Our service technician was Jason incredible and I could not have had a better experience. He was so kind and thoughtful. He was on time with a joyful attitude, delightful to talk to, very professional, wore a mask the entire time and even showed me how to take care of my system as I am a new homeowner. He was expedient and very Respectful of my home. I never knew getting my AC done would be the thing to brighten my entire day. I’m so pleased with the service I received and most certainly won’t be calling anyone else. To have someone employed by a company that is that happy really tells you something something about the people in charge. I’m so glad I called pinnacle!
The technician named Josh was awesome he came out and looked at our Samsung units that were down when we had no AC. These are the type that hang on the walls because it’s an older house in Pasadena. He helped show us how to clean the filters and then gave us all our options after looking at all the units (4) in the house. Didn’t feel ripped off or mislead and would happily use this service (with Josh requested again) anytime.
What a refreshing experience this was. What started for us as the daunting task of having our heat pump replaced turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the responsiveness of the office employees to the recommendations made by Nick, this experience was top notch. We were clueless as to what we NEEDED out of our heat pump. Nick broke it down and explained the process and pros and cons to replacing and upgrading the out dated and under sized unit. We also had a ductless unit installed in a large closet. This install changed the comfort of our upstairs hands down. What used to feel like a cooler in the winter is now warm and cozy.Not to be forgotten were the install technicians. They showed up on time and were as polite as could be. I truly felt they treated my home with the same care they would their own. Overall this seemingly daunting task of replacing our HVAC system turned out to be the easiest and best decision we’ve made in a long time. Thank you Pinnacle!

They charged $150/hr for labor then sold replacement parts with a 600% markup. They charged me $120 for a capacitor that can be purchased anywhere for less than $20. Shameful price gauging. Do not hire.
Pinnacle Heating Company provides great service and exceptional quality work. The Tech will call you to inform you that theyre on the way. Once they arrives, they introduce themselves to you, informing you of the service that you request. They give you a full assessment of what needs to be done after they have analyze the problem. The Tech will answer all of your questions before he leaves, making sure the customer is satisfied. FYI, they will put shoe covers on there shoes should you require before entering your home.
These guys do everything right. Showed up on time, got to work, were finished in a timely manner, and all is working well. The office and tech also did a nice job of communicating with us. I highly recommend them.
Pinnacle replaced 2 units in our home. Not only did they replace the units but suggested that we get all new duct work. Because of this our heating bill is half was it was before. All of the workers where nice and left our house cleaner then when they started each day.

I had an issue with my outdoor unit! Turned out it was leaking coolant, pinnacle found that right away. It wasn’t but a day or so later they were back on site! They located the issue and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently, BEST PART...... didn’t get gauged by needless charges and over charged repairs. I contacted Pinnacle on Friday, 3 July 2020, because my fan motor on the inside unit stopped working the previous Monday. The technician that I was referred to, by a friend, came out and diagnosed the problem. He went to his supplier to get the fan motor but was given the wrong part. No one was able to locate the correct part in the DMV area.I was talking with a friend who suggested I contact Pinnacle to see if my warranty had expired as their unit was replaced around the same time and their warranty was still in effect. I did so and yes the warranty was valid and good for another three years.In speaking with Nic, who verified the warranty, I explained to him the situation. He said he would order the part and acted as if he was doing so while we were on the phone. Great! So I thought. We even agreed to have his company to install the part for $350. I was excited as I have been without A/C almost a week and it was being predicted that temps would be 90° or higher for the next ten days. I was told the part should be there on Monday (7/6), no later than Tuesday (7/7). I called on Tuesday to follow up on the fan motor. No part had arrived so I left a message for Nic to call me. I called almost every day only to find out the part was not ordered as I was led to believe until the following week. I became a little agitated because where is the professionalism ... I received no phone call to update me on anything not even a return call from Nic. Is this how we do business? Really? Wow! But I did get the run around from June, Michelle and Catherine. Also, during that week I decided to not let them install the fan motor because of the lack of professionalism and the not knowing. I was informed by Nic either Wednesday or Thursday there would be a $50 charge to complete the warranty paperwork for the fan motor and to bring in the old motor or I would have to pay full price for the fan motor which was quoted near $700. Really? You have to pay to complete warranty paperwork? Well today (7/13) I received a call to let me know the part was in. I drove to their office which was 50 minutes away and paid the warranty paperwork processing fee but was told I could not get a copy and I would only get a 30-day warranty on the new motor because they did not install it. It seems to me the remaining three years should apply to the new unit regardless of who installs the motor as long as the technician is licensed/certified. So, what is the purpose of the warranty if I do not benefit from it. I do understand Pinnacle needs to be paid for the part if they had to cover the cost upfront. I am also thinking if this is a regular supplier there should not be an upfront cost. But what about the labor? My experience has been the warranty covers parts and labor. Also documented in their paperwork is customer having a friend install the motor. No warranty will be provided for the fan motor. Customer had originally called and agreed for us to install the motor. Customer must provide existing motor at time of pickup. Well, in my opinion the professional thing to do or simply having common courtesy would be to keep your customer informed of any changes regardless of how small. I was always taught that your word is your bond. The bond was definitely broken. I need to find my documents that was given to me during the installation in August of 2013 and investigate further.
One of my coworkers recommended that I use Pinnacle for installing my new mini split system. The day if the install it was pouring down rain for most of the day. They used drop clothes in each of my bedrooms and down the hallway to keep from tracking any dirt into the house. The technicians also used boot covers to eliminate and dirt going into the house. The second day the technician doing the final hook up and programming of the system took his time to explain how the thermostats worked through the application .I will definitely be calling Pinnacle back for all of my future air conditioning and or heating needs.
Have used Pinnacle on three projects now. Performance has been stellar and value for money high. All three projects have started and finished on time. Two of the projects were retro-fits, which can be a problem when surprises arise but the team solved all problems on the spot and delivered a quality job. Happy to recommend!

