Nice place to buy fancy jewelry!!!

They tried to sell my sister a crooked engagement ring. The employee named Mina was very unprofessional (rude) and invalidating, trying to imply we were crazy for seeing that it is crooked. 5 other people said it was crooked. A person so uncaring about the customers satisfaction should not work in customer service. They finally fixed the ring after 3 more tries. Would not recommend this jeweler. Overpriced for mediocre quality and poor customer service.

I was harassed and looked upon as suspicious for making a return with a receipt and the original tags still on the item. I bought the Watch with Apple Pay and the feminine manager who ignored me. If you didnt want to take my high-end return then just admit it. I bought the Watch on vacation and I could return it to any Kay Jewelers. I was harassed because my card number didnt match and the reason why is because Apple Pay changes your number for YOUR SAFETY, probably because I was an African-American man and because the item was close to 1,000 and to me, that was just wrong, harassment. Additionally, they make you an online profile for a reason so why am I being investigated like Im wrong for making a return. I will never shop at Kay Jewelers again and theyll never get my hard-earned money again if Im ridiculed for making a return if I dont like it. I wish I could give them a negative score for this review!!

Kay works with you during Covid so your credit doesn’t suffer! Visit the perimeter mall store and ask for CJ! He is patient, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, And you will enjoy your visit. If he isn’t there, ask for Mena. They both have great taste and knowledge concerning jewelry.

Dropped my Movado off back in February 2020 for repair. Approved the $183 charge.... They called me 2 or 3 times to pick it during prime covid to pick it up.. finally made it there after more then 10 months and the watch wasn’t even fixed.

My magnificent shopping experience with DAVE (Store MGR) was the greatest! He has such a wonderful personality, extremely knowledgeable about diamonds! He made me feel as if I was the most important person in the jewelry store! Keep up the magnifying positive energy!

We were struggling to get my partners ring size for a wedding band but werent ready to buy anything yet. Ricky at this location patiently and thoughtfully took the time to help us figure it out even knowing that we werent looking to make a purchase. Now I know that when the time comes to get our bands, well be taken care of here.

Be very careful when you go here. We were gonna buy three gemmed necklaces. The agent quoted $145 each initially, but had a price tag of $155 each. When bar code is scanned, it came out $175 each. When we asked about the descrepancy, they said that they don’t remember quoting $145 (which is a lie) and that $175 is the true price and all the other prices are there by misprinting... They were about to charge $175 each. We lost trust in this jeweler and we left without purchase. Be careful guys when you go in here.

Ive made several purchases at this location and the staff was always professional as well as friendly. I recommended this location to my daughter, and she also purchased several items as well. I will no doubt visit this location again!!

I went to Kay Jewelers last week to see about a necklace. However, salesman Kevin Copeland assisted me. We talked about the options I had to choose from if I didnt want to spend any cash right at that moment. A credit card was the option. As always, when applying for a credit card, they run your credit but i was ensured by him that IT WOULDNT. I received an email today that stated I had an added hard inquiry on my account. Moral of the story, Do not LIE to the customers. Dont tell me the opposite of what will really happen.

Sales staff told me they were giving me interest free financing for a year. Three months in I start getting charges that increase as my balance decreases. The credit card company claims they can’t make changes on their end, only the store can. Stay away.

I called this location to place an order on Dec 17th. I was told I could not place an order over the phone. I called the Kays at Sugarloaf Mills, they not only placed my order but gave me a discount. Today, Jan 2nd.. I called Kays at Perimeter Mall to check another order and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. I will not shop at this location again.

The individuals working at this location are exceptionally professional. Go in and visit with Dave, he knows exactly he’s doing.

I would definitely recommend visiting this store.
