New to the Dunn area and I went to the Sears Hometown Store for my new appliances. Was greeted by Sean, he was very friendly and informative but also patient while I made my selections. I was able to get an amazing fridge, they even matched an online price, and closeout stackable washer and dryer! Both items are retailed higher at other stores, cant beat the savings! I also opted for home delivery and installation, they were friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Our dryer plug ended up not being long enough, Shelton the owner ordered one and brought it out himself! Got to love local business!

The people here are very nice and helpful. I went to buy a refrigerator and they were knowledgeable of the products they sale and made sure I bought the best product for my needs.I would highly recommend this place to buy your appliances. They also delivered my product and was very satisfied with the service.

Great place if your in the market for quality home appliances or maybe a handy dandy zero turn, or high quality Husqvarna trimmer, blower, chainsaw. Only thing that cost these folks a star was limited stock/selection regarding yard equipment but I must cut them some slack since the demand for mowers and yard equip is unprecedented only made worse by shortage of truck drivers as we all are climbing out of the mess formely known as The Covid-19. Its businesses like this one that have earned our respect but need our support now more than ever. I dont know how any small business survived all those shutdowns, but especially the few that have are all in for you, return the passion and proudly support all of those American bussinesses you have the ability to support.

Lowes scew me on a fridge, Sear has it covered. 7 + weeks for Lowes, Sears 4 days.

Just purchased a refrigerator at this store. It was an expensive refrigerator unlike any I had ever owned. Because I was spending so much I wanted to make sure it was what I wanted. I went in 3 times before buying with lots of questions and taking measurements. Each time the staff was so patient and helpful.I did end up buying which went smoothly. They had to order the one I wanted. It came in on time and scheduled to deliver the following week. The young men that came to deliver were polite and professional. Our home is older and the doors are smaller than newer homes. The young men really struggled to get the refrigerator in the house. We had to take a door down and some molding. It was not easy but they finally got it inside. They set it up and took the time to explain everything to me. They properly cleaned up packing and everything they had brought in not leaving any mess behind. I love my refrigerator!!!! I love this store and the employees! What a great team! If you are searching for appliances consider this store. Keep money local instead of going to out of town big box stores. Buy where you know the locals, where you pass them on the streets or attend church with them. They care about you and they make sure you get great service. Very pleased and will shop again soon for a stove.

We purchased all our appliances for our new home with the Sears store in Dunn. We were able to get great deals but with better customer service than any of the other stores we priced. The store is full of wonderful and knowledgeable staff. They were great to work with. They helped me pick out all my appliances to suit our needs. They came out and installed all the appliances when the house was ready. Great customer service!!We love supporting local, hometown, Christian owned and operated businesses!

Could not have had a better experience. Store owner is friendly and accommodating. I’ve bought a lot of merchandise from the Dunn store. I bought a kitchen full of appliances and they were delivered timely and as advertised. I needed a specific hose to finish the install for a final inspection and he brought it to me. Trusted brand names with a hometown feel. Excellent.

This is an amazing Sears Hometown Store. While shopping everything is organized and easy to find, and Staff and the Owners are very knowledgeable. We have purchased multiple products over the years from first install in a new build to upgrades years later (not because of product capability either, everything still worked!). Sears is our first stop for appliances, tools, and outdoor items. Thank you for having a good “hometown” store to still shop from!

Sears Hometown Store in Dunn, NC has a great selection of products, very friendly and helpful staff and offer a wonderful delivery service. We had a refrigerator delivered last weekend. The delivery guys were right on time, brought the refrigerator in and set it up easily, and they were very friendly. I highly recommend this store!

My family needed to purchase a new outdoor grill due to ours being damaged beyond repair in a storm at the beginning of the summer. We visited a couple of big box stores and then shopped at the Sears Hometown Store in Dunn, NC. The service provided showing us the different models they had, both in stock and available for order, help make our decision, as well as the knowledge of the staff on the product. We will definitely be making additional purchases in the future at this location. Had the pleasure of working with Caleb for the purchase of a new lawnmower! We called prior to ensure there was one in stock and he checked on it for us and let us know some of the specifications on it. Once in store, he was very knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions I had. He even got the lawnmower out of the warehouse, connected the battery, put in gas, explained all of the features, and allowed me to test drive in the parking lot to ensure it was what I wanted. He helped me order online and ship to store since there was an online only sale but they guarantee the lowest price. It is great to go into a local place where people truly care about customer service and actually know about the products. I also browsed through the store and there is a great selection in-store. I will always look to this store for future purchases!

The owner of the store was very helpful and insightful with an issue we had with a warranty problem, He went out of his way to help us.. He is good to his word and will do all he can to help his customers. I appreciate all that he done for us. I dont think lowes or home depot would of done what he did.. He stayed possitive even when in the back of my mind I was not.. But he proved me or the back of my mind wrong. to show there are still good people and he is one of them... Thank you so much!!!!
