Nice clean store, well organized and very friendly. Isles cleared, neatly shelves and fully stocked.

I have been going to this location for awhile now, after today never again. My coupon for 5.00 off of 25.00 didn’t come off and I was told there was nothing they could do and to call corporate. Then they didn’t like it when I said I didn’t want the stuff they rang up. Even said it’s only 5.00.

New store manager at this location. Came in to get laundry soap and used the coupon app and when i got to the car i noticed it didnt come off. Went back in and the manager working told me to call corporate for them to fix it. Mined you i used to work for the company for 5 years and if a customer brought this to my attention i would of fixed it for them. The shelf even had the coupon sign hanging under as well so thats not my fault. Never going to this location again.

This review is really more geared towards Keith the store manager.Although, I do always find the store fully stocked with the items I need, Its always clean, all the employees are very helpful and have been there for a long time. plus it always smells nice and fresh when you walk in!I find myself going out of my way to stop into the store to get whatever it is that I need, just because I know that Keith will brighten our day! Every time anyone walks into the store, he greets them with a smile and a hello. about 2 years Ive been going there now and Ive never seen them in a bad mood, never once. Hes so positive and kind and upbeat and in a world that we live in today, we need more people like him!My kids even ask to stop by the store if they see his truck outside. He remembers their names and always engages in conversation with them about school and such.....Sometimes its the customer service that you receive that keeps you coming back. Someone who is kind, positive, knowledgeable and always has a smile on their face is worth coming back to see!Thanks for keeping an awesome store and being such an awesome person Keith!

Keith is an exceptional employee. Having worked in the service industry for over 20 years, its easy to recognize above and beyond character. Keith genuinely seems to love his job and the customers that walk in the door. Although not often, every time I stop in he is always working, always greeting me and others with the same genuine hello and easy going character. He is someone your company should value and recognize as a valuable asset for your store and even a role model for his superiors as well. Yesterday (Christmas eve) I stopped in for a last minute item I forgot at the grocery store) and as I left, I promised myself I would write a little something about this person and wanted to express my appreciation for such a kind human and probably undervalued employee.

Went to call and number was out of service so I went the store anyway they had I need and apologised end that gave me their new number . love dunedin and love this store great people got a new forever customer outta me . aaron tried to change the number myself but it wouldnt let me so I suggested the number change and entered the number

Large selection of things. Everything is very neat and tidy. The owner always asks if you need help or are looking for anything. Hes very nice and attentive.

They had some hand sanitizer, but imo it was overpriced. Passed on the purchase. Other than that, my experience was par for the course.
