One of the biggest publix supermarket in Atlanta. Store is very clean, spacious and well maintained. The bakery products are very good. They sell good variety of fruits and vegetables. Quality of Meat and poultry sold here are very good and they are reasonably priced. Customer service is very good.

Good but always seem to be out ofor low on the cats canned food. Purina One. It would be nice to buy boxes of the cans instead of individual cans. We use 4 a day.

This Publix location is always clean and does a good job managing the checkout lines. I appreciate that they provide pre sliced deli meats, quick sub sandwich service, and a good amount of oven ready offerings for people on the go. They have great selection of obscure food offerings as well. My favorite from this category is the skyline chili 🤗

Publix here has gone down hill. Shelves are bare. I wonder if they will be closing this store when they open the new one up the road on Ashford Dunwoody? It is barren. Also, two of the last three times I have gone to the deli, the boars head turkey has been rotten. Once with sliced meat and once on a deli sandwich. The Kroger, sadly, is probably your best bet now, or for fresh items, the fresh market across the street.

Great place to buy quality groceries and household items. Had a pleasant customer service experience too. Customer rep helped pushed my trolley till my car and load the items into my car. It was a surprise for me..Never had this experience while I was in Australia.

This is a good Publix location. The staff is friendly and it is a very clean store.

This is my local Publix that I’ve been going to for years and I stopped by tonight for a few items which reminded me to review the store.The store is always busy after work and on the weekends but they are consistently clean and well stocked on most items. They are very quick to respond if lines start backing up.Everyone was masked tonight and I witnessed the associates wiping down the buggies, baskets and doors. They seem to be taking all the necessary precautions.Lastly, I’ve always enjoyed the associates and the way they act towards me. They are helpful, friendly and actually know where things are in the store.

I shop at Publix and have for years. I love Publix. I went to Dunwoody Hall Publix for my 1st and 2nd Covid shot at the Publix Pharmacy. Thank you for an amazing experience. I highly recommend Publix for vaccinations.

Went here on my way to work with my girlfriend to get some subs. The guy at the sub counter at 345pm on March 13th wearing glasses did not acknowledge us for several minutes. Just kept doing what he was doing. After he completed it, he slammed it into the hot prepared food cooler. Then came to us, finally looked up and mumbled I believe the word what. At that point, I was annoyed so we just walked away, complained to customer service, she was kind, but didnt seem too concerned. Usually this Publix is very good, however, this visit was less than stellar.

Very unsatisfied with this store’s customer service. Really long wait. What is the point of ordering online when you will have to wait once you get there? I placed an order for my food at 11:13 am. However, it was not complete until 12:24pm. I spoke with someone at customer service and their response was “yeah, it’s been like that all day.” Wow!

I had a great experience on Sunday at the deli getting a sub, they woman helping me was kind, patient & made me a really happy customer. I also went to the servivce desk & the woman helping me with a return (from a previous purchase) was super helpful & kind.

I am a very longtime and devoted Publix customer, after living in FL for over 30 years, and now in the Atlanta area for a few years. I have always known that Publix management and staff are the friendliest and best in the U.S., but I now have no doubt that they also have the biggest hearts. I am a disabled senior with no transportation, which makes it impossible to shop, especially during this worldwide pandemic while we safely shelter in place. Although the Dunwoody location is a smaller store, they are enormous when it comes to helping others, and a very grateful heart will never forget their going above and beyond in getting much needed groceries and necessities to me. Big shout outs to Courtney for writing down my order so perfectly, and neatly, and to Store Assistant Manager, Jorge, for shopping with such precision and having my order delivered to me so quickly. I deeply appreciate their going well beyond the extra mile to ensure that I received the best possible service. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!!!

The customer service here is horrendous. Employees were either dismissive or extraordinary condescending. The ONLY positive experience I had was with the pharmacy. The techs were so friendly and went above and beyond in every way!

Old and tired with horrible parking exits

You guys have jacked up your prices to ridiculously high prices!I just spent $14 on a 9oz Publix made almonds plastic tin and secret deodorant. This is insane guys. Why are you doing this to your community? This is not ok to take advantage of the city of Dunwoody.

