I am a travel nurse from out of state. I was looking for a good bagel place months ago and found MUCH more :) I have fallen in love with this delicious little shop. It is unassuming and that’s the charm. The food is ALWAYS good, homemade with love. The coffee is Perfect. It feels great to help out a local business. The woman that owns it is always there working away! Smiling and talking to everyone. She is sincere and wants to know how everyone is doing. It’s her gift to offer her homemade food. I‘ve come here time and time again and am always so happy I did. Enjoy!!

Im from Long Island... The home of bagels... Let me tell you this place has good bagels better than St Pete bagel Co.. better than any other place in Pinellas county. Its a small shop stand-alone so its easy to miss...but come try! This was my first time here and Ive worked right across the street for the past year

I drove all the way to this location to order food and they were closed. It says on Google that they close at 2pm as well as on their website. I saw an employee and they said they close at 1:30. You might want to update your hours online.In response to owner: I would have completely understood if your employee told me that they needed to close early for personal reasons. Instead, they said We close at 1:30 which you are now saying is not the case typically. If you want to close earlier, I get that too. You may just want to update your hours everywhere :)

Best plain bagel ever! The slathered lots of cream cheese, it was sooo good. Chewy but not tough. And their new menu is terrific!

Extremely rude lady. She made a mistake on my order. So when I asked if she could fix my order, she got mad and starting yelling at me debating if I just ordered wrong. I said could you just please get me what I want and fix the mistake. So she told me she wasnt serving me to just get out. Didnt even give me a refund. Horrible experience. I dont recommend supporting this business in my community that treats people like this!

Everything bagel tasted good, but the texture wasnt quite there. The woman working though was very nice. Great service. They offer vegan and gluten free options for people with allergies or dietary restrictions. Overall a nice little bagel shop. Im sure Ill be back again sometime.

Lovely. Quaint and clean. Reminds of Colonia Del Sacramento - cozy spot in Uruguay. Cappuccino yum. Bagels fantastic. Especially ‘everything’ bagel with egg salad. They do it ALL just right. My search for great pastries in Dunedin continues. This being a dedicated bagel shop I wasnt hoping this would end my search - but I was hoping Id want to go back. When American cheese is the primary cheese option, though, its not a place for me. The bagels were alright though - good flavor, but toasted was warm and chewy, and extra toasted was actually lightly toasted.

Ive tried every bagel shop in a 5 mile radius, dont look any further than right here,, Dunedin Bagel is head and shoulders above the rest. I love their poppy bagels they are loaded with seeds, youll hurt your eyes looking for the seeds on the competitors bagels.

Update: Owner replied to my comment offering a refund or discount next time I’m in and stating they use gloves and hair nets... Sorry but... I won’t need the discount.This place is terrible. They take forever to even take your order. They have one person as the cook and cashier and she talks the entire time, turns around while making your food to keep talking while people are waiting. The coffee wasnt even hot and the worst part, this lady has long nails and doesnt wear gloves or hair net to handle the food. Both food industry no-nos. It took us 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees because she was talking and preparing all the food orders at the same time instead of in turns. By the time we got home with our food, the bread was wet with the ingredients, mushy and cold. Never again....

Probably the worst bagel Ive ever had. I actually took one bite and threw it away. They dont make the bagels on site so theyre all wrapped in cellophane I have no idea how old they actually are. The service was extremely slow. I paid $8 for two buttered bagels and an orange juice. A complete waste of money.

We go here almost every weekend because the bagel sandwiches are the best in town. Nova lox is my favorite and they make it exactly how I like it. The staff is really friendly and caring. They never let us go without giving a treat to our dog. I highly recommend it.

Super glad that my $5 bacon egg and cheese was microwave meat. At least have the decency to actually cook breakfast for $5. This place has something to hide also. There are signs all over the place not to have your cell phone out. Bad sign. Dont eat here. Cook at home

Arent the evening in Dunedin and HAD to stop at this place (I love bagels and they had great reviews). I had a plain bagel with cream cheese and lox and my wife just a sesame bagel with cream cheese. We enjoyed both tremendously. Wish their location was closer to our home. Friendly and helpful staff made the experience even better.

