Ive been to many stereo audio and security businesses before, but High Output Audio is by far the best. Not only are they knowledgeable, but the customer service is on point. I had my 2000 Jeep Wrangler and 2010 Mini Cooper S hooked up. Whatever you drive, you need to check out this crew first.

We showed up after they closed but they let me in not know how much in was gonna spend an were nice and helpful, Ill be back in the future amd i spent 400 with them so it pays to go the extra mile for your customers.

Went there a few days ago looking a car radio antenna. Really helpful people. I guess I should have done a little searching on line first and that is my fault so he sold me a Jensen marine antenna and looked great and would work fine and it did, what kinda gets me on this and I know a place of business needs to make money but not all on one person. Tax and out the door was about $70 and I installed it when I got home. I decided to look on line at them and wow, I couldnt find one that was over $19 that was just like I bought at high output. Like I said thats my fault for not looking on line first but dang thats a big difference from $19 to $70 I was thinking about having some window tint done there but think Ill go somewhere else. Just saying.

Guys are super nice, prices are unbeatable, and super fast and expert service, hands down, best around. Never go anywhere else again, and they do work on big trucks! Love it.

This place is a joke since they have a new ownership team. They say they warranty their work but then they want to charge you a fee to complete their work. Do not take your vehicle to this place, take it to the REAL High Output in Garner.
