Awesome, I preordered 10 hot chocolate bombs & she even ordered extra so I could get two more for the girls at thessalon I work at. And everybody is happy. They even delivered it to my car curbside service with a smile. Kookie Krums was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so thankful! Okay seriously, stop what you are doing, and go to Kookie Krums for a cappuccino muffin. They are amazing. We also like the Morning Glory muffins and M&M cookies. But the cappuccino muffin prolly one of the best muffins I’ve ever had!There’s very few shops I will eat at right now and I trust them to be clean and quick during this insane time of life.

We recently had Kookie Krums bake 4 dozen custom cookies with our logo on them for our company’s National Sales Meeting held in Clearwater Beach. This place is amazing! The cookies are so delicious, the brownies are the best Ive ever tasted, and the muffins are huge and just perfect! Also, the owner is super lovely. She was so chatty and friendly and gave us loads of great advice for local eats. Could not recommend this place enough!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was here from out of state, just bought a condo down the road and was excited to find a cute little coffee shop and bakery. I got a coffee and muffin at Kookie Krums...the coffee was gross-tasted like flavored water and the muffin was dry and very bland, but that wasnt the worst part. I tried to talk to the owner...complimented her store, asked about her best sellers-I planned on buying gifts for those I was visiting. She didnt even give me eye contact. She just said theyre all good and acted like I was wasting her time. I was shocked at how rude she was to a brand new customer. You would think customer relations would be a priority in a small family owned store. Very disappointed.
