Horrible customer service. Went in with family to buy a phone and no acknowledgement when we walked in. Clerk finally walked over and when discussing different possibilities, she was so rude we finally decided we didnt want to give her any of our money. Lost a sale quickly. Will find a better location with people who might actually want our business or buy online. Would give a zero if possible.

They wasnt in and let the phone go to voicemail where you couldnt leave a message. It wasnt lunch and I sat there 20min

Unlike Verizon and whatever else Ive used as an internet provider or whatever it is, Boodt Mobile actually follows thru with what they say. Only had 1 problem so far with my grandmas phone acting up but other than that, I definitely recommend Boost over anything else if youre living near here.

When i went to update my phone the attendant had already cancelled my service but couldnt transfer my information from one to the other n it cost me$9.00 to have my phone reconnected.

This place is perfect. The employees offer only the best and are always ready to help with any problem you have with your phone. They also have really great and affordable prices on their phones and accessories. Best customer service Ive had with Boost Mobile and I will continue going there whenever I deal with Boost.

This people in this store are always happy to help even when there are some people who just want to yell in their faces. They always help me out by answering all my questions. Eva is the girl who usually helps me out and she always manages to put a smile on my face before I walk out. She is always attentive to her customers and helps them out to the best of her abilities. These kids working here deserve more than just a satisfactory review. I will definitely keep coming back and recommend people their as long as they keep up the good work.

Best customer service ever!

Be careful of all the triangle wireless owned stores. The will say the price is included with an accessory on phones but they just sell it to you without you knowing. They work on commission so always look at the receipt! They also try to sell you insurance with new lines but its optional and you dont have to get it. If they say you cant start with 35$ service thats a lie because you can.

I really do not like this place... I went to upgrade my phone, which didnt happen, because they were actively renovating the inside. As usual they only had a few of the eligible phones in stock. So i was just going to pay my bill... They wanted me to pay a convenience fee of $3 or $5 i dont remember exactly, i just walked out and paid on line, thus went through all that and only got a boost in my blood pressure...Boo!... And the staff always act like they got something else there doing, or just dont want to do there job or something. This is all really unfortunate because i love the cellular service/4g plans .

OMG! This customer service is absolutely trash! They treat customers with no respect! I go in there attempting to get a free phone because I was switching from a different company and they told I had to pay the promotional price, taxes, and plan! When I should have to pay only the taxes and plan!

Harold was a good rep. He got me all that i needed and i saved a lot.

Called at 650pm told them i wanted to switch from metro to boost, they told me all I needed was my acct# n pin, and they close at 8, told them be there in 40 mins, they said ok. I got there at 740 they then tell me it takes anywhere from15 mins to 2 hrs, so if its not done by 8 i got to come back 2mor. WTH they should of said that on da phone b4 i drove 40 mins for nothing

They have newly remolded but their phone selection is very limited.I dont agree with the fact that if you purchase a phone here you have to pay a $15 activation fee for them to activate your phone.They wont let you purchase the phone without THEM activating it for me that is a draw back when that is something that should be an option not a mandate! 😡