Friendly staff. They always help me when I need to find things throughout the store. They have my favorite brand of ice cream and my favorite flavor! I love this neighborhood! I will be back for more.

Ive been ordering sandwiches from Publix for years and have never been charged for extra for cheese. Today while I was in the middle for telling what I want on my sandwich I was told you have to pay extra for cheese which I do not eat sandwiches without. Not being informed how much it would be by the person making the sandwich of the cost I was upset but said to myself well it cant be more than $.50 to find out it was a dollar. The box of chicken we also got was cold that picked up and when I asked up ketchup I was told there was none and I would have to buy one. Never coming back.

If you don’t believe in covid this is the Publix for you. No one enforces policy. Managers stare into the middle void after complaint is made. Cleanliness is nil, zero social distancing unless you’re there thirty minutes before close or after open, and checkout takes forever. $5 says this is a super spreader event waiting to happen.The two stars is for the pharmacist who agreed that management is stupid.

I came here for an instacart order and it was my first visit for this location. Although it was PACKED the store was in great condition, it was clean, and the lady who helped me was super nice and knowledgeable.

Its my local Publix and I havent had one bad experience.

The bakery was super helpful in the process of ordering, making and picking up the cake for my friends bday party! The assistant manager of the bakery, Shenika, was especially helpful and even made it a point to grab a cart from the back even when I didnt have one. Great customer service

This Publix is fantastic! 5 stars well deserved for their customer service. From everyone in the bakery/ deli, to employees at checkout, their staff is super friendly and everyone seems happy. It is also very clean in here and easy to get around. Ive come in here for lots of reasons- Pub Sub lunches, office party food, their signature buffalo chicken dip (per a co-workers recommendation for our happy hour snacks), and Ive always had good experiences at this location. Its very convenient to where I work which is also nice!

This store is awesome mainly because of their people! EVERYONE is so helpful and kind. Everyone! Some trainer or manager or leader is doing an amazing job at training or simply keeping their people happy so it translates into their work. I told them I may start shopping there just because of the service (The many buy 1 get 1 deals on the items on my list didnt hurt either😉). I was back the very next day! AND had just as great an experience the next day!If youre looking for a new store Id certainly recommend this one.

Lines were a little long but they quickly opened more to insure social distancing.

We used to go to a different Publix over by Perimeter and this one just takes the cake. Much brighter, nice floors, features are higher quality and it has a greater arrangement of groceries. Staff is friendly and helpful

This is the best Publix in the world. Seriously. The store is always clean and well put together. The staff is amazingly friendly and kind. No matter what you need they go out of their way to help you. The sections are always stocked...even after we the hurricane when power went out and tons of their food went bad they made sure to get re-stocked as quickly as possible. The bakery is amazing and over the years they have made many cakes for parties I have hosted.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful throughout the store. Kailas in particular was very kind and considerate when loading our groceries in the bags. Even tied some of them for us so we could tell which bags belonged to who.

Publix Dunwoody Hall does not stock Jarritos Soda in International... most Publix do.The date printed on Publix Vitamin D milk means nothing... it sours well before the printed date (Kroger does their milk dating accurately).Publix has nice promotions... buy 2 get 2 soda 8 packs is particularly nice, as is Simply Orange with 10 for $10.Publix is solid on groceries, but sundries are very limited... best to go to Kroger when your list includes sundries.

Louise at this Publixs Aprons Event Planning helped us choose amazing wedding cakes this past November. All our guests loved our sweet selections, and Louise was accurate in her sizing suggestions. The staff delivered the cakes on time to the correct location, and the price was very reasonable.

This Publix has the slowest Deli staff that I have ever dealt with. They dont greet their customers, theyre talking amongst themselves in the back, and they move at a snails pace as if we had nothing better to do but wait on them to make our subs. If youre going there for lunch, be ready to spend about 45 minutes in line. There was one man in front of me today and it took FIFTEEN minutes to get my sandwich. TEN of those minutes was waiting for them to acknowledge me. The only reason that they get 3 stars instead of 1 is because the rest of their staff is very kind and helpful.

