With two in college money is tight from the time I had my estimate to the time I was able to pay for the deposit was about 4 months when I call Glass guru the receptionist did not make me feel like I was income restricted I was embarrassed to ask her if I could pay the deposit but it will be another few weeks after that for me to be able to schedule installer to come out and fix it and have the rest of the money to pay receptionist at Glass guru told me thats not a problem at all what date are you looking at she treated me with dignity and respect. Despite my financial hardship the willingness to work with me really meant a lot I would definitely recommend Glass guru. others

Great experience with this company. They were exactly on time for both the estimate and delivery. Very courteous and professional. Did a great job replacing the arched window in our house.

After asking $3,600 for a shower door and two mirrors, the installed the wrong size door for one of the panels (see below). Manager tried making excuses to justify the step off between the two glass panels in order to avoid the replacement of the wrong size door panel.Also, my credit card was charged for the full amount without my permission and before the work was completed. Beware of this Company.

Excellent company to work with. The office staff is responsive, kind and professional. The estimator was on time, honest and took the time to explain the repair of my foggy window (deal repair for leaking argon). The repair men were excellent and professional. Also just genuinely nice! I absolutely recommend Glass Guru. Excellent business.

I had a sliding door glass replaced, and months later the glass shattered when my 5 year old shut it. When they came to replace the glass door a second time the tech said there was a screw inside the frame that was not covered the first time they replaced it, and thats why it shattered. I spoke to the manager and he would not replace the door for free because it was an installation defect. I had to pay $600 to have this glass replaced because they installed it incorrectly the first time. Not good business.

I called and scheduled a appointment a week and a half out . I got a call the day before they were supposed to come and was asked if I could reschedule for a day later. I had already taken the day off from work and the lady said that she would get them here on my scheduled day and that she would call me back for a the time. I called the day of my appointment and I as told they were not coming today and she then tried to schedule me for the following week. They may be a good company if you can get them to your house.

They were prompt and replaced a double panel of glass in a non-standard door!

Not sure what is going on with this company. I called and made an appointment for last Friday at 2:30 to get a quote to have some single pane glass panes replaced. The tech was a no show, so about 3:30, I called. The lady couldn’t find my appointment, but said she would make sure to have the tech go by. I waited until 5:00, when I had to leave. Fast forward to today (Tuesday), I made call #3 to ask why no one had been by. The lady said she would call the tech in the field and immediately call me back with an answer. You’ve heard as much from her as I have. Been trying to do business with them, but it doesn’t seem they are interested.

I had the glass in a double pane glass door shatter. I purchased the replacement glass from Lowes and Glass Guru installed it. They gave the best quote and did a great job. I highly recommend.

When remoldling a bath get you money ready! In getting estimates to install a shower incloser the price range was very wide for the same specification. Some are at the very top of that price range.

I have been working with this company since may 4. We bought a home that needed a new window and due to COVID-19 they were behind schedule. They did eventually get to me on getting it fixed but they were an hour late. They were coming from Fayetteville and idk how they lost my appointment but I figured they made a Mistake we all do. Fast forward to today (they broke the window putting it in..) and it is now 2:50 and they were suppose to be here at 1:30. I missed out on work waiting for them. When I called the lady they didn’t know where they were. Twice. This. Has. Happened. Twice! They are super sweet but their communication needs to be worked on..

Highly recommend this company! I had 3 windows in which I thought I would need to to completely replace at top dollar until I found Glass Guru. They were able to just replace the glass itself to repair the seal. Very thankful.

This company has failed to stand by their work, and ignores customers requesting an emergency repair to fix their work.We originally hired them to install a glass shower door. After a matter of weeks, the rubber barrier at the bottom of the glass door starting falling off. Then, I noticed that the seal under the doorframe wasnt actually sealing, such that a significant amount of water was leaking through.We called and emailed Thursday of last week to get this fixed. They said theyd call back to schedule something. They never did. The following Tuesday we emailed again. No response.On Wednesday, nearly a week after initially calling them about an emergency repair, we finally got ahold of them again. They said that the person who schedules is out to lunch, so yet again they cant do anything.If I were them, Id make this a priority. Instead, theyre pretty clearly just blowing us off, since they have our money.I recommend looking elsewhere.

Great customer service and appointment reminder. Technician was professional and did a great job replacing the glass window. This could not be repaired because the glass was old, but he was able to use the existing window frame. I just made another appoint for a glass door to be replaced or repaired.

Put the wrong color glass in, and refused to fix it .
