The customers service its one of the most important factors of a business. Their customer service here its okay, could improve, it doesnt hurt to be polite! But they make great pizza here and Im happy about the variety of food and their affordable prices.

They mess my food up almost every time I order from here and I still patronized the business, I called today to place an order for delivery and they had the nerve to tell me they cant deliver to me because I complain too much...!!! Im spending money at your business, I was ordering food from this place 3 to 4 times a week, even sending you customers... just make the food how the costume asked and you wont have complaints...
They used to make sure each delivery order should be of minimum order for about $7-8, and if you order any small items for less than that amount, you still pay that much. Now, they make sure you get minimum order for delivery and charges $1 delivery fees. So, whats the point of advertising FREE DELIVERY! on their flyers that attached with staples on the paper bag?
Mad with myself that I lived down the street from Safa and never tried it. I went to it a oil change on my car and the staff received a delivery of chicken wings and offered me to taste a wing and I was delighted that it was good 👍. Yes I moved be still not far from the best pizza business in Dundulk.

You people should really teach your counter staff how to speak to people on the phone!!!! Also when you have a menu that’s not correct that’s your fault not the customer but you make the customer pay the correct price and not the price you advertised!!!! This is terrible service and won’t be ordering for your store again!!! This isn’t the first time I have issue with your service either so this just made my choice easier!!! Lost a loyal customers money!!!! Sad!!!!
I asked for 6 jumbo shrimp and they gave me coconut shrimp 🍤 that I’m allergic to coconut I called and the manager told me that they don’t sell coconut shrimp and clearly y’all do. Fries were burnt and soggy as well. Thought I would try something different since it’s close to my job this is my first time ordering from them and this is what I get out the BOX coconut shrimp!!!
They can not keep consistency with there food or making the food as people order correctly.Example. Today I ordered a pizza I wanted ricotta cheese on it along with the toppings.They put sourcream on it and when I spoke to them trying telling me it was ricotta and that’s only kind they use. I replied either the ricotta is old and bad because it sour or you put sour cream on my pizza.They need better cooks who can read and follow orders and know the difference between ricotta and sour cream “it’s a cooking basic”.
It cheese steak was horrible the ch burger sub was missing alot of stuff I called back they only replacing the ch burger sub smh I go to bed to hungry n wasted my money never again

Our go to. We order at least 3 times a week the girl who takes our order Amber is always pleasant and knows exactly how we want best wings around and the bourbon sauce is to die for.
I usually love there subs,I ordered 30 mins before they closed. I go and pick up my food get home. And was so disappointed my sub tasted like chemicals as if they cleaned the grill then cooked on it. Ugh hoping I don’t get sick. Waste of my money. 😫

I ordered a cheesesteak wrap, it came without salt and hot peppers, and the onions like it comes on their website. When called it said that those items have to asked for specifically since they don’t control the website which lists the menu.I also said what I wanted over the phone.
I don’t know what the delivery driver was going through lastnight 04/10/21 but my whole cheese & topping were on one side of the pizza smh

I love safas garlic wings they are delicious!! Today w ordered pizza and cheesecake from here and let me tell you the pizza was spectacular, cooked and and the thin crust was crispy. The cheesecake was so smooth and sweetened just right and it tasted very fresh. The delivery was way way faster than I thought. 10 out of ten. Cant wait to order again!
The attitude and poor customer service can only be tolerated from good/consistent restaurant or stores. This place isn’t isn’t remotely good enough for the attitude that I receive every time I order. Prices are great and the food is occasionally good enough to have me come back, though.

Their food is completely trash I ordered a pizza and the pepperoni wasn’t melted in the pizza. The pepperoni was throw on the top. The pizza was cold and not cook properly. I called and requested my money back and the delivery guy to pick back up the pizza but No one came back to get the pizza or give me my money . Don’t order from this place back food and customer service.
Favorite take out spot. Food is always hot, fresh and delicious. Customer service is on point. And if you do pickup food is ready quick.
I order from them once or twice a week since past 2 years now since they are the only option who delivers to us. They have always tested my patience and always turns out to get my order wrong Or something is always missing no matter what. The girls who take order seems to do their jobs right because everything we ask for is always on the recipe. It seems like the chef is not doing well with making sure whether the order is packed with all appropriate things the customer asked for.

Never expected them to be busy, let alone on a Wednesday night.... they were. Phones were ringing, customers were coming in, deliveries were being done, but our food was received promptly.The cheap pick up deal is what brought us inside. The buttery crust and cheesy pie is why Ill be back.Im pleasantly impressed.
Ordered from here before but it’s always been subs and stuff. Decided to order a large pepperoni pizza for delivery, simple and easy.. Safa’s is only a few minutes away so we were just looking for something close so we didn’t have to wait forever. First of all delivery guy was driving like a maniac. But whatever... everything was fine until I opened the pizza. Delivery dude must’ve had it tilted because all the cheese and sauce had slid over to one side. And the garlic sauce was opened and spilled everywhere. So I call and tell him and he said he would come back. I assumed that meant he was going to fix it? When he showed up empty handed I was confused and asked where the pizza was. He asked if I had called the store and I said no I called you. He said he needed to look at the pizza. So he drove all the way back to my house just to look at it?..... then he said he needed to take a picture to show his manager. Never ended up hearing back from them so we just ate the pizza since it had been an hour and a half of waiting at that point and we were starving, and I wasn’t about to call them AGAIN. Pizza would’ve been decent if it hadn’t gotten messed up although the dough was slightly undercooked. Terrible service. Thought the customer was always right... Probably won’t be ordering from here again, and certainly won’t be ordering pizza from here.
Ordered wings Naked sauce on the side. They came Soaking wet. After being left on hold 10 minutes and having to call back 3 times I was told they are Naked. Really? Soaked in hot sauce. Going back to Big Boyz Pizza for real Naked wings.

