My mother and I both wear Miracle Ear hearing aids, we are very happy. My mother has been wearing Miracle Ear for over 12 years and myself the last 6 years. The service is top notch. I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE, YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYTHING BETTER WHEN IT COMES TO OVERALL CARE.

Miracle Ear at this location in Dunedin is top notch. Terrence Herr, who is board-certified in hearing instrument sciences, wears hearing aids himself and I found that very helpful. He can truly relate. The receptionist, Kathy, is one of the most welcoming people you will ever meet. There is no pressure here. I strongly recommend you do not go to Audibel. My experience there was not a good one.

My wife has been after me for years to get my hearing checked. I set an appointment with the office in Dunedin Florida three months ago. My experience with Miracle-Ear Dunedin has exceeded my expectations. From day one of my meeting with Hearing Aid Specialist Terrace Herr, who gave me the best hearing exam I ever had and I have had a few, has been a very positive experience. Before and after the exam Terrance fully explained to me how loss of hearing over time affects certain brain functions and adjusting to new aides will take a little time with adjustments made to the aides over the weeks ahead. After meeting with several hearing aid specialists and examining their products I was most impressed at how informative and professional the staff was at Miracle Ear Dunedin clinic. They were interested in me, and not just selling their products.As an architect it was important for to hear correctly what my client wanted and to be able to make a good presentation without fiddling with my hearing devices. I was fitted for aids that are very small and can be controlled by my smart phone. I am very pleased with their solution.My wife is no longer upset with me.

I have Been to Miracle Ear multiple times with my In laws. They were very hesitant to go and didn’t think there was an issue. Cathy was amazing and explained the process to them calmly to make them feel at ease with the next transition in life. She made them feel like everyone needed hearing aids and it was ok to get them so they can be closer to family because they can hear.
