Horrible experience honestly after reading and seeing the review I’m disgusted! I received a surprise edible arrangement and it was mold on my stems of my grapes. I was told it was not mold. I am truly not on these things and it was disappointing. I was asked what could they do to fix the issue but it’s just something you cannot come back from please beware.

The service was fast and I was surprised that they were still even taking orders the morning of Valentine’s Day. I appreciate the last-minute opportunity, but I was not so pleased with the presentation. $50 and it didn’t look the least bit appetizing but just sloppy and quickly put together. Don’t get me wrong; I know it is a very chaotic and busy holiday. But if you can’t maintain standards of presentation, what is the point? They brought it out to my car ASAP when I called though and was very nice. I’m just not impressed with the money spent and the end product.

Ordered thank you bouqet-large, online, for Bosss Day.. Was not happy with what we received.. Small.. Edible arrangements mug.. Which we did NOT want. We paid 86.39-NOT WORTH ALMOST $100... Told the cashier.. She expressed that was the substitute container.. She did not offer a discount or refund or anything of any kind.. Brought it back to the office.. It was embarrassing.. My co-workers that went in on it was not happy about it either.. It was skimpy looking.. All she said was the fruit count was right.. As a paying FIRST TIME CUSTOMER.. you would have thought they would have offered a discount.. Coupon.. Anything! No.. Today I call back and spoke to Nayeli the store owner.. Even more displeasing.. She didnt listen.. Over talked me.. Gave me the wrong number for customer care in the least genuine manner. Then when customer care contacted her for a full refund she lied and said she offered me one before I left with the fruit.. THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE! On top of being unhappy.. Nayeli was not polite.. But rude and unwilling to make any offers to make it right... Next Im going to the better business bureau.. I have not ever had such an unpleasant experience with anything Ive bought big or small!

I place an order with the gentleman when I arrived. After picking out an arrangement I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Great! So I went next door to do some shopping in Harbor Freight an then went an got lunch. After an hour an fifteen minutes I returned to pickup my order. The same person I placed it with came out from the back an once he saw me he turned right around an didnt speak to me. I stood waiting 10 more minutes an when no one would come out to speak with me I called the phone number to the store an complained no one would let me know about my order. She went to the back again an the man came out to let me know my order wasnt done. Its now an hour an 30 minutes. He said it was being worked on an he needed 5 more minutes to complete it. Finally he came out with my order an I left. I want do business with them again

Overpriced, dirty and late. I went to pick it up myself because I didnt want the delivery to be late. They were still late with my arrangement and I couldnt take it to my mom on her lunch break on time. It was also very expensive. Not worth it. My mom told me the fruits had sand or some sort of dirt and were not fresh. She threw most of it away. I am going with the local shops next time. They are way cheaper and reliable.

Ordered 2 quantity of 12pcs create your own box and 2 quantity of cheese cake at my store to give to my customers. I received only one order of 12 pcs, was missing one full order of 12 pcs plus 2 orders of cheesecake. I called them and they sent one order of 12pcs and one cheesecake. They cheat on orders by sending less quantity coz alot of times its a gift for someone and you not gonna ask how many pieces they received.

First called to ask if anything was premade, he answered no which wasn’t a problem so i asked for something simple with strawberries and apples. he said ok i can have something for you in 15 mins! awesome i showed up 15 mins later only to be greeted by same guy and nothing was being made.after conversing more about what i wanted he suggested some other things which i agreed with and again he said ok this will take 15 mins i’ll call you when it’s ready. i went to my car, ordered food from chili’s next door which took bout 25 mins, picked that up and went back to the edible arrangement store. so we’re bout 30 mins in and still isn’t ready. long story short i waited 1.5 hours for an arrangement that wasn’t impressive in the slightest, strawberries were the size of grapes and just pieces i didn’t even ask for.so after leaving obviously not in a happy mood they also forgot to include my teddy bear that i requested. they had some up front when i first ordered and gave one to register but was told “oh well get you one from the back that’s new” but it was never brought up front so is that my fault again? NO. custom note wasn’t put in the arrangement as well. just completely terrible experienceif i was told yea this will take an hour and to come back this review wouldn’t be here.

So they called me asking me can they change the date of my delivery because they were overwhelmed and they would accommodate me with more items! That didn’t happen and they had the nerve to send me some cookies the size of quarters are you kidding me! I could have went right up the street to a bakery and spent half the money or less for better products! The problem is they letting people run this business in the ground and nobody wants to return my calls or emails but I’m a problem trust me!

Placed an online order early 2/27 Thursday morning with expectations that it will be delivered the same day. However the driver informed me that he knocked and no one was home. However my wife has been home literally all day and now because of this. The deliver has to be delivered the next day. Can we say disappointed whereas I have placed orders before same day and was delivered, just not from this location. I expected better. If I wanted them delivered next day, I wouldve selected next day. Needless to say Im not a happy nor satisfied customer and will reconsider other alternatives next time.

