Big store lots of cool stuff check out area employees are kind of slow

This is paradise for any crafter! They are so well stocked in every department, you can find anything you need. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There are always sales and coupons to help cut costs. I highly recommend!

So, Ive rediscovered my love for crochet recently, and Ive been scouring all of Dunedin for supplies and quality yarn. Ive been through 2 Michaels and also hit Hobby Lobby. They absolutely cannot compare to Jo-Anns selection where I found more than 7 aisles of yarns, crochet hooks and gadgets! I was like a kid in a candy store at Jo-Ann when I compared their offerings to Michaels 2 aisles and Hobby Lobbys anemic 1.5 aisles of paltry selections.If yarn crafting is your jam, dont waste your time anywhere else!

Always love this place but was a little disappointed that I couldnt find what I was looking for. Then realized that merchandise is stuck out in Pacific Ocean on container boats. Thanks Biden!!!

I can only give 2 stars. The ladies at the cutting desk should get 5 stars. Check out should get a big zero. You had 1 person checking out with a line 10 deep. The people behind me had no mask and were probably not 6 get back. No markers on the floor. I stepped out of line and took the cut material back to the cutting desk and apologized to them. Standing in a line that was not moving was not worth my life. Mark your floor, enforce the mask mandate and keep your staff and clients safe! You just lost my business. Dont complain Amazon gets all the sales.

Weds in the evening they have bike night. Hundreds of bikes and Slingshots are displayed with band on stage in parking lot. Good fun

I get all of my fabric for the most part at this Jo-Anns fabric. Usually they have something that Im looking for if not comparable. I think Ive only dealt with one or two staff members that were not very helpful or a little bit rude. Other than that most of their staff members are very helpful and nice.

I really need to go here more! They have solar garden decor on sale right now! Such a silly thing to get excited about. BUT... They also have a bunch of fabric, not only for making blankets and clothes, but also house fabrics for upholstering chairs and furniture. Picture frames, markers, rolls of foam. Its NOT only fabric and crafts...its also home decor for those who are not aware. 😊

It’s fine for what it is. Decent selection, well-organized. Employees are normal Joann-level unfriendly, and not particularly helpful. Prices are high except for clearance, and the coupons are a false draw-in; anytime they put out a good one, everything is on clearance at a higher price, so the coupons don’t apply. It’s a gimmick, but they don’t have a lot of competition.

Staff is super friendly and nice; they constantly remodel so its nice theyll tell you where stuff is. I Cosplay and they have a great selection of things. The spray paint is locked up for some odd reason so youll have to find a person to unlock it. The cutting counter line is always long and they usually only have 1-2 cashiers open making the check out line long too. DO NOT GO SATURDAY MORNINGS YOU WILL BE THERE 3 HOURS. The fabric scraps are good for a find and things seem really expensive until you download the app to get coupons. Corridors are a bit tight if you have carts and unsupervised children can and do appear out of nowhere (not the stores fault). Bathrooms are fine, clean and well lit.

Joann has a gorgous selection of cotton fabrics for quilting. Beautiful colors.

Customer service could use some more help...but love that they allow you to shop with your dog.

Social distancing good. Less merchandise than usual and their prices are very high. Still the only place to go around here. Recommend

Just cant like this Joanns. Its impossible to find help. The fabric cutters are always rude, as well as the employees in the sewing machine section. The last couple times I tried to shop here they were low in stock. Ive discovered Hobby lobby...better service and ALWAYS in stock.

If I could give this place less stars, I would. Had some framing done a few years back that I now need to edit. Went in to see if the changes could be made, and to place a new order. I was told that there was no one who could help me until next Sunday. When I said I just had a simple request and maybe I could ask some questions, I was told that someone would come by to help me. I waited and no one ever came. I was totally dismissed. It’s Friday for goodness sake‘s, how do you not have anyone working in the framing department. I’ll drive further to another Joanns for better service next time.

Yes I love paying way too much for all my sewing stuff, and having coupons that I cant us because the items are on sale.

Other than every time I go there I have to wait in line for a while, this location has almost everything you can imagine!! The variety of different yarns and fabrics is pretty awesome! Joanns also has good coupons that can be scanned from your app or phone. Savings and watching sales is important! So saving more than makes up for waiting a bit longer for something enjoyable like knitting or sewing. 😊👍💛

Great place if you like crafts. Their prices were high on some items but they do have good sales.

