I did curbside pickup twice at this location and both times were horrible!! Considering I did curbside, thinking it would be a “quick process” nope I waited like 25 minutes, kept having to call them! Honestly would’ve just been easier going inside but then what the hell would be the point of a curbside pickup option?? Do better

The urban outfitters is very good shop where you can buy various styles of clothsyou can make online orders and pay using a credit cards

This was the worst experience at a store I’ve ever had. One of the items that were on sale had a tag that said it was 40 dollars but the cashier rang it up as 70 dollars. There was another jacket with the exact same design in a different color and it was 40 dollars as well. The manager was so disrespectful and said that she simply could not put it up for sale with the PRICE THAT THEY PUT ON THE TAG. Then why don’t you just put a random price on everything and decide what you want the price to be when you ring it up?? I did not want to buy from a store that scammed its customers.

My daughter and I traveled almost an hour to visit this store yesterday. On our way to eat lunch we noticed that they were closed for cleaning. Perfectly acceptable, but 4 hours later they were still closed. No gap on the website for their lengthy closure and no mention of their cleaning schedule. Tried calling the store and no one answered the phone. When posting that you will be closed for cleaning you should also notify people of when you plan to reopen. Also, from looking into the huge glass windows no less than 4 separate times during that 4 hour window, we never saw an actual person working inside. So were they even cleaning?

I was not impressed by the staff! As soon as I walked in, I was not greeted by the African American woman near the door yet when 3 Caucasian people walked in after me, they were greeted right away! I walked passed the people that worked there and they never said a word. They just looked at me. I decided to go to the dressing room to try on clothes and the light skinned African American woman that worked there greeted the Caucasian woman that was in front of me but she never greeted me which I thought was strange. The heavy set African American guy that worked in the men’s section looked at me with disgust. I wasn’t dressed at all (in some chill attire) and I have a closet full of urban outfitters stuff and it really changed my perspective on this company. Please don’t judge a book by its cover because the ones you judge may be doing better in life than you. The manager was helpful though unlike the rest. I’m never going to this location ever again. If you want horrible customer service and to be treated badly because you’re African American then come to this location.

LOVE UO as a company but this store needs work. A note to management: customer service is lacking. I walked throughout the entire store for 20 minutes without a single word being said to me. You had maybe 6-8 employees working, most of whom were not busy. One girl even moved out of my way as I was desperately looking for A size on the t-shirt table and said sorry as she walked away and Im honestly not even sure if that was directed towards me or not. But needless to say, I ended up not purchasing because I really just felt unwanted in the store And would rather by online if Im going to experience a store encounter as ghostly as that was.

Wow had to do a return & purchase return this evening the girl working on the counter was AWESOME Great customer service I order from online but was kind of surprised at the speed and service

Hadnt been to this store in a while. The always have unique items and they have organized the store very well.

They modified their working hours due covid but they will close even earlier than the hours posted on their doors.They dont respect their customers time. They are rude af.

This customer service is atrocious. If you close at 7 pm, you close at 7 pm - not at 6:48. And if thats what you want to do, then update your posted hours. And definitely dont get an attitude when I point that out...I know times are stressful, but customer service is customer service.

Always a favorite of mine. This store could definitely have more service at the front, however the service I did receive was above standard.

Cool store. 16 year old neices favorite store, so went to pick up a gift card for her Christmas gift, ended up finding some stocking stuffers and some other funny little gifts for others here. The staff here was decent enough with helping, mostly teenagers who seemed to have better things to do than be at work. But that is what it is at certain stores, an almost cultivated vibe that fits the store. I would shop here again.

Pricey and bad customer service! A lot of room for improvement.

Overpriced cheap clothing. Their novelty items are cool. I purchased a roll-on perfume oil from there last year and it liked it.I wish they still had it so I could refill - that was the original reason I went in.

Little pricy

It was aesthetically pleasing. The layout and atmosphere were well curated. No one offered to help me, but I was also just walking through and browsing trying not to spend to much money.

If you want unique items not randomly found elsewhere, thos is the place. The clothes are a bit on.the expensive side, but I go for the unique accessories.

Urban outfitters is a pretty cool store. I have been here many times and bought some things here. My only problem with this store is it’s very expensive. I wish they carried more extra smalls because as a petite person I have a hard time finding clothes that fit correctly.

Nice clothing and trendy atmosphere... although I did not find the staff very welcoming and felt judged for the clothes I picked out and tried on.

UA has gone from a great place to shop with unique items to a hipster paradise with clothes from the 90s at 10x the original price, less options, and looks like they are trying to be the Hot Topic (printed shirts, music, etc) of the hipster world. Dont bother. (I will say the staff was nice and accommodating)

Great Urban Outfitters! Open spaces with nice employees. The sale section is usually filled with solid items as well. Make sure you dont miss out if you are coming from inside the mall as you have to come through what looks like the mall exit.

They keep everything nice and organized with polite empolyees.

Pro tip: always hit up the sales rack/section first= legitimately got a pair of Adidas for $13.80

As a longtime customer of Urban Outfitters who shops regularly at the Atlanta Store locations as well as when I visit other states I am appalled by the service or lack there of I received at the UO Perimeter Mall location by the Store Manager Ali Veremakias and Cashier Levonte Miller. There needs to be some serious customer service training at this location in how to both speak to and interact with customers. You never know who you are servicing and ALL customers should be treated with the same courtesy and respect as the next. I will be escalating my experience and concerns to the proper channels but wanted to voice my dissapointment in my experience at this location. Please do better.
