Been using these guys for over 5 years . Couldnt find more helpful group of people. they have a great design team that created out presentation folders and magnetic signs for our trucks. They even designed some help wanted signs for front office area. Great company to work with.

Poor customer service, poor scheduling, and poor communication with new customer. I prefer using small local business but unfortunately wont use this one in the future. On a Tuesday, I took 6 photos in to get color copies made (1 ea. - 6 total). This was to be a TEST PRINT for future art prints, greeting cards and more. I was told they would be ready on Wed or Thurs, then maybe Friday, then maybe Sat or Monday, then I finally called back the following Tues. and spoke with the owner who basically told me they cant be bothered with 6 color prints when they have larger orders to fill. John informed me that it typically takes 7-10 days for small orders. I wish they would have told me that before I wasted a week waiting for my color copies that I was told could be ready the next day.

Great experience...quality work and service. Will be a return customer.
