The worst possible place to take your meet to get processed. Had one pig processed here they did not do it the way I asked in the least, and messed up what they did do for me. Way too much fat left on it so they basically spent no time cleaning what they did cut. The hams they cut into thick ham steaks instead of whole hams like I asked. Globs of fat left all over the porkchops and way too much fat in the sausage which made it extremely greasy. Your better off doing it your self than you are to ever take it to this place.

I dropped off a deer and I couldnt be happier with the hospitality of the lady at the front desk as well as the guys working in the back! They provided me with great options for how I wanted the deer to be processed and I got the meat back in ONE day. The meat was packaged to a top notch degree and I will recommend this place to all of my hunting buddies!

Not a good place to buy from. Sold me a ham but I wanted a pork shoulder, said he didnt have any more. Promise me it would be the same thing but it want. Called him back on the Next day he didnt offer nothing to handle the situation. I think he sold me that just to get rid of the meat.

I called Thursday, 30 Oct 2014 and ordered 4 T-bone steaks with tails. I was told that I would be called if they couldnt get them. As scheduled, 4 Nov 2014, I drove 40 miles to pick up my steaks only to be told, WE DONT HAVE THEM! If you say you will do it or shut the doors.

Best butcher around. We drive an hour to see them.
