Just want to say thank you to everyone at Bleecker in Dunn for not just a great buying experience but also for reminding me that there is still great people in this world who care about YOU and not just about making a sale. From the very beginning there was no pressure. They answered every question I asked and if they didn’t know the answer they were honest and said they would find out the answer and got right back to me. All the people we talked to were professional and eager to hear what was wrong with our truck. They checked it out, told us what was wrong, and how they could repair it, as well as the cost and length of time it would take. We are very pleased with Bleecker and will recommend them.

Was equipped with a car loan when I arrived at 2:00PM and had the keys in hand in around an hour. Not a fan of dealing with the back and forth that happens at most dealerships. My experience yesterday was not good at all, I purchased a 2021 jeep fr Bleecker, the Jeep came with Jeep wave benefits, they are suppose to give you a loaner car while you are getting your services done, the first time I asked them when I got my oiled changed they said I needed to call ahead of time cause they don’t have any to give out, the second time (which was yesterday) the they didn’t have any either. The receptionist at the service desk (where you get your oil changed at was rude I’m asking her ab a loaner car which is included in my program she talking ab oh there is someone that’s been waiting a long time which has absolutely nothing to do with me. I said I been waiting too and been made my appointment. Then the other service worker he came out and he was polite but he was explaining me to that when I have a loaner car “ I have to bring it right back” which he acted like I didn’t know that. I bought a 2021 jeep fr them why would I want to keep their loaner car which I’m sure other people have driven it vs me getting back into my own vehicle when they were finished with it ???

I couldnt be anymore satisfied with the experience we had. We had my our fair share of dealer experiences and Bleecker Chrysler,Dodge,Jeep have taken the cake. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. Kurt was our salesman and he was absolutely amazing! Hands down theyre the best in my book! Was looking for new 4x4 truck and had already looked in Fayetteville, all of the trucks in Fayetteville were black interior and basically the same, poor decision by whomever ordered them. Figured I would try Bleecker in Dunn. Turns out I had a great experience with Collins and the staff during my purchase. Test drove one, but was looking for truck that was on delivery truck in route. Collins text me the minute it was off the truck at the dealership. Asked for a price I was looking for with my trade-in and was very pleased with it, as well as setting up my bed liner appointment for me and giving me a loaner. If I had it to do again, I would drive to Dunn to get my next truck because of all the satisfaction I had at Bleecker. Enjoying the 12 inch touch screen too.

Bleecker Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram consistently posts vehicles on their website that are not in stock or available for purchase. Via chat, they push you to act quickly on the vehicle you inquired about via the website. Then in person, the vehicle is not actually there or available for purchase at all. The website and the chat agent should be honest in availability and not waste a customers time with this bait and switch model.

It was the easiest car buying experience ever! The staff was courteous, fast and very knowledgeable. They gave us more on our trade in than I even expected and the financing rate was unbelievable at how low it was.I totally recommend Bleecker for your next car you buy! We definitely will be back again and again!!You will not be disappointed!!!

The bank approved, the monthly payment was good and the salesman knew her stuff all of the paperwork was finished and signed BUT the financial adviser went we another $6000.00 on the down payment. Loved the truck, but the $6000.00 more made us not get that truck.

This was probably the absolute best experience I have had with a service center in my recent travels!! I have been traveling several thousand miles and had stopped along I-95 in Georgia and South Carolina and the two shops could not solve the tire issues that I was having. The day was coming to an end and I was able to find Bleecker and spoke with Amy in the service center. She and her service manager could hear my concern and not wanting to be stuck on the road later that evening said to come in ASAP! The mechanics and the managers and staff were so nice and friendly.... and in my case... solved my issue right away!!! The service department here, one can tell is a well put together team and genuinely care about their work and the customer! Even customers who live 1200 miles away!!! This is not my first experience working with the Bleecker family and it surely will not be the last. They make every purchase effortless. I went in December, and this was one of the most positive experiences Ive ever had with any dealership service department. The service manager (Mike?) was very accommodating, and the technician I spoke with (Charlie?) was informative and helpful. I wouldnt hesitate to go there again if I needed service on my Ram.

The salesman and financial individual worked with us to get the price acceptable for my daughter and Dodge. I think all were happy. The extended warranty was also purchased for bumper to bumper for a reasonable price and deductible. Thank you to all that worked with us on this purchase.