A kindness rock done by a local artist. Find one? Keep it or re hide it at a different area. The idea is to spread an unexpected smile.

Employee was very helpful showing us the location of the yarn we wanted. Unfortunately the store had only one of the three colors we needed. Amazon has them all. So well be ordering the rest from them.

Joanns has most of my sewing needs. Most people were wearing masks and the store was not too crowded. The stock seems light from past times I have been there.

I was covering my chair so I needed some materials they got a wide selection material but what I didnt like was they had 10 people in line and one person at the register the wait sucked. I felt like just leaving everything on the counter and go somewhere else

Really nice staff who helped me find a bunch of the things I needed and were very knowledgeable about where and what everything was, but right now the store looks like its been picked clean so the selection for certain things is pretty limited at the moment

Always find what I need staff are there when I have trouble finding what I want

Ive been very disappointed in the choices of fabric here. I dont know whats happened because there used to be a wonderful selection. I have no problem with the rest of the store, but the main reason I go to Joann Fabrics is for fabric.

Seems like everything is on sale. I purchased a bunch of gallery style picture frames and a couple home decor items that I thought were pretty unique. Easy checkout, store wasnt too crowded.

This JOANNS Fabrics is nice and clean, organized & large. A bit of trouble finding someone to help me find what I was looking for but I did find it after searching a bit. Check out was a breeze. The only thing that would be nice if if they would tell you if the coupons you were using applied to that item. I thought that I got something that what I though full price and would get 50% off as there were no signs saying it was on special. But it wasnt 50% off only 30%, I wouldnt have gotten had I known that. Other wise I really do like the store you can wonder and get so many ideas you really need to get what you came in for and leave or you will be spending a lot more than you expected as there are so many deals. ENJOY SHOPING

I am done with them! First, yesterday I only saw one employee with a mask. I had to go back today and they all had them only because of the countys vote yesterday. Obviously they dont care about their customers!!I was out of my element in the fabric section and the clerk was far more interested in putting fabric away than helping me. She finally gave in when I wouldnt go away. Today, she could not have worked more slowly, until she had seven people in line and finally called for help.These are huge management issues!! Good bye, JoAnn!!

The staff were nice, but the line to get fabric took over an hour. They had 2 employees working it, and we had to take tickets. 10 people in front of us... And waited over an hour to be seen. Ruined all the rest of the shopping plans for the day.

There is such a great variety of fabrics and crafts so allow yourself plenty of time to enjoy shopping here. Ive been known to purchase pieces of beautiful fabric to make scarves or belts because I no longer sew. There are floral, home decor, needle arts, painting, quilting, beading, fabric and paper arts departments. The sales staff is extremely helpful. There is an area to peruse patterns, trims and sewing tools and even Husqvarna machines. Enjoy creating!

Outdated decor especially for an arts and crafts store. Also very dusty inside. You can see where they havent cleaned in a very long time.

This store has a great selection and the employees are friendly and helpful, but only giving 3 stars because it is very warm in the store. I was sweating even in shorts and a tank top, I cant imagine how the employees handle working in that heat. They might as well be working outside!

Normally I love this location because it’s closest to my house, but the last few times I’ve been here their customer service has been subpar at best. They get testy when you pay cash in exact change (sorry, server life) and the cashiers will roll their eyes. Chad was the icing on the cake today. He was incredible rude and short when I told him I was here for a curbside pickup order. Like I inconvenienced him to do his job and make him walk the 10 feet to the parking lot. When he finally came out, he went around to my passenger window and literally tossed my order into my window onto my passenger seat...really? It’s a shame the employees lack such customer service skills.

Was in the store a long long time its cotton here and there. A lovely customer let me know there was elastic Thank You and another not so lovely customer walked by and knocked everything off the end of my cart . Rude! People I barely sew, but I jumped on the donate masks band wagon and fell off finding elastic is like hitting the lottery I ought to play tonight that annoyance aside. There are at least two five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐employees Nikkie she was kind, professional. A breath of fresh air then on my way out I met Mary Ann amiable and.professional as well Thanks Ladies.
