Met Dr.Sara for ear wax cleaning and she did the whole procedure with full patience and explaining the process step by step. I was very scared to get my wax removed, but Dr.Sara made the whole process easy and i was so happy while leaving the place. Definitely recommend this place for your ear needs :)

I have a problem with tinnitus. I had been seeing another audiologist for the problem. But, I stopped seeing this other doctor because they kept wanting to do hearing exams every time I went in and I wasnt really receiving any treatment for my tinnitus. To me that felt like they were just milking me for unnecessary tests. I chose Atlanta Hearing Associates because they specialized in tinnitus treatment (according to their website). I specifically told them that I had recently done multiple hearing tests and did not want to pay for yet another test. They said that would be fine if I brought in the results of my most recent test. So I made the appointment and brought in my results. When I met with the doctor she took my test results and then said that they needed to perform another hearing test for a comparison in order to determine if my hearing had worsened. I was a little frustrated by this for obvious reasons. But again, according to their website, they specialized in tinnitus treatment. So I agreed to proceed with the test in the hopes of some relief. After doing the test the doctor goes and prints out my results (which were identical to all of my previous tests) and brings me a folder with a referral to a different doctor who specializes in tinnitus relief. The doctor was nice and Im sure that they do great work for people with hearing aids. But why list yourself as a tinnitus specialist and then pass the buck to another doctor? Why insist on another hearing exam when I specified that I did not want that? Why waste my time? They could have just referred me to the other doctor in the first place. I had not planned on leaving a negative review but they sent me multiple requests for a review so... here ya go.

My family member needed assessment for hearing. From the time I called to make an appointment to the time we left our final appointment, we were treated with the utmost respect, care and patience. This office was AMAZING. Customer service is a dying art and the front desk associate Rhonda was so very kind to me and my family member. Dr. Sara was patient, explained everything so clearly to me and my elderly family member. She was great. I am so happy that I found this doctor and location. They were also very Covid- conscious which I appreciated. I left both appointments feeling so great that my family member was taken care of with patience.

Im a 69 yo retired physician and came in for a hearing evaluation. Scheduling was easy, quick and convenient. They followed appropriate COVID precautions, but I did not have to wait to be seen. The audiologist was very thorough and professional, and adjusted her explanations to a level appropriate for my experience and understanding. Ive had numerous hearing evaluations over my lifetime and I can say with absolute confidence, that this was the most thorough, detailed, and complete audiological exam that I have ever received. Great job!

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. The staff is so friendly. Dr. Sara is so sweet and amazing! She literally takes her time to perfect her craft and it’s just amazing how comfortable I was. I was nervous to go there but she is a great talker, listener, and it feels like you’re not even in a room with a doctor. They have a $30 per ear charge for ear wax removal and I think that’s amazing that they are so generous. I could not hear out of my ear because of the dry skin and wax buildup, but Dr. Sara took care of that quick. I can hear so well now and I’m definitely going to see her every few months. This place makes you feel like you’re at home and I believe the receptionist was Brandy, but she was so sweet and always was willing to help me find an appointment date and time. Please please please go here!!!! Literally I can’t say it enough! They will take care of you better than anyone!

The service here is above and beyond. When i showed up with VERY old hearing aids that just needed tuning, they were able to find the ancient software program and cable to make the adjustments. Although I will probably upgrade to a newer model, there was no high-pressure sales tactic to make that happen. Very professional.

The staff are caring and work well together. It was gratifying to find that I was/am in good hands after being with a recently retired Audiologist or over 12 years. Jodi did an excellent job with tests and data to enable me to qualify for a second cochlear implant for binaural benefits.

I love Dr. Jodi Seligman. She has been so helpful. She knows what I need. She speaks the truth about it. She is so very good at checking my hearing and telling me where I am with it and what I need to help me the most. I was sure I needed hearing aids but just didnt know where to start. I happened upon a review for Atlanta Hearing Associates and decided to give them a try. It was the best decision Ive ever made. Dr. Sara and her staff are very personable and friendly. They worked within my budget to get my hearing aids. I went to their office on a Friday to be tested and they ordered my hearing aids the same day. The next Friday I was fitted and cannot believe how much I had been missing!! I took my sister to Dr Mendez for hearing aids. She is severely hearing impaired. Dr.Mendez found the correct prescription for her and she cried when she could hear.

I went to the Dunwoody office and they were very pleasant. However, I wish I would have followed my gut and advocated for myself, They did not provide an accurate mold for my in ear monitors. I went in, with a guide sheet from Jh Audio that specifically outlined out how they needed the molds taken. When Ive had molds done in the past, they were left in for at least 10 minutes. This doctor left them in for all of 30 seconds. I was also give a little bite to ensure that I get the best fit. This practice of course did not. This is a $1,200 investment that unfortunately doesnt fit properly because of their negligence. My advice, just read the sheet and follow the guidlines. It may seem tedious but itll provide the absolute best experience for your patients.

I highly recommend Atlanta Hearing Associates in Dunwoody. They fitted me with Lyric invisible hearing aids. They are far better than my previous top-of-the-line BTE aids. Dr. Sara is knowledgeable, efficient and caring. The office is well run. They are also doing a nice job dealing with COVID restrictions.

