Today I purchased 3 custom t-shirts from this company for an event I have later this evening, my order was extremely last minute but Ann saved the day! She took care of all my questions and concerns regarding the shirts. She was super sweet & professional! I will definitely be back. 10/10 highly recommended. ASK FOR ANN ! First and foremost let me start off by saying “PATIENCE” Ann started off with a small amount of patience then got annoyed as I continued to try and understand the different print options. I left to go pick up my garments from home to begin my order. When I returned to complete my order, Ann was greeted by a friend waiting for her to complete my order. The friend was pretty much soliciting inside of another business (unbelievable).This was my FIRST /LAST time at this location & business. . I then called in because my order was being printed without my authorization, young lady by the name of Maude answered and pretty much didn’t have any patience as well, she tried to charge me more than my original price. Once my funds were paid for the products the “Customer Service” went completely out the window. I then proceeded to speak with the manager which was ms. Tracy I explained the situation to her and wanted a refund. She tried to understand why my overall experience which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable.I run my own business and i give all my customers premier customer service, it’s only fair. I took my business else where. Horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN!! If I were Ms. Tracy I would ONLY hire associates that have not only skills but first and foremost PREMIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. Just WOW is all I can say. SMH

I reached out to their team asking for a specific type of material and although they didnt have that brand in stock, they recommended another style that turned out to be even better quality. Our young daughter recently designed a T-shirt as a birthday gift for her friend at Big Frog Custom T-Shirts. The staff was friendly and worked with my daughter to get exactly what she wanted. Everyone was thrilled with the quality, and the recipient of the gift loved the personalized gift!Our purchase was around $25, but I understand prices (higher or lower) would vary based on the shirt and the design time.I highly recommend Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More in Dunwoody Plaza (Same as Village Burger).

I called THREE DAYS before Christmas looking for a custom hoodie. Tracey helped me find exactly the design I was looking for, AND she even came up to the store when they were closed on Christmas Eve JUST to make sure I could get that hoodie to my Ma on Christmas. Unbelievable experience! I was really pressed for delivering T-shirt’s that were ordered thru my website to a few customers. My drop shipping service have been behind due to COVID-19. So I needed to get some T-shirt’s made and shipped out. Tracie(Owner, Big Frog Dunwoody) and her staff Lauren, and Madot, not only made sure that my order was done. But they got it done the same day!! Amongst their busy schedule they were able to fit me in and get 6 T-shirt’s made. I can’t thank Lauren and Madot enough for their professionalism and superb service that they gave me! Definitely one of the best custom T-shirt shops in Georgia.

Super impressed with Big Frog Dunwoody.I’m a small business owner and was looking for a place to do small batch promotional items such as t-shirts, hoodies, etc. I spoke with Shomari on the phone for about 15-20 minutes and he did a great job of letting me know what service offerings Big Frog Dunwoody currently has. After attempting to talk with a few different providers, I ultimately decided to give Big Frog Dunwoody a chance.I came in the following day and met with Lauren to drop of my items. She was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful in giving me more information on the process. The team finished the order early and everything turned out great. I will definitely use them again for future orders.We kind of live in a society where certain providers seem to care more about orders/sales and less about customer service.
