Real easy place to load at. Once u enter pull off to the left hand side of the lot, park then walk to white building with the red awning for temp screen for covid. Then walk back towards 3 docks by the portable trailer and theres a shipping door to enter. Once inside walk forward about 10 ft, door on right and the shipper is first door on left

Im so scared when reading the reviews, almost all are bad.but to my amazement its pretty smooth on me, my appointment is 08:00, I check in 06:45 docked at 07:02 and being unloaded 07:50. Am I just lucky or what, to my opinion dont rely on those bad reviews, see it to yourself.

For the truckers. This place SUCKS! I have been held for well over 8 hours and so far no word. The entrance is enough to tell you how bad this place is. People sit down to eat, with barely any lights on, less than ten feet from an exposed dumpster. The guy inside for check-in was not rude, but had this aura of carelessness. Very inconsiderate of others time and schedules.

Terrible facility. Avoid at any costs. Sat here for 9 hrs. They loaded 3 trucks in this time. They refused to include in and out times on bol. 8 other trucks sat here that long also so I wasnt an exception.

Appointment was 4am. Been here since 3:15am. It is now almost 8:45am Receiver either forgot about or straight up disregarded my presence. The security guard called twice on my behalf to find out what is going on and I still sit here backed in the bay without my tanker even being touched. No one has even come out to check on things. Avoid this place like its the plague.

I was sent to there other warehouse. They got me unloaded rather fast.

Management does not follow labor laws .They fire employees for calling off for family emergencies, leaving work because of being sick with the flu. Employees are unable to report on the job injuries due to being threatened with termination etc. the list goes on and on. Why isnt corporate over seeing these wrongful practices ?

Truck drivers stay away from this place over 15 hrs no luck I had no choice to leave without the load.Do not move loads from this place

Got here at 12:30 pm. Appt was at 4:30 pm. Didnt get to a door until 7:30 pm. It is now 10:00 pm and still getting loaded. If anyone here in management reads this you have a serious problem with your shipping department. Your employees look like they are on constant smoke breaks. What a joke/shame. Im talking to my brokerage company to never come back.

After reading reviews I expected to have a rough time loading here. Exactly the opposite. I arrived at 1pm for a 2pm appointment. Took about 30 mins to get a door. Once in the door I was loaded in less than 45mins. Friendly people and my load at least was fast

You know I come in here every other month. And this place has not changed at all. The first time I came in for a drop load and it took them 10hrs to get it ready. 2nd up here been waiting 10hrs to load supposed to load 10:30pm last night. And still not in a door. I noticed they love taking breaks up here. If your that behind then the last thing y’all need to do is take breaks. 2nd thing I noticed that y’all load them Martin trailers as fast as possible. Leaving live load guys and others sitting. I don’t know what happened to the original crew that used to work here, but this new crew ain’t what it was. I don’t care if a holiday weekend is coming up. Should not be behind every time I show up. And that should not be an excuse.

Purchase a product from aldis and only 1 sundae ice cream cone came in the box. I have no way of contacting the company by email. And I cant go back to aldis. I would like an email if someone from the company reads the reviews

Awesome place delivered here my appointment was for 8am I showed up 8pm evening before they got me in and I was out within and hour dont know about overnight parking but looked like you can park on the street before entering

Very nice people,I was 3 1/2 hrs late to pick up but they got me on a door and was out in less than 2 hrs.Hard to find room for over night parking there.

Don’t take loads from this place. 8 hours and still not loaded. This is about normal for this place. It’s just a joke. These people have ZERO respect for other people’s time. Sucks you can’t add another 1 star. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. ANOTHER 10 hour wait. With all the clowns that work here sitting at the table smoking every 20 minutes.

Place sucks loading there, they did better than last time, only 5 1/2 hours, compared to last time loading there, which took 9 1/2 hours, so they are improving, never seen so many smoke breaks

If you the kind of driver the like to sit for hours and waste your time this the place!!!Appt time dont mean nothing here Ill normally 2hour earlier for my appointment and for example: got here 830am appt at 1030am got a door 6:54pm got out 945pm all day them the lady at nigth dont want to sing your time in and out.plus the attitude of the personal very poorly. Not fair the truck driver get her to pull this overweight cheap loads and in the top you get treat like garbage and have to sit.

