I was there to do some custom framing which I havent done any of in many years. Expensive!!!!But the young man who was helping me in the framing department was absolutely amazing and a credit to the store.Four Stars is because of the complicated way of pricing in the framing department let alone there cost.

Nice clean store and had everything I needed with one exception. Absolutely no employees in the store to help you find an item. Only a cashier and people working in the picture frame shop. Needless to say with only one cashier there was a long line of people trying to check out. Other than that, it was great.

I brought my family by here as a result of getting a last minute laundry list of needed school supplies. We searched for everything in this store as it is well stocked with a lot of variety that always gives me and the kids much better options than the big box stores. We took a look at the holiday season display at the store and kept it moving. The store was functionally clean and without obstruction to the aisles.

I came here to get photo frames and craft beads. I was surprised by how huge the frame section was. They have so many colors, sizes, and styles. There’s even a section where you can get a custom made frame! They had “50% off”, “buy-one-get-one-50%-off”, and “buy 1 get 2 free” sales going on for photo frames.What I bought today:- 11”x14” float frame for $12.49 (after 50% off discount)- TOHO rose gold colored craft beads full price for $3.19.

I ordered same day delivery past the cutoff assuming theyd just get to it the next day. I was happy with that. However, they were able to go on and get it packed and delivered the same day! Amazing! Thank you so much!! I can go on and start my project right away!

I mean its Michaels, whats not to love?? They pretty much always have sales on canvases which is awesome! Nice and neat. Easy to find things. I could spend hours in here just looking at all the creative possibilities. Hard to find a better craft store than Michaels and believe me Ive tried! Especially such a nice Michaels like this one.

Service was great. The young man that helped me was personable, very knowledgeable and helpful. Only problem is I checked their website before going to make sure the items I needed were in stock but when I got there they didnt have any of the items I needed. So the website availability and the store inventory does not match. Luckily, I was able to make something else work but what I needed was very specific.

One of my favorite locations! Usually has everything Im looking for in stock, every person I interact with has a pleasant demeanor and its always fun seeing something new to try out!

Disorganized store, staff has no knowledge of products. Online orders are cancelled not in stock however product is still on shelves (confirmed this myself). Theyd rather cancel an order instead of fulfilling it. Hire competent people who actually want to work instead of clock watch and do as little as possible. Will NEVER shop this location ever again. Absolutely reprehensible.

Staff is sometimes difficult to locate, but always knowledgeable & quick about helping you out.P.S If youre like me and wanna skip the getting lost in Michaels bit, just look up the items you want online (make sure you pick your location) and itll tell you if its in stock and the Aisle number...yes Michaels has over 80 aisles.

Went to get a few things framed with Aarons which is inside. They were very helpful. Im waiting to get my frames things back. They were expensive for what I got, the reason for 4 stars.

This is a great Michaels location with a very friendly staff. In my experience, theyve never run out of what Ive looked for and if you cant find something, theyd be happy to help. I learned to crochet with the supplies I bought at this store and I couldnt be happier with their selection of yarn, hooks, etc.

Always great to shop here. If you are looking for crafts, such as holiday (Christmas) items this is the store to find it. The prices are great and the customer service is excellent.

I did not enjoy my experience at this Micheals location. I was racially profiled and followed around the store by their security guard. The cashier was nice and called the manager to the front of the store to tell her what had happened. The store is nice but the people that are there can make or break the experience as well. I will not be shopping at this Micheals location again.

Great for everything from kids crafts to anything else you can want to craft plus framing. I get all my holiday decorations here too. Make sure to check their website for coupons and go on the weekend for the best deals if u can.

Great store, very clean. Staff is friendly, however it seems they may be short staffed, possibly due to COVID, so Ill give them the benefit of the doubt.The only other minor issue I had was I was looking for quick water and the cashier was convinced they didnt sell it, even though I bought it from there before. Another customer had to correct her and tell me where it should be.

Cluttered aisles make it difficult to walk through, especially in the days of social distancing. Ill only go back here as a last ditch.

I love love love when they do $4 grab bags. Each bag always had at least $100-$150 worth of merchandise. Usually always the last holiday that past. I always buy to add to my collection of holiday decor.

A good place to get tons of craft materials but it always seems like there are only 3 employees running the entire store. I go and find one and someone is giving them the build up from their 1940s birth to why there making homemade cards and their trapped and the guest is oblivious. Just maybe 2 more people per shift would be awesome.

Everything was in its place and extremely neat! The customer service was very helpful.