Ordered some edible arrangement birthday basket the day before and got it delivered by 12pm the next day! I keep checking the order status and they definitely got to work when the store opens to make the arrangements fresh. Fruit was fresh and sweet, the pineapple chocolate dip are delicious! They had a special promo code free shipping so that helps a lot. I also received an additional $5 discount for the next order in my email. I’ll definitely order from them again. Thanks Dunwoody location! 😀

Never again.... I order online at 8:50am asked for it to be delivered to my house by 12 Noon. I called to make sure it was all good they confirmed itd be all this time Im at work hoping to surprise my girl with something to make her day better. Now its 1:00pm no call from my girl so I call her to see if anything arrived yet it has it.. I called them back she tells me their policy is if its a residential order they have until 7 p. M. To deliver it.. like what kinda BS is that

Possibly the worst experience EVER!!! Placed online (as I have through other stores) get a call that the special they advertised was not available through this location. No big deal, just swap it out. I then get an email, that they were unable to deliver the package that the receiver wanst home, but no to worry no need to contact them they will take care of it. No other communication from them. I had to ask if she received the gift when she said what are you talking about the calls started. Took days to even get a manager to call back. My options were well we can either redeliver (two weeks after her birthday) or I could have a refund. Had they just contacted me again when they couldnt deliver (even though she was home) I would have picked it up on my way to her house. Ill never do business with this store again, and may not with the entire chain.

Want to be fair and forthcoming -- Following up on review below -- the Area Manager called me and we have a new delivery window. She was professional and polite. (vs. the previous manager who was dismissive and sought to challenge every potential solution and just repeated their policy on orders and delivery. Policies that I (the recipient) was unaware of and were not communicated until afterwards. Looking forward to a better experience. Stay tuned.------They do not notify customers of delivery (one of their policies that they fail to share BEFORE a person orders) -- then they wait 30 seconds for someone to come to the door. No message - no way of knowing an item is being delivered. We asked for a delivery window that they refused to honor. THEN - they do not refund the cost that a person spends on what was supposed to be a gift. This is the most dishonest and unprofessional business I have come across in a long time. STAY AWAY! AND ..I can see they get friends to prop up their reviews. Buyer - BEWARE (and I was supposed to be the recipient.)

I had a delivery issue because the recipient had an amergency and couldn’t receive the package. The folks at the Dunwoody Edible Arrangements worked with us for two days in order to make sure the delivery was made, and even ended up having to make the delivery at an uncontemplated location 20 or so minutes into the city. Very pleased

An order was placed at 8am this morning for strawberries! I had to call the store after 1:00pm to check on the delivery status and was informed by an employee “ there was not a note on the fruit saying you needed it delivered before 5pm. We have until 5pm to have your fruit delivered.” I informed the employee there was no instructions on their site that you could suggest or request a time for your fruit to be delivered. Why would it take 5 hours to send pre dipped chocolate strawberries and it was less than 20 strawberries... I had to cancel my order and go with Tiffs Treats who delivered my cookies in 15 minutes. I will NEVER order from this rude store again. Highly disappointed... It’s sad that other Edible Arrangement locations can have a delivery out the door in a much timely manner..

I placed an order for chocolate covered fruit for my 3 year anniversary with my fiancee yesterday and it was delivered the very next day. I called to make sure the order was okay since Dekalb County suffered a water main break the day of delivery. The lady that answered the phone was informative and friendly. She told me that the order was prepared at another location and that it was in transit. Needless to say he received the fruit right before he went to lunch.

I will NEVER use this location again. I sent my husband a Congratulations Arrangement yesterday. I take full responsibility for them missing him at work because I did not share a deliver by time. However, they redelivered today and his fruit was horrible and the $10.99 singing balloon did not sing. When I called and shared that the balloon did not sing, the young lady argued that it did because she tried it before she delivered it. Ok- not worth the arguments. Such a horrible, horrible, horrible experience and a downer for my husbands great moment. Not the service I am accustomed to receiving with EA. I should have stuck with the location I normally use. Extremely disappointed!!

The chocolate covered apples, strawberries, and bananas are AMAZING! Everyone there is so nice and I can really tell they go out of there way for everyone! Wow, do not work for these people PERIOD! You wont get paid! They did not follow the contractual agreement that I signed to be a temp driver. We were suppose to have a small gas allotment, and a meeting and be shown things. What actually happened was I WAS TOLD I WAS TOO EARLY and just STRAIGHT UP GOT ATTITUDE from store front employees to the point i had to interrupt them to let them know I was one of the drivers. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE PERIOD! THEY WILL FORGET YOU EXIST AND THEIR EMPLOYEES LOOK LIKE THEY ROLLED OUT OF BED AND NEED TO SHOWER! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!