I hate reviews and never do them, you have to read between the lines to see who doesnt know what theyre talking about and the misinformed. I very rarely have service work done as I usually do it myself. Im very particular and want it done my way at my price. Just tired of being told why I cant have it my way. These guys did it my way and the way Id do it. Feel a little bad for Brandon and Marcelo as I followed them around all day watching every detail. These guys demonstrated their experience and attention to detail. I think I made one comment and learned what I missed. I usually find these services stressful as I watch the small errors turn into bigger ones. I enjoyed watching these guys work, they are the example of how this is done. The quality of their work is exceptional. No surprises, no call backs. I almost never recommend a service company as you never know who theyll send. Their behavior is second nature and routine to the culture of their company. I believe this is what they do everyday. I wouldnt call anyone else... Well done Gentleman, true professionals!!

My AC unit is getting old and ended up being low on freon (R-22). These guys were professional on the phone, came out quickly, and the service man (Chris) was great. My only minor grip was the cost of the freon. In addition to the service charge and minor labor charge, the freon was $130/pound and I needed three pounds. I researched prices after the service and found out that that freon price seemed to be pretty high, maybe 25%-30% higher than some other local HVAC service competitors. Total cost was almost $500.

Pinnacle Heating and Air Conditioning is the only company to use. They are dependable, hardworking. They have been doing our church heat and AC for years and we have never been disappointed.
The issue we had was a through the wall unit in a top floor condo. When the temperature reached into the 90s the inside temperature would start to climb and the AC unit would run constantly. We saw inside temperature get into the high 80s. Numerous companies said the equipment was operating properly. They were all happy to quote replacing what we had but no one could assure us it would solve our problem. Pinnacle was the only company to provide a solution and proposed new equipment. It solved our problem at a reasonable cost. We went through an entire summer with lengthy periods of 90+ temperatures and the system worked great. It keeps the unit very comfortable and we experienced a significant reduction in operating costs.I would certainly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Best experience I have had with a contractor!! And I’ve had some experiences...Nick, Mike and their team were professional - from the estimate to the clean up of the job. My job required a complicated removal of an asbestos- contaminated furnace and they took care of it all - hiring specialized sub contractors and making sure the job was done with high safety standards. They also installed an A/C system with the most up to date technology (thermostat access via an app on my phone) so that I can control the system while away from my home. Their price was competitive and they worked with my complicated scheduling requests with flexibility and respect. I just wish they did more than A/C and heat!! Great service but failed me a key ask on the system they installed. I have requested a 4 port gas manifold for future installations. 1-heating (done), 1-stove, 1-dryer, 1-water heater. They only put a one port manifold so I will have to get a new manifold and go through inspection and all the nonsense of getting it done right, again.

I have been a customer of Pinnacle for at least 10 years. Recently i had a blower motor go bad and Pinnacle gave me a price of $988.00 for the motor and $75.00 next day air to fix it plus labor. The motor cost $235.00 and one was available locally at R.E Michels. I left a message for the owner to call me and no response. Not using Pinnacle ever again.
They were very good, taking care of everything and made sure everything was done, and nothing left undone. You are not going to find a better value for your money!

We had Pinnacle install a ductless minisplit heat pump to supplement the the central AC that like most Baltimore rowhomes left us with 5 degree difference per floor. We had tried weather stripping, space heaters, room AC and blown insulation but nothing was satisfactory. The minisplit is quiet, comfortable and efficient.The ductless requires lines that run to each unit, which can be ugly. Two other contractors asked which room to uglify; Pinnacle suggested and took the extra time to drill the studs and run the lines in the wall and avoid the problem altogether.
These guys always go out of their way when i need something. Their service is always great and they are very easy to deal with.
