Went there this morning with a low air pressure indicator. I was told I would have to wait for the tire pressure to be checked. OK, no big deal. Then was told he did not know when he could get it done. You got to be kidding me. I decided to drive somewhere else and got it done. .

Went in for an alignment and Kyle the manager went out of his way to make sure that it was done properly and efficiently and I was in and out in less than an hour thanks Kyle and your crew you guys are awesome

The manager of the place got me and my grandmother her firewhawk indy 500 tires. Wirch she had a life time warranty. They handled the situation perfectly as any sales man would have. Im please to be bring her car and my cars in, in the future as well. Have been going there for over 30 years and will continue to go therefor my tire needs. 👍

These people are great!As a female I knew how much I needed to be careful with going to mechanics as I know some of them can take advantage of certain people who may not have enough head knowledge. While I do have a little bit of a car background, I do not have the tools to handle the repairs that my car needs so I was a little skeptical at first when my husband brought his car in for service.I am so glad I was proven wrong! I have seen Kyle consistently go above and beyond for us and other customers to get prices as low as he possibly can to make service as affordable as possible.My one recommendation would be to get an appointment if you can, they have a really loyal customer base and have been a tad busy as of late (good for them!) but dont go anywhere else if you dont have to because they have the best service Ive seen!

We had a great experience in a time of need

Got oil change. They did courtesy check. But I paid extra to check out car before roadtrip. Replaced airfilter only. A week later found out coolant, power steering and break flooid was at bare minimun or under minimum. I understand they dont fil up flooids. But they didnt tell me flooids low and under minimum. So Im questioning what I paid extra for? When I went back and I got through to them flooids were low when they said car is in perfect condition. They just said Sorry. They actually did oil change and tire rotation therefore I give them more then 1 star.

I called in and spoke to Kyle and explained exactly what I was looking for. I had a rough estimate of what I was expecting to pay to have 2 new tires, and new brakes and rotors put on. He was very patient with me, told me about some promos they were doing and we put together an estimate that I was happy with. I brought my vehicle in and they completed the repairs within a few hours without adding extra unnecessary fluff to the bill, which I very much appreciate. Overall, I had one of my best experiences in dealing with a mechanics shop at this location, so I would be comfortable recommending this shop to others.

John was awesome. Took us in after we were told wed have to wait an hour. I had an appt. John was friendly, polite and customer service driven. Kyle was rude and argumentative. Bad Manager.. All the Techs were great.. Find a new manage tho. Kyle isnt us. No people skills and less mechanical skills.. Wont be going back bc of Kyle...

I had a really good experience here. I ripped the bumper off my car and they were the only place in the area open on a Sunday and even though they dont do body work, they offered to check it over to make sure it was safe to drive. Kyle was really nice and the mechanic (Mike, I think) zip tied the bottom up and did a once over to make sure nothing was leaking or broken inside the car. I would definitely recommend for customer service. Even though they didnt have the service I needed, they were still willing to help me out.

Amazing customer service just amazing people

Never againInformed associate that I needed to replace one worn tire. He went outside to examine my tires. When he returned, he advised me I needed four new tires. He was informed that all tires (except the one currently needing replaced) had been replaced within the past year, the most recent less than two months ago.2) No Primewell tires available. He advised us that he could order one from another Firestone (about 1 hr wait) or he could do a deal on a Bridgestone. When asked about the deal, he stated the out the door price for the Primewell was $116 (approx) and he could do the Bridgestone for $131. A $15 difference. We agreed to the deal. When it came time to pay, the bill was $147. Tax and extras had not been included in his Bridgestone out the door quote.

I was traveling through Dunedin on my way to South Florida when my tire pressure sensor indicated I probably had a flat. I stopped at Firestone but alas they were busting at the seems busy. Despite being inundated with business Kyle went out of his way to take a look at my car right away and sure enough his mechanic found an embedded nail that was too close to the sidewalk to repair.Kyle didn’t have the uncommon tire in stock but again went out of the way to print out a copy of what I needed for someone else to use, put enough air in my run flat to get us safely home and suggested where to go when I got there.I tried to pay - but Kyle did not accept the offer. If you are around Dunedin make sure you see Kyle for great service!!

Some of the employees are friendly and others are argumentative.I recently removed an alternator that Firestone had installed to DIY a water pump and found that the upper bracket bolt was seized into the engine block with no head!Ive snapped the heads off of bolts before but NEVER in an engine block.They just put this in with no other attachment other than the pivot bolt.This belt is tightened down to over 150lbs and this upper bracket is supposed to prevent the alternator from pivoting under a load while tightening the belt up.I can not prove they snapped the head off of this but I can attest to the fact that they did install this part without the upper bracket bolt attached!They couldve drilled it out and put a through bolt but just ignored that fact.Since the upper bracket bolt went unattached I wound up having to cut the nut off because when I attempted to break it loose it just spins on both sides. The tab feature that Nissan designed to hold the head of the bolt steady stripped out and bent up!Also I went in to Firestone shortly afterwards to discuss another issue and the associate tried to attack me!He accused me of picking them for how to information.I wont go back!Here is a picture of the new bolt I had to order from Nissan! You see theres no way to grab the one end to hold it steady? If the nut is overtightened because the load is not distributed equally with the additional bracket the tab just bends up and both the nut and head just spin! What PITN!

I went here recently to get a nail out of my husband’s tire. We called well into the afternoon and they were still able to get us in before they closed for the day, which I really appreciated. My husband had to work the next morning so we really needed the tire repaired ASAP, and they helped us. The guy working was named Kyle and he was very friendly and efficient. He had great customer service skills. I would definitely go back to this location and recommend it to others.

