American Mail Plus was very knowledgeable and responsive regarding an international shipment that was sent. They were accessible every step of the way and took ownership of each step. Excellent service!

This is the best place to send international shipments! They can ship via DHL, plus the owners are knowledgeable and detail oriented so you know your package will have the best chance of success at reaching its final destination. Very helpful and friendly service and the store is nice and clean.

Vic and Nina are the definition of how to run a small business. I recently moved 30 miles away and kept my mailbox there because they pay such close attention to my mail, in and out, and alert me when something important arrives. We used them to send packages internationally — which can be complex . They know what theyre doing and if theres an issue along the way, they go over and above to manage it. Cant say enough good things about American Mail Plus.

Very helpful staff, helped me with a strange covid-times notary issue. Masks were worn the whole time and I felt very comfortable in the space. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friend.

I’ve been to this location before and Ship a few pieces of clothing to China, without providing a tax ID number. Today I return to ship 3 pieces of clothing that can fin in a big size envelopeto China. I was greeted by the Indian guy, I asked him have DHL already pickup for the day and if they haven’t when will they pickup. His response to me was “I’m not the CEO of DHL I don’t know when or what time they pickup. I ignore the rude answer and proceeded to place my items on the scale, he then said he cannot ship 3 pieces of clothes to China without a tax ID number. I’m not a newbie, this isn’t my first shipment. You only need a tax ID when the items is over a certain amount around 2,000. I will never return 👎🏾👎🏾

Great independent mail and packing store. Store is very well kept and pleasant with a personal touch from the owners. Located in a very nice and affluent neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

Dropped a package for an international shipping on Monday and the recipient received the package today.. mmhhheeennn... Thats what you call speed. Something that was supposed to take a week!!! I had the pleasure of meeting Vik, the owner who wrapped a wedding gift beautifully for me today. I called the store and he told me to bring it in and he will do it for me. I left to run a few errands and he called shortly to tell me that my gift was wrapped and I can collect it. I was very touched by his kindness and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store for any of the services they offer. Great customer service!! I will be back!!

American Mail Plus is a great establishment where they are friendly and helpful! I called while being 5 minutes away at UPS where they were being rude, and the owners at American Mail Plus said to come over and figure everything out. I was in and out in 20 minutes and had all the information I needed to feel secure about my package. Please be sure to support this business if you’re ever in the Dunwoody area and can’t depend on this big brand companies.

A true joy with the customized service offered by Vik at American Mail Plus. I left a package for what I thought was a UPS pickup (Amazon return) only to find out today, that the package was not labeled correctly. Vik had taken the package and held back for me instead of it getting thrown out. They handle way more than just the shipping-even saving customers from getting scammed and going above and beyond with a great attitude.

At the time that the Patels purchased American Mail Plus, our family already had a large box (“suite”) there. From the very first, they have been nothing but gracious & kind. It has been most convenient that both of them are notaries public. The sending of gifts has been a breeze with their boxing, wrapping, & mailing. Doing business all these years with such a nice couple has been a great pleasure.

The customer service and shipping rates here were hands down the WORST I have ever experienced-- even worse than at the Dunwoody Post Office (and thats saying something!) Rates are ridiculously high! The woman was not only rude, but also wanted $4 for packages with prepaid labels. I shudder to think what they would charge me to actually go in and get a package without a prepaid label shipped! The Ups Store is much more friendly, helpful, reasonably priced, and accommodating. I am a Dunwoody native and am sad to see a place with such a lack of regard for its customers doing business in our town at all.

Horrible service after inquiring about packages that were dropped off. On 2 separate occasions, I dropped packages off to be shipped. One via USPS, the other UPS. Both were for 2 day shipping. 5 days after I dropped them off, still no record of them being picked up. I called and was told I was on my own after they were dropped off. I asked if they had any records to show these packages were picked up and was told by the owner, I should have my own records! I have the tracking slips but they said items were not picked up yet. If you want to make sure your packages actually get picked up and delivered, go somewhere else.

I use them for years as our medical practice mailing address and the Patels are wonderful and very kind. I like that I have a suite number rather than a box number. Always helpful and cheerful and willing to go the extra mile.

Weve been customers for 10+ years. The Patels are wonderful on-site owners ready to help with whatever needs you have. Its been a pleasure having them house our postal box and we continue to help our local business the way theyve helped us.

My dad has been using this place for over 20 years. These people are amazingly kind and generous. A few years ago when his car caught fire and exploded they literally GAVE him an older model Mercedes Benz with a KBB value of over $4,000! Later when I went over to thank them by giving them a wooden burl bowl that I had turned they tried to pay me for it, but I refused any payment. Not only that but they invited me to their daughters WEDDING! The wedding was kind of funny because the groom and the bride both had the same last name. Also, at the reception, a car across the street caught fire and burned up, much like my fathers car had. I swear I had nothing to do with either fire.

Such a wonderful place for all of your mailing needs. The owners are so nice and treat you like family!
