I placed an order for two teething necklaces about 3 weeks ago and even paid for shipping and haven’t received them. I called them about a week after I placed my order because I hadn’t received any notification that it had been sent out, they said that they were going through some illnesses in the household and they would send it out the following day or the day after. That never happened. I have called them multiple times and left voicemails and haven’t heard anything. I have even texted Hal from a number he texted me from about the status of my order, and if it had been shipped out yet I would like a refund. I haven’t heard anything from them and haven’t seen a refund to our payment method.I understand that things happen in life and I completely get it, but to take someone’s money and not give them what they paid for is called theft. I suggest looking elsewhere for your baby needs, especially if you’re thinking about ordering online. They will steal your money.*update 9/27*We received an email from them a couple of weeks ago stating that they shipped my order but the tracking isn’t showing it as delivered. (I never received a tracking number). I told her that we still haven’t received it and asked again for another refund. Still haven’t received the refund.

Weve purchased cloth diapers, baby carriers, toys, among other things.We also love and support the events held here for parents and kiddos. Weve attended yoga and various support groups. Crunch is an amazing and friendly space! Ive been to thier moms breastfeeding group and one of thier free instructional babywearing classes. Beautiful natural baby products as well. Very knowledgeable and helpful, especially for a first time mom!
