I recommend everyone here that I know to this place that needs paint and bodywork done! I’ve been to gulfside reconditioning a few times now and as an person who painted cars for close to 10 years I can say they do good quality work! Clean shop environment and friendly atmosphere with a professional spray booth and expensive cars every where you look! They are the best in the Tampa bay area

I hit a curb and scratched two of my charcoal rims and had a few spots that needed to be buffed out on my paint. They did an excellent job and were super quick/affordable. I will be coming back if I have any further incidences.

I had a great experience, I was very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of all of the folks I interacted with. Very professional crew. Hit a curb with my car and bent the rim throwing off the alignment. He looked at my car very closely and even went out of his way to help determine all the damaged components. He straightened out my bent rim and gave excellent advice to save money. Very satisfied.

If you have nice wheels and get one or more of them damaged by rubbing a curb. The can fix it, making your wheels look new again without buying new wheels. You can go to them or they will come to you with their mobile wheel repair. I have used them both ways. They do excellent work. I highly recommend them to keep your wheels looking new.

Rims were scratched up (I wasnt the one driving, for the record), and I wanted them repaired. I could have bought a 20 dollar kit, but preferred to have this service done by a professional. And a professional is exactly what I got, he arrived on time, prepped appropriately with a nice, even sanding, then finsihed with an airbrush. Very satisfied with the service and price.

Steve did an excellent job repairing my rim! He was very meticulous and did an amazing job! He went above and beyond to make sure it was just right. His brother, Greg, who is the business owner gave me some cash to go next door to have a drink while my rim was being repaired. If you want the best, make sure you request Steve.

I dropped my chrome wheel off to get fixed a few weeks ago. They were the only place in the bay area that was able to reinstall it. These guys really know their stuff, and they are very reasonable on their prices. I could not be happier.A week later, I thought my other wheel was leaking air, so I dropped it off. They checked it out and returned it to me in perfect order, free of charge. I don’t know anybody else who would do that.This is my new wheel place, and I’m really glad I found them.

They make it very easy. They do mobile repair so you dont have to waste time in a waiting room, did a fantastic job (my scuffed wheel now looks brand new, shout out to Nooruddin), and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.

Very quick to respond and complete the job, and very reasonably priced! I called during the week to schedule an appointment to have a wheel repaired. They had someone out to my house on Saturday morning to do the job. My wheel was very scratched up and now looks good as new!

We had a very good experience there. My Fiancé scratched the wheel on her brand new VW Beatle convertible and the team at Gulfside Reconditioning did an amazing job fixing the damage. And the price was more than fair for all the work they had with it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Steve just finished resurfacing my Mercedes CLS AMG alloy wheels. They honestly look better than the day I took delivery of this car when new! Prices, courtesy and professionalism - total great experience!

BEWARE!! We were quoted a price by BOTH owners, even written down in their books as a done deal price! After dropping the car off, later that day a mechanic named Mike called and said he wouldnt repair our bumper for that price that was promised. When I called back one of the owners, he promised they would still honor that price even if they had to take a loss....they kept my car for ANOTHER 24 hours,( thinking they were working on the repair)... They werent!!!.... The NEXT DAY, the same mechanic called back and said he refused to do the work for that price! I actually had to call the Police, who met us there to get my car back....such a mess...would NEVER recommend ANY of their services! They also have an AWFUL reputation with other Body Shops and Auto Parts stores in the area...Wish I did my research first!...UPDATE..The response from the shadey owner was inaccurate! I CALLED THE POLICE ON THEM...PERIOD!!!! There is a call record with the Sheriffs Department... I called and met the Officer/Cpl/Deputy there!! ..THE POLICE were there on MY BEHALF..and to make sure that I got my Infiniti (car) back in the same condition without having to deal with those scammers anymore! The Officer NEVER TOLD ME THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED WAS UNREASONABLE... We noticed that all of the mechanics fled like cockroaches when I showed up with the Police..hmmmm....that was odd.....The Officer had them get my keys and wanted me to inspect the car to make sure they didnt further damage it .... The Scammy owner tried to insinuate in his response to this review that the Police just showed up.....The Sheriffs Department Dispatch has the call log and the report # from my request for a Deputy to meet us at Gulfside Reconditioning. I will call and advise the Corporal who was on the call to read the owners response and his false remarks regarding the Corporals statements while on the scene...

Not the Best Work! Recently had them clean and (supposedly) shine the solid aluminum wheels on my 40 foot diesel motorcoach while it was being worked on at Preventive Maintenance Services. Saw the work today and found it totally unacceptable. There was no shine anywhere The technician had not even removed the lug nut caps from the wheels to clean them and the back wheels appear untouched. Trying to get the bosses on the phone now, but so far not luck. In my personal opinion, something is wrong with these folks, especially if they dont return phone calls and stand by their work. Hopefully they will come around and do what is right.

Great customer service, and experience.Look for the photos linked to this map listing for an AFTER and BEFORE pic of one of my wheels that Greg (owner) and his brother worked on.I have stock Infiniti G35 wheels in the stock satin silver finish that I wanted to get resurfaced and painted instead of getting aftermarket wheels. New, even used, stock wheels were not an option I was willing to pay for.I was referred to Wheel Tech from the guys at Carsmetics in Palm Harbor. I Googled them and saw that I needed to send Google a map edit so that their location would in the database.A couple of days later I went to their location and talked with Greg (the owner). He went over what could be done to the wheels and gave an estimate that I was happy with. I set up an appointment for their mobile service the next week.On the appointment day Greg came by with his brother and within 3 hours all four wheels were resurfaced as needed then painted the color that I wanted. The work was done on the vehicle. (note, make sure there is ample space on either side of your vehicle for them to work if you choose their mobile service).I also had them resurface my headlight covers since they were heavily oxidized and hazy,even after I tried using store bought products to clean them up.The headlights covers came out looking like new!I highly recommend these guys for wheel repair and headlight restoration services.. They also have odor removal and window tinting service available (window tinting will be the next thing I want to do to).For less than the cost of quality aftermarket wheels, I have MY set of stock G35 wheels in gray gunmetal gloss that look like no other stock set out there..

Really wanted to like these guys as they worked hard to repair the wheel on my BMW initially and make good on some miscommunication. Brought them a cracked wheel which they were able to weld. This lasted for about 5 days until it cracked again and started leaking. I gave them the car again to repair the wheel and didnt even make it home. They had me come back a third time where they just simply used bondo to repair the crack. That lasted a couple hours. Spent the next 2 weeks filling up the tire every few hours while they told me that their welder is not broken. Its been 2 months now, Ive replaced the wheel and asked for a refund for the worthless repair and keep getting told they will call me back. Cosmetic repairs they do chip if you ever get your tires replaced. Lesson learned!

Called today about a 71 station wagon for sale and it was like pulling teeth to get information about the vehicle the guy was so rude I freaking hung up on him listen buddy when youre trying to sell a vehicle give some information like the mileage and is it the original motor and most of all be freaking polite on the phone!

Way over the top service and price was crazy low ... straightened my rim and cleaned road rash ... going back next week for headlights