I have been going to Atlanta Hearing for 7 years. While I have had 3 different doctors during that time, they all have been very good. I have different levels of hearing loss in different frequencies in each of my ears and they can fine tune my hearing aids to work with that. I also have 6 settings on my hearing aids that I can control. I had several options of hearing aids to choose from. So, though I would rather have my normal hearing back, I have become very used to and reliant on my hearing aids.

The staff there is great. Rhonda is always a friendly face and voice when she helps me and Dr. Jodi is fantastic! I am a hearing person that lost hearing over time and ultimately have a cochlear implant in the right side and a hearing aid (Resound) on the left. Dr Jodi is always able to help me!

My mother got her hearing aids and supporting services from the Dunwoody office. The staff is very responsive and professional. Very satisfied!

I appreciate Dr. Sarahs expertise, patience and working with my quirky issues. I did not feel she was trying to sell me something, but meet my needs and make sure the hearing aid I got was the best for my situation. I was not pushed to make a decision and given all the time I needed with a trial pair before deciding. Adjustments were made until I was satisfied. I dont even think about the fact that I am wearing them and the quality of my hearing seems normal to me.

Because the reception staff is so experienced, making an appointment is easy. Dr. Sara is generous with her time and she answered my many questions. This office sets the standard on what patient care should look like.

I found this place on Yelp when I was searching for ear wax removal. The business had great ratings and reviews, and this particular office was open on Saturday which worked with my schedule.I sent them a message via the website over the weekend to get more information about the ear wax removal process. Rhonda replied Monday via email answering any questions I had. I then made an appointment for 10:30am Saturday.I was running a little behind Saturday but they were understanding. When I got there I filled about 3 pages of information and then Dr. Jodi came and took me to the back. She was very nice and personable. She was telling me what we all already know, dont use a tips, lol. She then checked my ears. To my surprise my left ear was clear so she only did the process on my right ear. The amount of wax that she got from the ear wasnt much but at least it was gone.Its $30 per ear for the ear wax removal process. They dont take insurance but you do have the option to use your HSA to pay.

I moved to Atlanta Hearing Associates about a year ago mainly because they were closer to my home. I am so glad I did. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at the Dunwoody location. They are always on time and very efficient. I they always get me in when I need to be seen. I have seen all of the audiologists there and they are all wonderful. It’s great to that they even love to see my daughter when she has to tag along with me.

Hearing aids are a very personal thing. When you make the decision/commitment to buy them you must realize you are not just buying hardware/software. You are entering into a relationship with your audiologist, who will support you in your use of the devices. And thats why AHA is so good. Im not the worlds best patient, but AHA has been diligent in assuring that my hearing aids fit properly and provide the best possible hearing support. The regular visits ensure that the devices are working properly and the settings managed to accommodate my continually changing hearing profile.

Took my mother in as no other place so far had offer any financial assistance on hearing aids. They were very kind to my mother and very professional. Dr. Chelsea was patient and very good explaining next steps.

I honestly thought I was developing dementia before I came to Atlanta Hearing Associates. As it turns out, I had a mild- moderate hearing loss. Getting hearing aids was the best thing I could do and it greatly improved my cognition -- now I can hear again! I cant believe how much I was missing.I must admit, getting hearing aids can be a little overwhelming initially but Rita and Deb-- two of the audiologists-- helped me make this transition so much easier. Both are very professional and explained everything and let me ask my millions of questions. They both provided excellent customer service and went out of their way to ensure I got what I needed. Whenever I need an adjustment, I always get an appt very quickly. I wouldnt go any other place. Highly recommend.

AHA has always been accommodating.

When I entered the office I explained that I needed someone in network for my exams and my hearing aids...they told me that they were in network for both with United Health Care. I received my hearing aids and when I got my EOB from my insurance company it says I over paid the office by $500. I called and Carla explained that I chose a hearing aid that was not in not included in the network (a detail they left out when I chose them). Im due a $500 refund but I will have to take my hearing aids back to get any refunds. This has been a horrible experience and I would not recommend the office to ANYONE!

I have been a patient of Atlanta Hearing for 7 years and now it is time for a new pair of hearing aids. The service and responsiveness of everyone at Atlanta Hearing is why I will be purchasing my next pair from them. It has been a pleasure working with them.

I have a mild to moderate hearing loss compounded by hyperacusis, a heightened sensitivity to loud noises. The recommended hearing aids are intended to address both issues. They were easy to adjust to because I decided to get them before my familial hearing loss advances to a more severe condition, which would be more difficult to correct. The audiologists strongly suggested that I begin the process of addressing the problems now so as to avoid having to deal with more rapid deterioration and even more acute sensitivity as time passes. Fine tuning the levels of correction during the seven weeks that I have worn them has been and will be an ongoing process, which the audiologist is eager to work on with me. So far, so good!

There are not enough stars allowed for me to show how my experiences have been with this company. I was referred to them after I had a terrible two year experience with another company. What a difference! Everyone was polite and showed that they honestly cared about my hearing health. After the hear aides I acquired from the first company could never be made right, Atlanta Hearing gave me several options of new hearing aides and let me trial each one. I selected the one that was an astronomical leap over the ones I wasted money on from the old company. I could not be happier with my hearing and the service they continue to provide. I highly recommend them.

Ive gone to the Atlanta Hearing Associates location in Dunwoody twice now for ear wax removal. Appointment scheduling was easy, COVID precautions were excellent, and everyone in the office was super nice. Dr. Feigenbaum did a wonderful job and my ears feel great!
