Great store, great selection, the only thing I would change is their lack of cashiers in the front. Overall a great experience. It’s just a tad long of a wait. I waited 10+ minutes last time I was there.

HomeGoods has lots of items with great deals. It can be hard to find items and know where to look for items in the store. This is typical of stores like HomeGoods though.

I walked into this Home Goods location tonight at 9:23pm completely aware that the store closed at 9:30pm, but as I entered, the greeter (an African American woman with short hair and glasses) yelled You got 4 minutes. Seriously! The lights are turning off in 4 minutes! I have never been greeted in such a rude and unprofessional manner in my life. Please dont ever greet another customer this way.

I came by this location with my kid to check and see what they had in the store. We were looking for some items for her apartment and specifically the bedroom. We found three items in this location which we purchased and was on our way to the next store on our hunt to fill her bedroom with plenty of unnecessary stuff... LoL

I can’t tell you how many hours I’ve spent at this store. It’s within walking distance of Mount Vernon flats apartments and when I was a SAHM with no car, this store was my saving grace. They have a great selection, especially with the clearance.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. The employees and manager are super friendly and customer focused.... its like going to visit family each time I enter the store

Normally I like shopping at this homegoods. While looking for throw pillows. I reached for a set and a few others came down with them. Not a big deal. Except this time there was a tiny dog next to me. Dog owner screams at me for purposely trying to hit her dog. I told her its not my job to look out for pets while Im shopping in a store. 😠😠

They had a great selection! I was helped by the sweetest cashier, I believe her name was Adrian. She took her time wrapping my items and was very sweet and kind to us! Will definitely come back again!

Oh my LOVE HOME GOODS and everytime I go in there I try my BESTEST NOT TO GET A CART😂😜😂.

Had some cool stuff here. Aisles are marked with arrows to help you flow through the store and promote social distancing. We did get one cool picture for our babys room for $25. Found another cool painting for $29, but it was ripped across the top. It was on canvas and we were going to try and cut the front off and reframe it, but the manager only marked it down to $20. Definitely should have marked off more for the damage it had, so we didnt end up getting it.

The lady at the entrance is very sweet and provides face masks and hand sanitizer. The people are very nice and helpful. Very accomodating.

Fun shopping experience.

Today I spent an hour and one half shopping for the perfect gift until I found a dominos set. After standing in a long holiday line I found out the the item had two prices on it. One price showed $19.99 and the other was $12.99. The cashier rung up the item for $12.99 then told me to hold for a moment because there was two prices on it. The manager (Ray) told her to charge me the price, which was higher. After hearing this the cashier stated, didn’t you see the higher price? I told her I did indeed see the higher price, but after seeing the lower price I assumed it was on sale. (Just like any other place i shop) I asked to speak with the manager and he said he could not give it to me for the lower marked price. I then asked why there was a lower price on it. He stated that he did not know and the way it is placed on the merchandise did not look like they placed it there. I guess he was implying that I must have put it there. I was pretty upset and embarrassed because people were watching and it caused a scene. I’m sure people thought I placed the sticker on there as well. This was the first and will be the LAST time I shop at Home Goods. ☹️

This place reminds me of a great flea market. You can always find something unique and interesting but everything is new and place is always stuffed with different merchandise. If youre interested in buying something but are thinking of getting two, you better buy it at that time because you may not ever see the item again.

Hmmmm.... my wife cant go into this store without saving at least US$100. Im not sure about how I can give a better rating than OK, because of extreme mood swings it causes me to experience. Yes, the house looks great, but cant wait until its finished. Just when I think it is, its time for a change. Argggggg. All in all, its OK, just dont make me go in.

I shopped at the Perimeter Circle in December 2017 and I could barely move around the store because merchandise was all in the isles and unorganized. I went today 12.21.18 and noticed an improved store. I took the time to tell the staff, but also wanted to write a comment about the improvements I noticed.

This location has the best selection of home decor in the metro Atlanta Area. Very pleased with their selection.

Dont come here for a variety of options from which to choose, as selection is very focused. Come to take a gamble that whatever they have in stock fits your needs and is a great price.

Called the assistance phone twice and was still standing around waiting for help after 20 minutes. Even when the guy did come, he had no clue I had been asking for help and was totally apathetic. Horrible service!

7 customers in line, 5 staff standing at check out with their backs to us. Only one checker. Her name was Rhonda. This Home Goods staff needs to go back through training.

I love HomeGoods. Maybe more of an obsession even. I enjoy the hunt, as he must to enjoy any of the TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Homegoods stores. HomeGoods is probably my favorite just because of the variety of things you can find for unbeatable prices! When I expected HomeGoods that is often overlooked, they have a ton of gourmet grocery items and a lot of organic foods, spices, teas, condiments, pastas, cookies, etc.

This was my first visit to a a Home Goods. Oh my, what a mess it was. There was merchandise that was out of place all over the store. I understand that it was on a Saturday, but I looked like nothing had been re-shelved or reorganized in days! Lots of good items for home use, but it just bugs me when a store is soooo disorganized.

Great selection, be prepared to wait in line to checkout if going during M-F lunch hour.

I used to shop at this store a lot and spent thousands of money at Homegoods. But today I experienced unhappy shopping experiences. I tried to return a wall decoration which I brought last week. I had my receipt with me and the product I return are in the original condition. The cashier first said they cant recognize this product, said the product description in their system is different from the one I return. And then she called their manager. When their manager came she is rude and said the same things plus said the product is damage and cannot be returned. I felt humiliated by them and be treated unfairly. I have my receipt and everything and still cannot get back my money ! Its not my fault that their system cant recognize the product ! Its their fault ! If they dont trust me they can check their store camera. The details of when I bought their product is on the receipt. And their manager is so rude. And hear a lot of other people complaints about the store manager. Homegood should be shame on their damage system and incompetent store manager. As a longterm Homegood customer, this experiences hurt me so bad and will think twice next time when Im planning return to their store.