Advertising Vehicles that they do not have for sale to generate interest. This week Bleecker Jeep has a Rubicon 392 on their website with pricing and discounts etc. But when a purchase of it was requested we were first promised a contract and then they decided it wasnt for sale. Its not even on the lot....... Clean up your act. 2 stars because they at least answered the inquiry.

I put a trailer brake in my Ram and needed the computer flashed so it would work with the rest of the system. After calling two other dealerships, they were the only guys who understood what I needed done. The dealership in Lillington wouldnt even book me unless I gave them a reason for installing a trailer brake. Really? Maybe for stopping a trailer? I took it in at the appointed time and they were done 15 minutes later. No issues and no BS. I will gladly drive the 30 minutes or so from Fayetteville to get work done here.

After a negative experience at a different dealership, my husband decided to reach out to Matt who had texted him after we requested a quote. Bleeker in Dunn, NC was definitely the easiest used truck purchase I ever made. I had to drive an hour and a half and when I got there the vehicles I was to test drive we’re ready and when I picked one the negotiating went seemlessly. I even got a great deal on my trade in! The only reason they got 4 stars and not 5 is because I had to take my new truck back in the next weekend for some minor repairs. But even so, they gave me a truck to drive in the mean time and even drove my new truck back to me when finished. Friendly staff all the way around! Thanks Bleeker 😎

We were scheduled an appointment by a lady named Laura, She seemed very polite over the phone, Once we got to the dealership, we were greeted by Laura, We had been assigned to Collins Lopez to be our salesman. he let us know that he would be just a few minutes. We stood patiently and waited, and waited, and waited as he helped another customer or two I believe. In that same time there were at-least 3 other salesmen sitting at their desks not even offering to help or assist. Not sure if this is what happens often but the very same thing did happen to my cousins about 2-3 months ago. I wouldnt recommend this dealership based off my experience. We took our business else where and even found a better deal on the same car with no accidents and 2 owners!

I had been following this vehicle 4/15/2019.I had emailed Bleecker CDJ for an alert when price dropped, well on 4/24/19 @9:34am I recvd that email you can see it in attachment.I also recvd a call from Bleecker stating a sale this weekend starting 26 thru 28 3 days any 2018 additional 1000.00 off.I had made up my mind was going to the dealership on Saturday 4/27/19 in reference to this vehicle .I went online to check an make sure they still had the vehicle I was interested in .I looked for a few minutes then realized the vehicle that I had been following was there but did not look the same .The tires, rims,and lift kit had been removed so I thought it was just an error so called the dealership, spoke to sales person he claimed they had to modify to drop price but my email showed same vehicle with all addons .He stated they had been removed about 5 or 6 days ago, well I recvd that email 3days ago and the vehicle had not been modify as he stated .I do have that email which I emailed the sales person I spoke to this for confirmation.He basically said i was talking to someone else in reference to this vehicle and he would relay my concerns about the tires rims,etcc...... to sales person and manager and they would call me back.Needless to say I never recvd that call .I went down there to the dealership in Dunn,since I had not heard from them.I saw vehicle and spoke to sales person in reference to the original advertised vehicle, thats putting all addons back on it like it was advertised but was told by manager i would have to pay additional $3000.00 for addons that were on it but dealership removed due to no sale but advertise with extras.I did ask didnt they have to pay to remove those extras at their on discretion but expect me to pay for them to purchase the vehicle like it was advertised and what I wanted .Now I m sorry but I dont think that was very good business, Im a successful business manager myself, an have been for more than 20yrs .If you go online you get a different price than the lot, the MSRP on lot is like $39000 something but online it is $43925 with a $7025.00 Bleecker discount but there on lot it was $38000-sale deduction $1000.00 and they want me to pay for the addons .All I an say is WOW!!!!! THATS NOT EVEN RIGHT!!!!! This is just very poor business .I really dont even really want to give one star but the sales guy I spoke to on lot gets that,not the business.

