Today I had the rollers replaced on the back sliding door. Kevin and Tyler worked quickly and did a great job along with giving us a fair price👍🏻👍🏻

Tyler was great, he came out and repaired or sliding glass door track and rollers. I honestly thought that the doors might not be able to be repaired. But Tyler did an excellent job and the doors could not work any better.

We recently had Kevin out for a foggy sliding glass door that I was interested in having repaired. Luckily he was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me that I did not need completely new doors and could just replace the foggy glass with a new window. We ended up going through with the window repair and they were able to have the job completed within two weeks. Our doors could not look any better, they also replace the rollers in the doors making them slide like new as well. All around good people who do great work!

Today i had a home window repair in Clearwater, Jesse and Tyler where great. They where friendly and cut the glass right at the house. Why they finished I mentioned a window that I could not get open. They ended up replacing the balances in the window and it now works like new!

Our patio sliding door needed to be serviced. Recently bought a home in Saint Pete needed the rollers on my sliding glass doors replaced along with replacing the glass because it was all scratched up. Unfortunately after saying they could fix our sliding patio doors they werent able to once they were doing it, which we were ok with. We then asked them to do a smaller fix to the doors which they said they would do and a month later they still have not returned to do it. They ran out of here pretty fast and I only realized after they had gone that we would now have to repair the stucco they had damaged and not said anything about. They did clean up and Kevin was polite. We would not use them again.

The young man that came to give me an estimate arrived in a very large black truck with large tires that appeared to be hot or other and left noticeable black tire marks. He changed his estimate pricing and bumped it up enough to then said he would give me a $50 discount off the door repair he came to provide me with an estimate. I didn’t care about any discounts, I was offended and insulted by his bad and disrespectful attitude in my house saying it was not a big deal and he wouldn’t clean that because it was not done on purpose. He went on saying sooner than later this would happened and I could call whoever I wanted he wouldn’t take responsibility for cleaning it or fixing. I said I will deal with his company and he said he was the owner and that no one else above him would do anything about it. The last time I had truck marks on my driveway they cleaned it without any rude arrogant attitude and with an apology. This mean you respect people values, feelings and expenses you caused to them. However he is an insensitive rude young man that karma would reach him. I shouldn’t be the one to pressure wash or repaint my driveway. If his tires did this he should take responsibility without damaging the existing job. Rather he did it not on purpose he needs to take responsibility and not act like a bully with a woman as a business person he claims he is. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. Owner need some professional training before dealing with customers otherwise he would be in deeper trouble especially bullying female customers. He needs to reimburse the paint and service total to repaint the areas as appropriate. However, he aggressively and rudely indicated he is not cleaning up the marks he caused. I told his attitude is disrespectful to me that are the. He had no right to mark my driveway and then act like a disrespectful person to a woman and a customer in her own home, and like if I had to accept this conduct or excuses. Additionally, he needs to be reprimanded as a business person representing a business service to the public. He beliefs that the businesses rules & ethics doesn’t apply to him and he can do whatever he wants to customers. Do not hire this company. Bad business!