Today I was very disappointed with my food. We order from them all the time and never got such disrespectful pizza ever. Why was my pizza slices already separated? Why was it cold and dried out? Why was the ends of the pizza curled up and overlapping some slices? I’ll leave that to your imagination. I will never spend my money there ever again.

I’ve been ordering for the past few weeks pizza and Thai chili wings are always my go to. I always got deliveries but I started going to pick up my orders and the last week they have been crazy busy everyone running and doing their job which is why I think lately some of my friends were saying their orders were messed up. But anyways their food is always great. Keep up the good work.

Love this spot for the subs. Super fast delivery. Great for when I have the kids on the weekends and just dont care to cook. The girl that answers the phone is always nice and sounds pretty cute too..Has to be the BEST buffalo chicken salad I ever had in my life.
The alfredo pasta it’s not good at all, and taste like tap water, literally (Tap Water) and when you call 1 hour before closing they won’t pick up the phone, they terrible, and they’re rude af on the phone
I ordered not one, two cheesteak from this place. Their was no cheese to be found when my order arrived... No big deal. I added my own. But honestly, when I order an item with cheese on the title, I expect cheese.
They are definitely one of the best subs hops hands down! Great food, great service and great timing. My favorite thing to order are their calzones!

I ordered a traditional calzone from this place and WOW!! This calzone is Better than the one I had in Italy. I could survive the rest of my life eating only this calzone. My hubby took me to this place, its where he & his coworkers would go for lunch. The people are very friendly & helpful. Theyre always super busy too. I live in Rosedale but I drive all the way over there for their pizza its delicious. The wings are good too. I always get a strawberry Cheesecake to go w/my food. And my food is always hot when I get home.
Initially this was my go to pizza spot until there was a part of a metal spatula in my daughter sub. I called the store and they were so nonchalant about it. I have in years past purchased pizza when in a hurry because they are better than the immediate neighboring pizza shops.

Really love this place. One of my favorite restaurants. Very affordable prices for such delicious food. Love the staff as well. They never give me a hard time always happy, i order from them on the daily! And the wings?!?! They are so delicious and huge. Safas has at least half of my paycheck each week lol.
Never ordered from this spot before however, the lady that answered the phone was so professional not to mention patient. She told me about the specials and still remained patient. Now time to taste food.......the pizza was a little dry not enough sauce for me but my friend said it was good. Cheesesteak was good fries 🍟 were hot and good
Thank GOD I ordered a appetizer. I specifically said I was allergic to pepper therefore did not get the bacon cheese fries. Sadly I ordered a small ceaser salad and the chicken has so much pepper in it, so $4.99 plus tax WASTED.

Im very disappointed in how sagas pizza is run the delivery drivers tell us if we dont give them a tip they will not give us our order. The order was wrong and they dont like correcting the order .I order from them almost every other day and its always wrong. I asked the delivery person to let me check the food at the door before he leaves they tell me no and call the place if it wrong then I have to wait 2hrs for rest of my order. They r very unorganized

Sometimes gets something wrong in the order; understandable considering the high volume they turn out. Every time I am in the area, I have to order there at least once!
The food and delivery time was good but they added an additional $4.77 charge to my grubhub order with no explanation at all and I cant get any response to it. Have to do a card dispute.

Been going to Safas since 2011. Always get a cheese steak with mozzarella Sticks. Definitely the best mozzarella sticks in town lol. fast and friendly service for sure.

Why is a negative 5 not an option? The service is absolutely ridiculously slow. Being on hold for 4 minutes before getting to place an order should have been a warning. I waited an hour for a pizza sub and I literally live a couple blocks away. The women who answer the phone (Ashley...& Trina) gave me a terrible attitude. This is the worst Customer Service that Ive ever experienced. I will never order from here again. Food is always cold when it arrives. SAFAS you just lost a good customer. -JASMINE

This place has really bad customer service amazon wear house use orders from here every night over 8 order or more. And we stop because the staff is very rude over the phone and the staff also play games on the phone and tell you what ever they think is right. The owner needs to get in there and fire those bad thrones. The food is great but the customer service is horrible they messed up a order and didn’t not give money back or replace the order and the guy over the phone told me that he didn’t care people lie about there food order at the time.
I have ordered from there alot of times and everything was good everytime. The food is great. The people are nice. And if you ordered for delivery, it gets delivered in time. I dont normally write reviews, but as a satisfied customer, I actually took the time today to write this.

They have great food but the delivery guy I always get is either dumb or illiterate. And its always the same guy. Some fat guy in a loud red Silverado. Every time I order I leave special instructions for the delivery driver to call me because I wont hear him knocking at the door and he never does it until hes been knocking for 5 minutes or I decide to go check the door. Then he gives me an attitude about taking so long to answer the door when its him not reading said special instructions. The next time I order I will paying the tip in cash just in case its this guy so I can save a couple dollars. Still 5 stars though.

I’ve been ordering for years here. Food has always been great. Prices are fair and in par with the other places. My last several orders through EAT24/Grubhub however turned out to be very disappointing. One time I waited over 3 hrs and 15 mins. Very disappointing since they’re only a block from me! Their excuse was that they’re busy...which eventually turned out that they miss seeing the order that was sent to them by Grubhub. They’re method of order tracking/receiving seems to be unorganized. It’s a shame because I will not order there again and will definitely recommend to my friends and family to avoid similar disappointing experiences by avoiding Safas. The bright side is we’ll be able to give the other places a try. Normally I wouldn’t write a negative review. Messing up once is understandable. Twice, I can see how it might have happened. Three times even...I get it, I worked in customer service/retail nvironments before. To happen 4 or more times....that’s a track record I can’t support. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
