Just recently, I ordered cards again, spoke to Nina, who told me she was unable to find my previous information and would get with the manager. I had to make several calls to find out the status, then was asked to email a copy of the business card - which I did, and was told someone would call me back. I called a day or so later and spoke to Nina again to make sure they did receive the information. I was told yes, and the order had been sent off, so I gave number for payment. Great, I thought I would be getting my order in a week or so.Well, I received my order a couple of days ago and I was not satisfied a all! I received only 500 cards and I was charged over $44.00 - paid more for half the amount I originally received. So, I call again and spoke to Nina, wanting an explanation for the HUGE increase in price for half the product. She put me on hold, spoke to her manager, then came back telling me the manager said he could make the other 500 but I would have to pay and extra $15.00. I asked why, since the first order was 1000 cards for about $40 and now I get half the amount for more money, AND they want to charge me even MORE for the other 500??I even asked within my company how much they were charged for a box of 1000 - it was about $42.00. Can someone explain why the cost is double, if the information on the card is the same, same one color ink, same style, just name and position is different? If they want to say it is because the address is different....we just received some basic cards for the office and the assistant manager received his with the same address with his name printed...so I would like a response from the manager or owner as to why I am charged more money for less product.

We patronize this business from time to time when our printer is acting up, and they are ALWAYS pleasant!! 😊😊