Didn’t get lucky, they asked me to back in dock from Main st., behind of the plant. Need to have some knowledge cose dock on right side, no others way to get in....Get empty around 1hr.

Contacted the company because I got a recall notice from them. Purchased ice cream from BJs . Called the company and the woman said she couldnt help me because I didnt have the upc or plant code. I threw the box out so I would have more space in my freezer. Not a good company. Not CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. WILL NOT BUY PRODUCTS YOU MANUFACTURE

If your on time your be in a door in a decent amount of time average, but If your late your going to wish you wasnt

Got there at 8 pm for my 2 am delivery, waited about an hour the receiver took me in and unloaded me. I was unloaded and washed and on my way well be for my appt. Nice people there.

Here in a snow storm, a person beat on my truck with a metal flashlight, I tried to move it wasnt good enough . I was woke up by an officer of the law, and professionally tried to accommodate everyone wishes . However, now tommorow I have to pull a load for them safely to another location . Poor attitude towards truck drivers . I heard Wells Dairies out of Iowa owns this now, hopefully they work to clean up this disaster . I pull out of their other locations as well, this is the only one I have ever had issues with !

The only reason I rated a 1 is because its the only way to leave a review. ZEROS across the board. I received a recall notice due to a sample of ice cream testing positive for Lysteria. The letter came on Fieldbrook Farms letter head instructing consumers to throw away all ice cream and call the number for a refund. I follow the instructions and the rep then advises without the UPC code on the box (please tell me who saves this from a 30 count box) I can not get a refund. When I press why did her company send me this letter she said they did not it was BJs when asked what they are doing about that she advised its in higher court. I called my local BJs who laughed at such nonsense and assured me they will process my refund. Outrageous and an absolutely bold stand for a company that posed a public health risk. While your giving rotten customer service go ahead and slander the company selling your product! RIDICULOUS

Very poor work place. No real skills required to operate or pack here and for women wanting to work here i urge you to avoid this place if you dont want to be treated poorly. Its a sexist and harrassment filled sesspool. This place gets away with alot and has been reported to the better business for the treatment of females. This is a fly by place to work and a career here is a bad idea. If they close this place it wouldnt be missed. I know Ben & Jerry ice cream is not made here.

On a bad bad you can expect 3 - 4 hours tops at some of the slowest shippers this place is not a in that category you can expect to be here no less than eight hours this is not my first experience here your patience will run out you will see everything from couples walk around holding hands and singing coomb by Ya to take a break every 10 minutes but nothing and I mean nothing getting loaded on the frozen side . so I asked the honest question what is really taking so long guy looked at me and said I honestly don’t know I couldn’t do nothing but laugh !!!!

Worked there for several summers. Very hot and humid inside not what yod expect from an ice cream factory. All the other reviewers are generally dead right the employees are miserable the turnover rate is high. It seems like they have enough money to hire a bunch of people to stand around while a few do all the hard work. Fans sputter and go out. Smashed up boxes of ice cream unfortunately get shipped out so if you buy generic ice cream from virtually any supermarket including walmart and kroger and cvs and the dollar tree first of all you are getting the same ice cream but with different labels and different prices so you are a sucker and buy into brand hype. Walmart actually has the most intense standards and I hated working on a line producing great value products because there could be no mistakes or you had to redo it (after all what sane company would want to lose a walmart supply account) unlike cvs walgreens piggly wiggly tops dollar tree western family etc etc etc.

Worked there for two months. It was my worst experience i got sexually harassed and wen i report it they told me it was my word against there word. If get hurt in the job you cant report it because they say youll get fire and indeed i did get hurt and reported and got fire. They send an email to the agency the same day i got hurt saying i cant go back and wen they ask why there was no respond.