I worked with Collins at Bleecker to find a CPO RAM 1500. Great people to work with! Collins in particular was good in showing me various options and answering any and all questions I had. The finance guy was also a joy to deal with - gave me options in a fair and objective manner and then let us discuss the options in private - again, No high pressure tactics on the sale nor the financing! And they have been great on the follow-up after the sale to get me the couple of things that we agreed too. Just a good group. Went to another dealer to test drive a very similar vehicle... when I got their offer, they had added on over $2000 obscure dealer fees. Bleecker was not that way at all - they were very up front and transparent. I feel like I got a very good price along with good financing to go with a great vehicle.

Its hard to spend big money and feel good about it... BUT... the folks at Bleecker in Dunn were just good small town folks that were so personable you felt like you were visiting with family. We wanted to give them our business. (And we did explore other dealerships that felt stuffy and disconnected to the human equation.) Our sales person, Aaron Blanks, was above and beyond accommodating as was everyone we came into contact with whether they were working with us or not. All businesses should be so friendly. Went in on 4/18/2019 with no intention of buying a truck. I was simply looking and comparing. I was met by Kurt who was kind courteous and a all around great guy. He answered any questions that I had with no hesitation. Unlike most dealerships the staff is very friendly and not pushy at all. They truly treat you like family. I purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram and it was the most flawless car buying experience ever. If you are looking a great vehicle from a even better staff this is simply a no brainer go in and ask for Kurt and sit back and relax your in good hands.

I had by far the worst experience from any dealership going here the sales associate I dealt with on a truck I was buying needed work no problem I wanted to start the paperwork to secure the sale and pick it up when the work was completed but was denied. After a week of calling the sales associate and getting no where I asked for a different associate and thats when I was informed that the truck was in the process of being sold to another buyer. I will not be coming back here nor will I reccomend anyone to go there.

Matt met me with a friendly smile and a cool truck to test drive. Unfortunately the truck was a little expensive for me. All in all it was a good experience.

I have bought 3 vehicles here just because these guys are great and will do their best to put you in a vehicle, and drive off the lot the same day. These guys will go to bat to get you the best price for a new or used vehicle. Also they want their customers happy. I recently went to Bleecker Chevrolet in Dunn NC with my girlfriend to purchase a new Cruze. We got out of the car and were immediately approached by a salesman. His name was Taco. He was very respectful and knowledgeable about the car we had chosen. They gave us a great deal and with there financing she was able to get a great interest rate. Following her purchase there I walked over to the Ram dealership also a Bleecker dealership was approached by Kurt and he was very helpful. When I came with my trade he was busy with another customer so he hooked us up with Big Dan. He was very good. Very knowledgeable. When we went to sign the papers on the truck, when Trey talked to us it was like we were great friends. Bottom line the experience was great everyone took good care of us so at the end of the day we ended up purchasing 2 vehicles. Thanks Bleecker for getting me in the truck I’ve been wanting.

My first experience with the Dodge service center at Bleecker was very positive one. Professional and courteous staff. I will be giving them repeat business with confidence.

Overall a good experience, the only complaint was that the price online changed within two hours of making an appointment and driving there. Ended up getting it for the previous price that was advertised. But it didn’t help with the negotiations because my initial offer was based on what they had it previously listed at. And their initial offer was what they had it currently listed at about $3,000 more than what it was previously listed at. After a lot of haggling ended up getting them back down to their previous price. At that point it was just principles because their initial offer was still way below MSRP.

I was in the search of a Chevy Trax and had been looking on CarFax and came across a 2017 for a very good price with low miles and no issues. I live about an hour and thirty minutes so I didnt want to drive there for something to be wrong. I called and was put in touch with Collins and let me tell you... he is the best person that I could have worked with. We started everything by phone and he was able to work with his staff on my trade-in offer and also getting everything I needed in the budget I had set for this particular car. When I got there after everything we had discussed over the phone, he was very friendly and made sure we took the car for a test drive and answered any questions that I had about it. After a little bit of time, I was on my way home with my NEW (to me) CAR and Collins made sure to check in every so often about my car and if there was anything he could do to let him know. The rest of the staff that I had talked to during this trip were delightful and also accommodating to anything I needed. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car! The sales team deserve a solid five stars. I would have bought a vehicle there but they fired my son for no reason. It was his very first job. He is doing well now but left a bad taste in my mouth.

This dealership is beyond the most rude of them all. I think it is a game they are playing. They send texts but do not respond to them. They just keep texting and sending emails but do not personally assist. I don’t understand this approach. Will not consider this place for purchasing a vehicle out of state.