The deli and bakery are the real MVP’s!!! We placed an order at 11am today for 6 platters for an event, very last min of course and publix did it and they did it well!! We were able to pick up the order at 5pm!! Thank you so much!! Saved the day!!

The staff was absolutely outstanding and so attentive. I had various staff help me without asking. I havent been to this store in a few years. We moved, but its on my commute home. I will be back!

I am a Publix fan

In the deli, there is a fair skinned woman whos name starts with an AZ. She had an accent and an attitude. When I asked for cheese, she told me to go get it from over there. I assumed she said it so she didnt have to open a new package. I was right because she left to go get one from the back. I checked the area she sent me too and there wasnt the cheese I asked for. She didnt respond when I asked for a thinner slice. What really angered me is how she tossed both cheeses on the top of the counter. Ill follow this review up with a phone call.

Great service

Management should train the deli team on the finer points of frying chicken. Too many times the crust is absent and the chicken has exceeded its holding time. Mr. Isaac does a fantastic job but the rest of the crew needs help!

Today they had the most delicious barbecue pork to try out as a free sample... As with normal Publix, a different item each day of the week at the deli...very decent.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ...I am writing this review to express how grateful my wife Sohayla and I are for the care and compassion they showed following her unfortunate Pit Bull attack. The attack had happened about .5 mile away, in a neighborhood where she had gone to visit an old friend ...She had chosen to be taken to the nearest PUBLIX SUPERMARKET (since they have pharmacy and ... facilities) while she waited for the Ambulance/EMS. The management and staff at this Publix did not hesitate and cared for my wife as if she was one of their own family. The They are all very caring and compassionate. Of course we do most of our grocery shopping at Publix and could not be happier with their service and products.Thank you,David Banaee

A great neighborhood Publix. The staff are friendly and helpful. On this visit, I left a bag at the check out and the woman who was bagging ran out after me in the rain to bring it to me.

Went to order a sub and didnt get what I ordered. They lady making my sub couldnt understand English very well and her coworkers refused to help her.

Typically I love shopping here. The staff is friendly and typically know where to locate items you are looking for.I did have one unfortunate experience. I ordered a cake for a baby shower and called to inquire about picking it up the night before if the cake was ready. If it wasnt, then no harm, no foul. But the woman I was talking to, gave me the worst attitude in her response. Her tone of voice was completely uncalled for and unappreciated. I will never be ordering a cake from them again despite the fact it looked beautiful and was delicious.

Staff is beyond friendly here. Love the folks at the deli. Please be patient though as the deli gers crowded and they do their best but it can be a long wait. I suggest for subs that you order online ahead of time and it will be ready when you arrive. Dont bother getting a sub for lunch as half your lunch break will be over by the time you get your sub. Secret tip: if you only have a few items head to the customer service desk if there is no one there as they can check you out super fast.

I do not understand why they have the customer service desk facing the entrance and exit doors when you have customer service representatives that wont acknowlege customers. They should be greeting the customers as they passing by, entering and exiting. Just unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. Also, I dont understand how is it that the rest rooms are not clean 1st thing in AM in the morning when the store open (none of the stalls had toilet paper). I wanted to inform the customer desk but she was too busy looking down at her clip board and refuse to look up when I was in close to proximity.

Friendly customer service, but slightly expensive yet totally worth it!

This rating is about not having self checkout. Just get it Publix. I waited for 15 minutes in the less than 10 items line behind 2 people with a few items because they want to pay 2 different ways and argue about BOGO pricing. We are in 2020, only people over 60 want to waste their time cruising the grocery store.

The store has been remodeled and it looks great! Adding a pharmacy has made my shopping a lot easier! Love the bogos!

My first time in a Publix ever and Im 27. Lived in GA for 14 years, bought a Whole chicken tender sub, ate it and now I fill pregnant with a food baby. Awesome
