Cashier was super friendly but it was sooo dirty! Every table had dried sticky froyo on them, it honestly looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day. I thought they just relocated to this place next to Harbor Freight, but you could not tell from the state of inside. Per usual, the froyo tasted awesome so that was a plus.

So happy to have a nearby Sweet Frog location! Building was clean and they provide hand sanitizer and gloves to use. Good selection of flavors and so many toppings. Worker was friendly and helped us sign up for notifications and rewards. Cant wait to go back!

Weve patronized this location for many years. Birthday party for my daughter, school & church fundraisers, and/or just for a treat. Not once have we had a bad experience. Its always clean, ingredients are fresh, and the staff are very friendly.

This place is closed. The way i found it is by driving to the five guys.. Chelsea was very nice and helpful.

This place is great! We love using sweet frog as a special treat! We definitely have our go to with this place however you have so many different choices the possibility is endless they dont even stop with the toppings and frozen yogurt... nope of course they have shirts, Bracelets, Key chains, Lunch boxes and the FROGS My goodness we have all of the stuffed animals and even though we have them ALL my 4 year old wants another each time! The girls are so friendly and patient with the 4 year old picking out her toppings its cheap priced believe it or not they helped us potty train! Each week that our little girl didnt have an accident we came here. That was when she was 3 now we just go in of shes had a really good behavior or achievement!

I stopped by after taking my doggos for a vet visit. They were pretty mad, so I thought some FroYo would make them feel better. I was able to park so that the car was clearly visible from inside the store, so I left it run with the AC on, locked it up and headed inside. I was able to grab 2 of the color change bowls - they make great cereal bowls at home - and fill one with a treat for them to split with eachother and one for a treat for me... to also split between the 3 of us. I was even allowed to take an extra paper bowl so they could eat theirs at the same time.Because COVID-19 cant keep its grubby little germs from invading even the most sacred of places, in addition to wearing a mask I was asked to put on food grade gloves supplied on the far wall. A far better way to keep it clean - I must admit!The only downside here? Whoever designed the parking lot for this mini shopping center... well... they shouldnt be designing parking lots, well leave it at that - but thats not Sweet Frogs fault.Tip: Blue Cotton Candy & Strawberry 🍓 is an amazing combo!

Yogurt is a great dessert product with all the flavors that you can get as much or little as you want.

It was nice and cozy and they seem to be taking a lot of precautions. The server was sweet and so were the treats.

The frozen yogurt was ok but the prices are outrageous!!! Even the girl behind the counter said that she works their and doesnt like the prices! 2 small cups $20.60 never again will I be coming back!

Its OK.They have this blue red-velvet cake, so of course I bought it. But it honestly didnt have a taste. The cake didnt, the frosting was extremely sweet. Not to mention my boyfriend walked out with blue teeth, lips, and tongue. The staff was really nice, so were the flies swarming around my head. Im in no rush to return.

Wonderful froyo! The Dole Pineapple is delicious. Love to get it with the little strawberry juice bubbles and some gummy bears(just a few! The cold makes them hard to chew). Staff is always pleasant.

Cute, fun little spot for frozen yogurt. Build your own: choose a flavor and toppings. Dairy free options were delicious, and the toppings were fresh. Great place to bring the kids, downside is limited parking and small sitting area.

Cashier named Emily was rude and did not greet me when my family and I came in. Bathroom was extremely filthy. Urine all over the toilet seat, no soap filled and out of paper towels. I informed the cashier and she said ok nonchalantly as if she didn’t care. I won’t be coming back here again until they know the importance of cleanliness.

Going to add an extra point to this review since the location reached out and asked what could be improved. My only initial reason for rating three stars was there was little to no customer service. Otherwise it was clean and quite good. The extra effort here elevates Sweet Frog in my opinion.

I think its really neat to be able to pick out exactly what you want on your ice cream.

Very cute and a great place for all ages. Endless possibilities when it comes to toppings and flavors. The main issue, which is only a slight deterrent, however, on nights that staff is limited it seems to become a stressful, over crowded hangout place for non paying customers, making the atmosphere chaotic and unwelcoming for other paying customers to enjoy their desserts. I apologize for the accidental rating previously, and I really appreciate the feedback that I received from the managers. I hope this better shows my reasoning for a 4 star rating. Happy New Year!

The prices are high but their frozen yogurt is so delicious! Lots of yummy toppings to choose from too. Plus every encounter Ive had with staff has been excellent.

The only dairy free option was Pineapple Dole whip. Otherwise, I was surprised to see cookie dough as a topping now. I wish they would bring back the mochi balls.

1st time to Sweet Frog and it was very good.The yogurt was very tasty and the topping was plentiful. Plus the restaurant was clean and smelled good.

A lovely environment, but the service was lackluster with the two teenagers standoffish when they did notice you. The wafflecones looked cute, but were much too small to be able to get the proper $4 of yogurt. Plus they were incredibly stale, left out far too long making them practically cardboard. Also curious why they needed a sugar glue to keep them shut, considering how wafflecones are made.But other than that, the flavors were unique and the store was incredibly clean.

First impression just walking in was that it looked dirty. Sitting at the tables with dried fro-yo on them determined that I was right. There were also ants all over the place. To add to that the two young employees working didnt seem to care and were more intent on flirting with eachother. Just a big turn off all together.

Always a good treat, many different flavors, lots of toppings and very clean.

Yesterday was my first time experiencing Sweet Frog and the frozen yogurt was smooth and creamy. You get to choose from a variety of toppings some healthy ones and some not so healthy ones but heavenly decadent toppings fit for the inner kid in all of us. The establishment was clean, well lit and really pink & green decor. It was a Friday night and really busy but the line moved pretty quickly. The only negatives that I could find with this latest self serve frozen yogurt treat haven is that you have a lot of decisions to make and sometimes that slows the line up (so put your patient hat on). The positive goes hand in hand with the negatives: VARIETY!!! So hurry in and welcome Baltimores newest mascots Cookie and Scoop :-)

It was so much fun and it tasted sooooo good...I had the color changing bowl and spoon.

Very clean, yet very rude. I bought a cone and not only was it very small but also inedibly stale. The rewards program doesnt work with other Sweet Frog stores, which is stupid. The cashier explained this to me in an incredulous and exasperated tone. The rewards program is supposed to work with all Sweet Frog stores, this one not participating in the rest of program is cheap. So my friend and I both signed up for the loyalty program at this specific store and only one of us got the discount. It wasnt a big loss, but I really hate the disrespect shown. The store is clean and the yogurts look and taste good, but its not worth going if theyll treat me like this.

Got rid of the cup dividers permanently. Thats half the fun of it for my family! The whole place was sticky and employee shirts were very dirty. The place has gone down hill since it opened.
