I believe however the younger ones I dont think they care either way because instead of showing you and someone that was in CSR for years and you always show the customer where something is if you dont know you ask and you direct them to it and take them. However these workers the younger ones they dont want to do that they will tell you oh its over there its in aisle this and then its not there they just dont care like a lot of the elderly associates do. I do get disappointed going there two or three times a week I would expect there inventory to be up to par for certain things but its not lately other than that my main Chief complaint is customer service

The fact that no one in that store can pick up a phone ever is very unhelpful, and it is not ok that you can never get a hold of anyone there when you have questions about a product being in stock or not

This Walmart is being converted to a Super Walmart - so construction creates a nuisance getting into and out of the store. The clientele causes me to refer to this location as The Scary Store... This location IS the Walmart Cliche...

Bank machine took my money and Im still trying to get it back

Went to the auto shop to purchase new tires but was told that the crew that installs them couldn’t do it because they work their own schedule and not the schedule posted on Walmart’s site. Tried to call the day before and when someone answered they told me to call the main store number. Felt like I was getting the run around so I will take my business elsewhere.

Ahhhhh, Walmart. I hate that I love this place so much. All bs aside, theres one thing and one thing only that I buy there. TOSTINOS TAKIS CHEESE BITE THINGS THAT ARE MORE DELICIOUS THAN A SIP OF WATER AFTER TWO DAYS LOST IN THE OUTBACK. Convenience is here @ this Walmart because if you need almost anything and are near this location, outside of alcohol, they are almost sure to have what your looking for, including food and non-alcoholic beverages and even when its busy, the lines go RATHER quickly, plenty of parking as well....

Not my favorite spot in the world but ordered a few toys reasonably priced for gifts and had to pick them up in store.I checked in online with their pickup app before I left home and still had to wait about 10 minutes at the counter for them to find my order.Theres a sign in store that claims 5 minute pickup...ha!

Had everything I needed and what I could find the employee was helpful