Found this place by accident bcas they are the only bakery in Dunedin open right now due to CV19 and wow I wish I had known about this place before! We got the bagel breakfast sandwiches and they were so delicious! Definitely coming back!

I like to start my mornings with their tasty bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and a large, strong cup of coffee. The owners are always in a good mood and eager to serve you.

I was disappointed in both my visit and the bagels I got. The woman wasn’t even personable with customers. I was shocked to see that she pulled the bagels from bags. And when I asked her about the bagged bagels she snapped, “we do things different in the south”Obviously! You claim to serve NY bagels and as someone who grew up eating real NY bagels, I overpaid for Thomas’ bagels. There are real places to go, skip this one if you know what a real bagel is.

Just going through the motions.==========================================================Received a response from the owner on March 25 who decided to tout their menu as the response to my 2 star rating - which is actually generous on my part. Well i had the equivalent of a ham/egg McMuffin and a coffee and it was well over $8. Excuse me! It was in deed different but absolutely not tastier. And the lady behind the counter who took my order and prepared my breakfast sandwich was constantly on her cell phone. I obviously, from the look on her face and the tone in her voice, had interrupted her conversation, or what ever it was she was doing. She was totally disinterested in what she was being paid to do. I was a bother to her. I was an interruption and an annoyance. I ate my bland sandwich and left. Ive tried this place twice. Burn me once shame on you. Burn me twice and i will never return. The deed is done.

This is the best bagel outside NYC. To think I had to come all the way to Florida for such an enjoyable experience. Couple that with their Cuban sandwich on authentic Artisan bread using the most delicious fresh meats cheeses and produce I think this is my new favorite place. This kind of service can only be had at a Mom/Pop operation which I believe it is as they are so happy to help, make suggestions and create whatever you have in mind. I just wish they stayed open longer in the afternoons.

The owners are nice friendly people. They make the best bagels and sandwiches! Hubby likes it spicy, I like it mild. We can both get what we want. Also, the coffee there is delicious!

Their bagels are out is this world. The staff are kind and quick. My son loves the French Toast bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese. You cant find these delicious bagels any where else. They are #1 for a reason.

Just couldnt enjoy the coffee. The bagel was OK. Very dry. Also didnt think the customer service was very good. Love the location which is walking distance from my home but will not return unless they up their customer service skills and get better coffee. The menus sounds very good but I was not welcomed so I didnt get to try anything. Stood at the counter for close to ten minutes. I understand it gets busy, I worked in food service for many years but you greet and are grateful for everyone who enters, in my experience.

Its called Dunedin Bagels and Deli (at least on the sign out front). They make excellent bagels and terrific sandwiches. Always big portions. The soup and desserts are great, too, and the owners are really nice. Small dining area, but its worth checking out.

The bagel and the cream cheese was delicious! The customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen. The lady at the front never turned around to greet us, just talking with her back turned doing something with plastic cups. That’s shockingly bad customer service. Were it just me there, I’d have turned right around and walked back out. I won’t be going back, regardless of the good bagel, I can get that anywhere. Add a little service to your shop’s good bagels, and you might make a little more money.

So while I was ordering my bagel the guy behind the register was preparing my food but only without gloves after I seen him dig in his nose EWW, I had to ask if was going to wash his hands and put on gloves. I Have never experienced anything like that in my life. Bagel was delicious though!

When I changed my mind about regular to veggie cream cheese he shakes his head like Im a bad person then says thats $1 the guy next to me says wow thats expensive just to change your cream cheese type. I used to buy bagels here many any years ago, they seem smaller and more chewy than they ever have. Its not the same. It does beat a store bagel hands down however I find that their spreads have minimal ingredients in them compared to past purchases.

Do not waste your money here. I simply ordered 2 plain bagels with plain cream cheese and salmon for $15 and got this. A dry ass bagel. I am livid.

I had not been there yet, but my work place is a very short walk. I called to place a small order for pick-up, and the lady was rude on the phone when I asked what kind of cream cheese they had. She told me to go online and call back when I know what I want, and did not answer me when I asked for a specific flavor. Then he hung up on me. The bagel menu is online, but not the cream cheese... they can keep their bagels