I got standard oil change as per manufacturer recommended besides this their courtesy check really helped me realize that my cars air tube was torn which I fixed later.when I did oil change in past I didnt even know my cars oil standard used was wrong but Firestone guys did a great job fixing this.Kyle & Mike are awesome.

I needed a set tires for my minivan. While calling around for quotes I ran into this location. I spoke with Dustin whom was very professional and courteous, real cool. Dustin was able to price match, and get me a better brand of tires. They did their routine check of the vehicle and it turns out that everything was good, I didnt need brakes yet even though I was sure that did. They didnt push me for anything extra. There were some suggestions but they didnt pressure me at all. All in all I got my tires which came with road hazard protection by the way. Oil cange, wheel alignment check and brakes checked all for a decent price.Thank you Dustin for the great service.

I am always greeted by whoever is at the check in desk. They are friendly. They never do any work you havent authorized and if they see something that needs to be dine they will call you and you decide if you want to do it now or later.

Very efficient, polite, professional and fast service for an oil change and free check on my car levels and tire pressure before I drive North . They have a $15. coupon until March 31st and although I did not have the coupon, they gave me the discount. A perfect experience-- I will be back next winter!

Transparency - Informed me of diagnosis and repair cost quote before doing repairs; Conscientious - Called when first of two-part service task was complete; Personnel - Cordial, articulate, professional (I was an aircraft mechanic once for several years and the majority of us cannot even spell people skills); Timely - Estimate was as expected.

VERY RUDE!!! We are 2 girls out of state and on vacation when the SUV started rattling. The guy at the counter was very abrupt and rude. He asked twice if we had an appointment and and said he could not help us at all. And that was pretty much it. He did not offer any assistance at all. We just left.

Took my car in about a 2 months ago and again a month ago spent $900+ went to get tires brakes my rotors resurfaced had my fuel injectors flushed did a full inspection. After leaving my brakes were making my entire tire turn black and were squeaking 10xs more then when i brought it in. Call and they changed them and had to resurface mt rotors again. Was also told with the inspection that i paid for everything was in great condition. I thought maybe I was just overthinking something was wrong with my car. Took it to the Toyota dealership to be sure I needed a new radiator, shocks, struts, engine gasket, spark plugs, my fuel injectors needed to be cleaned and i need new routers. Which i found hilarious. So i spent this money to have Firestone tell me what was wrong with my car for nothing, had them clean my fuel injectors for nothing and had them resurface my rotors down and not even do it right. I have tried to talk to talk to the district manager Cory but he apparently doesnt find a need to call me back Ive called twice now and they said he would contact me in 48 hours. Called again today since its been another 48 hours and all hes done is made a case supposedly but hasnt called me so what the hell that is doing is a GRAND question. Ive called corporate who is also absolutely no help. So since that is the case Ive contacted the better business bureau to see if that will help me. I am beyond pissed off at how the do not care about their customers.DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE SCREWED OVER!!!!!

Last night my lady was saying her tire was making a funny noise. So when she got home about midnight from the gym I said I would look at. Well I found a big screw in the front tire. So we instantly searched for tire repair in our area. We saw Firestone opened the earliest which was great cause my she has to work at 830 and has to drive all the way to St Pete from Dunedin. She got there at 745 am and they opened at 7am and she was told there was a 2 hour wait. Ive had plenty of nails in my tires over the years and I know to plug a tire ( If it even needed one ) takes about 5 to 10 minutes. So she called me and told me this and I wasnt to happy. Firestone couldnt take 10 minutes to plug a tire after she explained to them how far she has to drive and is worried about the tire blowing. Needless to say Firestone will never receive any business from us.

I had set an appointment for new tires and was in and out in about 20 minutes! However, they poked around up under my front end and found a few things that needed to be taken care of which Im glad they did. I got an estimate for the repairs and quite frankly I was shocked! Their hourly rate is $132/hour!!! Geeeeezus!

I made an appointment to get new tires the weekend of July 4th. I got there and they told me 3 hours. So I walked to a restaurant to get something to eat. So by the time I got back, my car hadnt even been pulled into the service area. I had to end up taken a cab home since I had my young children with me. They called me a few times to let me know of other issues that needed to be repaired. $1400 later. So I took my car back into them 2 weeks later as my A.C. was having issues. They told me all the parts that needed to be replaced which was everything but the condenser and also told me I needed sway bar links. They told me it would be $1700. Then when my car was finished with, the reps at the counter decides to call the people that had dropped off their cars to let them know their car was ready instead of cashing me out first for my oil change. I waited there while my car was being serviced. Very poor customer service. I just bought this used car in February of 2016. So I went to my mechanic the next week which is a different place that I have always used before going to this place. They pretty much laughed and said well you could have just put a whole brand new A.C. in that you didnt even need when I showed them the paperwork. I only needed 2 shrader valves replaced, which cost me $25 bucks and freon added. What a rip off they are. I went to my mechanic today and got the ac fixed, my sway bar links replaced and added to have my shocks and struts replaced for a whole $1200 bucks. Never will use this place again. Such a dishonest place trying to take advantage of a female.

They always take good care of me. There have been some not great employees there over the years, but management listens to customers when they say when something or someone isnt great.

Took in car for oil change. Took an hour when other places like Take 5 Oil Change takes 5 minutes.The mechanic DIDNT check my air filter, cabin filter, DIDNT top off window washer fluid or give me a 19-point inspection or tell me anything about that health of my car as their website and coupon said they would do. Honestly I dont know why I came to Firestone or what I even paid for...

Horrible...I made an appointment for service to be done on Saturday. I left a contact number (cell phone ) for my boss. Not only was the repair not completed Saturday; the inside of the door and steering wheel had grease all over them . This is NOT how you should treat customers. The repair was not completed until around 130pm on Sunday. So tell me, why even schedule appointments??? This is a very bad business practice.
