I love this store! The owners and staff are wonderful and very helpful if you are in search of a particular gift or even something to just treat yourself with. Prior to moving to Dunedin 7/1 I would make it a point to stop in every time we came to town from Illinois. I love it that now we are less than a mile away and I can come in whenever I have the urge. It’s also a fun place to take guests visiting from out of town to.

What a delightful store. The selection of specialty items is amazing and the owner Matt goes the extra mile to help you find what you need. They have items for all ages with all price points. Everyone had on masks and they kept cleaner on the counter. I felt very comfortable with their clealiness.

Use to adore this store with unique gifts... but today I saw at least 2 employees who didn’t even make eye contact. It was quiet other than 2 customers looking at pandora charms. When I asked the woman at the register if they had anything with a Phoenix or flames (gift ideas) she said that Alex and Ani use to, but not anymore. I asked if they had any pet themed gifts and she pointed to a shelf by baby stuff in the corner. It was such a cold interaction. At the time she was just straightening the counter- which I guess is more important.It is worth paying a premium for good service. I like asking for ideas and buying unique finds. Last year I spent over a thousand there for Christmas gifts. Classy boutiques should differentiate with good customer service not by being snobby. I can have friendlier social interactions buying these gifts on amazon.

Great boutique! The shop is well organized with a good flow. With various popular name brands, it is easy to get a gift list completed in one stop. The staff is amazing, always great with suggestions and my items are beautifully gift wrapped.

Friendly, fun and very helpful. Slippers to jewelry, soaps and scarfs and life-like furry pets. Very fun store, very conveniently located between Tarpon and Clearwater on the more relaxing of the 19s😄👍👍

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wife and I we’re followed around the store and had this old lady looking over our shoulders the entire time. Not to mention incredibly over priced. Don’t go here save your money or go to Westfield countryside
