Reached out for chandelier service, I was under the impression the bulbs needed to be replaced. However, that was not the case. The technicians that arrived went above and beyond to locate the actual issue and fix it. It would have been easy for them to leave after the bulbs were replaced, but they continued to troubleshoot the issue and resolve it. Spectacular service, will recommend without question, and will definitely work with them again. Thank you!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We submitted for a quote on Home Advisor and received a call to schedule an appointment within 5 minutes. Fred came out a few days later and was so gracious with his knowledge and time. We are first time electric vehicle buyers and Fred saved us SO MUCH MONEY with his expert knowledge, and the install for the charging outlet in our garage was a breeze. Fred took his time explaining the different options to us and made us feel confident and at ease, something you cant find in an online forum. It was a really wonderful experience from start to finish.

This is the second time that Fred has come out to do work for us. We decided we wanted more outlets in our master bedroom and garage. They were able to do and the garage outlet was a separate GFI with 20 amp which is wonderful! I found their pricing very reasonable and the work is done well and efficiently. Might take a couple weeks to get an appointment, but they will work with you to get the job done. Really like their work!

I bought my first house this year, and have had issues from day one with how the house was wired. Fred Carmichael came to my house and I showed him how some lights were not getting power, and a few of my wall outlets had just never worked. He was AMAZING, not only did he help me with my problem he walked me through it and explained what he was doing so I can help myself with situations like it in the future.

Fred did a wonderful job changing our lights to LEDs from our yellowing incandescents. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire experience and went above and beyond after completion. I asked him to replace a few ceiling tiles (we already had them) after the job was complete and without hesitation, he got his ladder back out and helped us to change them out! Fairly priced, and did a lot of work - including installing Ceiling Fans, moving Dining Room fixture to entrance, and replacing all Bath lights in all Baths. They were professional, friendly and cleaned-up while they worked.

Our project did not turn out to be as straight forward as we had expected. Initially, I didnt think we would be able to do the project as we had hoped. Our technician, Brady, discovered the issues immediately and took the time to identify and rule out all possible solutions to determine what would be most time and cost efficient. Actually, I was quite impressed with his problem solving skills. He left the work area spotless. Ironically, he cleaned up too well, accidentally removing a final accessory with the trash instead of installing it. When I realized and left a message, he returned my call promptly, and came back the next day with the accessory and installed it, no complaints and no extra charge.

Service: Install 2 wall sconces and individual light switches for each sconce.The contractors that came out provided a cost estimate that was 1/3rd the price of a highly rated local contractor given to us just the day before. I had assumed the other contractors price was high, but I didnt realize how far off it was until receiving the much lower quote from the contractors at Jason H Pope.They were able to start work immediately and completed the job in about 2.5 hours. Both gentlemen were very courteous and efficient. I received a call from the company the next day checking in on the work to ensure we were happy with the service. All around a great experience. I would definitely recommend them!
