Woman at the front desk was super nice and friendly. The unit I have doesnt have power or light Which isnt a problem. Just some info if people are wondering. You get a free lock when you rent. Everything can be done online. Most painless rental procedure ever

I will forever be great full for extra space storage! I had gotten a storage rental in October and never paid it. So they auction everything off (which is expected) and my grandmother ashes were with my stuff. They kept it and held on to it for me until I called and ask about it and was able go get it with no problem!!

Weve used this storage unit for over 6 months and it really helped relieve any stress wondering if our items would be safe from the weather or from theft. The workers here are super helpful and answer all of our questions !! Definitely recommended them for storage!

This was an overall easy and efficient experience from getting set-up with a storage unit, to the completion of no longer needingthe unit when we were settled after moving. The entire process was a good one with Extra Space Storage. They are professional, helpful and keep the facility so clean. Moving is a very stressful thing but they gave us a safe place to keep our things while getting ready to sell our house and move into a new one, so as hard as moving is, it was made that much easier by Extra Space Storage. The manager at this particular facility is a rare gem in the service industry. I am a independent contractor in the largest most divers transportation infrastructure in the world. As such i have been the victim of less than quality service for many years. I would recommend this facility and David in particular for any storage need. Super Courteous and helpful

Just moved back home after being away for 11 years with the military. Our apartment here doesn’t fit everything our house did back there and needed somewhere temporary to put our extras. I spoke with David, He explained all of the pertinent information clearly and was very helpful in getting a solution for our problem. Gave the differences between getting first month free and the lower rate for long term which allowed me to make the best decision that saves the most money. I appreciate an honest business. The rates were great, staff very friendly and personable, he went ahead and got my unit ready and lock placed inside for me for when I arrive. Having the gate code and knowing the unit is ready when I arrive is a big relief so I can get the moving truck turned in on time. Also being able to pack the unit up until 10pm is very convenient, I’ve called around to a few other places and none came anywhere close to the customer service I received here which is why they ultimately earned my business over the others.

David provided excellent service, professionalism, and explained each step in the rental process. We are very appreciative of Davids high standard of customer service that he extended in helping us with our storage rental.

A clean, well maintained facility. Managers Christy and Ann have acted as an advocate on my behalf in differences of opinion with the company, and have always made every effort to keep me informed. People do make a difference in the choice of where I do business.

The manager was professional and made the process of the paper work smooth,quick and easy. He covered things that most places leave you to figure out yourself which made my life eaiser. ALTHOUGH, watch out, BC he doesnt know much (or pretender not to) about discounts made by cooperate. Like the first month free to ALL size storage( I paid 1st month) and between Dec 5th and Jan 7th with rental of space you receive a FREE lock.( In which he had me paid $16.99 for) So go on their site, read all, and know their deals before you go in. BC he WONT try and help you save money.

We were here for several months and I was so thankful for this facility. Great service, safe and well lit premises. Clean, well maintained units. Any technical support was fast, easy, and responsive with solutions. They are a great choice with frequent helpful promotions.

Weve been storing our T-bird for last 10 years at same location, extra space storage.Management has been great with us.Had a couple nasty snow storms.Management was quick to clear, so we were able to take Bird out at anytime and did.

David is amazing!!! He calls me a few days before my unit is due as a reminder, and if my ditsy self happens to forget still, he calls me the day after my due date to ensure I pay it before the late fee hits. He has accommodated all of my needs from changing my gate code to rewriting my lease and never has an attitude. Always smiling and joking. I wouldnt want to store my things anywhere else and ive been there almost 2 years now. Prices are competitive too!

Easy process from beginning to end. David was more than helpful, patient, super accommodating and explained all the tiny details from entry to exit. Im glad I found a place with decent rates so close to home and the staff are happy to make it the best experience possible.
