They have always been a good place to get any glass needs done. From windshields to house windows and even mirrors. I have never had a problem with the folks there. The previous owners, when it was called Durango Glass, were great and we have used the place several times since it became Sun Glass and still have no complaints.

Ive had 2 replaced in 6 months. The first time was not a pleasant experience. This time, I shared my concern with the manager who listened and respectfully what she could commit to. I appreciated her honesty and am very pleased with the outcome this time!

Great customer service, more importantly they did my rear sliding glass window for $200 cheaper than Animas quoted me... plus they were able to get me a tinted one for no extra charge, All installed in less than 2 hours I was back picking up my truck. Im returning for sure to get a new windshield in our Denali next month.

Durango Glass had to order my window section from a glass company provider outside of the state of Colorado. As a result, there was a slight delay in the arrival of my section to the office of Durango Glass in Durango, CO. They provided me with this pertinent information about the delay. Once, my window section order did arrive in Durango. Durango Glass personnel delivered the window section, and promptly and efficiently installed it in my home with great results. I am satisfied with being a customer of Durango Glass.

Durango Glass provided prompt professional service. I called for glass replacement, and help opening a couple windows for my elderly mother. The window replacement was easy, but the stuck windows took some work, and the gentlemen did not give up until they were able to get the windows open. You can tell a lot from how someone treats elderly people, and Durango Glass was honest and professional. My mom was happy and appreciated them going above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely use them again for my glass needs!

Sun Glass did a super job repairing my screens. They offered me the best pricing options for both of my screens. They were also very friendly!

Durango Glass generously donated plastic play window glass for two windows at the Durango Cafe au Play!They also have installed a wall mirror for me at home, and made two replacement window screens. Everything was completed in a timely and excellent manner!

God awful company!! DO NOT do business with them. They do not run their business professionally what so ever and are very disrespectful and very rude towards their neighbors. Their is always broken glass everywhere in the streets that dogs walk on daily and they never do anything about it. Personally I have taken broken glass out of my dogs paw several times. Even after I have asked them several times to clean it up. They even went as far as kicking me out of their office because I would keep coming back to tell them that they still have yet to done anything about the broken glass.Avoid doing business with them.

Durango Glass really messed up our daughters car when they replaced her windshield, throwing away the Volvo certified parts so that rain & leaves washed in over the next months. The worst part was the managers rudeness & insults; he wouldnt acknowledge their mistake. The owner, however, apologized for the mgr & refunded the cost of the windshield after I took it up w the BBB. I give them 2*s since he made it right, but I wouldnt use them again.

I have picture frame glass cut here and they are fast (day of or next day), inexpensive, and helpful. For example, some framing shops do not sand the sharp edges of the glass, but Durango Glass does it without having to ask.