Always my kids enjoy to shop here. Nice collection for school projects. Many times used this store for last minutes supplies. Only con here with supporting staff as not many of them to clarify your queries.

All your craft needs

Needed a letter taken out of an old frame and replaced with a new letter. The gentleman in the frame department was on his way out to a birthday party but graciously stayed to help me out. He replaced the cracked glass and perfectly framed the new letter. This guy is great!!!

All employees are very kind. We are enjoying even classes. I am expecting them to have professional instructors for kids are classes. It would be wonderful.

Michaels is amazing. We had gone to this location near Perimeter Mall to locate a special cartridge refill for artistic markers. I had never heard of these markers, but a friend of my son was having a birthday party, she is an excellent artist, and these refills is what she requested. They had some of the markers ( they are pricey), but no refills. Great store, and we did need help from two (2) different store associates who were both very helpful, informative, and pleasant.

My son attended a birthday party at this location. (Yes, they offer arts and crafts birthday parties!!) The Michaels employee that hosted the party was phenomenal and it was very obvious that she was well experienced with kids, they all loved her! While my son was at the party I walked around the store and did a little shopping. Very clean store and I loved their large selection of clearance items!

Michaels is a great store! I always go for a quick shop. They use to have coupons in their advertisements at the door. Now you go to there website for them or if you signed up by email to them.

Its a smaller store therefore easier to navigate. If you are looking for something specific, check online 1st. If you are looking for inspiration, this size store may get you started

Great place but pricey.

Been here twice during my lunch break at work. I can usually get in and out fairly quick. Staff has always been extremely helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about the products they sell. Store is well maintained and the categories are well organized.

Horrible pick up system. Called for curbside and no one picked up the phone, so I had to go in and wait in line - kind of defeats the purpose. Also, there are rude employees, but that has always been the case at this store.

Do you like arts and Crafts of any size, shape, kind, color, material, substance, smell? Go here. The place is huge and filled with every supply imaginable. Also, fantastic selection of frames and framing supplies and a great framing staff for custom stuff.Be sure to check for coupons, they are really good!

Very customer friendly, tons of stuff for year round, and the frame shop does an outstanding job, going back years now for us. Anyone complaining about them being unfriendly and rude has probably been helped by them a lot and goes home and posts a negative review immediately after a perceived slight. Get over yourself folks.

The trick with Micheals is to get set up with a rewards account. You will get some pretty killer coupons that way. It does feel more expensive than Hobby Lobby but they do seem to have higher quality items. I never buy in season holiday decor type stuff- no matter how tempting. If you wait until after the holiday you will find the same stuff on super clearance and you can use it next year.

I like this Micheals. The selection of frames are great. Every price point is represented. However, they have a boat load of inventory and I can tell the staff is struggling to organize it all. Help them out Corporate. Its the only Micheals within 10 miles of roughly 10k+ suburban moms and retirees.

This was my first time here and right away my cart was nearly full! This place has so many sales! Sales were things were 50 cents and below. The place is very roomy even if its not the biggest Michaels I have been in. I normally would see craft stores be a liiitle messy, but this place was pretty clean. I cant wait to fill my cart again! 😁

1. Customer service: one star-I checked on their website that the product I want is in stock at Perimeter place store, but I couldnt find it. I asked a lady near the frame area about it and she said we dont sell it here. I asked if she can look it up since the website says the store has it. She said I have all the information YOU have access to. I thanked the lady and went to look for another employee because every store has an internal inventory system and consumers obviously dont have access to it. I asked another lady at the register and she told me there should be 3 in stock after checking the item # in her scanner. And of course, we cant find it. I thanked the second lady and left.2. Product selections: two stars-Compared to hobby lobby, their selections are outdated and slim, nothing that make me want to have/buy3. Neatness: one star-clearance aisle is very very messy4. Price: one star, if the store is messy and outdated, i expect the price to be low, but for the price, go to hobby lobby

Great selection of craft goods and they always have a coupon online!! During the long checkout line, my items were scanned for quicker service at the register. Not sure what this actually helped as I still needed to have my items bagged to leave the store. It was neat and clean inside the store and the store also had a decent selection.

I was completing a project and needed new materials so I went to this location to purchase them. The worker, Olivia, was very helpful. She gave many ideas and helped me locate all the items I needed. It’s always a plus to have a sense of creativity when working in places like this.

Really big, has lots of stuff. Unfortunately it didnt have a couple of the things I was looking for. I had to make a return due to it. But very big and has mostly everything.
