Excellent customer service. Matthew in parts is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile and to find your answer. I’ve called other John Deere dealerships and they were either too busy to help or not willing to find the answer. I’ve learned a lot about my tractor through speaking to him. I recommend doing business with this dealership!

Wanted to start doing business with this quality location. Tried to order parts. Parts man got attitude when I asked about shipping parts to me and told me I needed to go to a closer dealer. Even told me to go to a different Deere dealer.

Poor service here lately. Very disappointed. Under new management team. When you take equipment back more than 5 times. Not Good Service...

Very customer oriented and efficient

I was looking for a Stihl edger. I called Quality Equipment. The lady that answered the call was very nice . She found out what I was looking for and instead of redirecting to the counter sales that she saw were busy she answered all my questions pertaining to the edger. They had 1 edger currently in stock in the box.I told her I would like to purchase it. I asked if she could get it ready for me. I arrived about an hour later and the edger was fueled,cranked and tested. I was able to deal directly with the lady that I talked to on the phone. Unfortunately my credit card was so old it wouldnt scan.She patiently entered the card info manually, explained the warranty,suggested a gallon of Stihl premix and spare blade which I purchased. She even carried my new edger out to my truck for me. I only regret I did not get her name.This level of customer service is hard to find. Great Job Quality Equipment Ill be back .

These guys know what they are doing. I had previously tried other shops but always ran into lengthy wait times and what I believed was overpricing. Not here...it is well worth the trip and money.
