No wait to be seated! We couldnt wait the times needed elsewhere, so when we found this popular take out place had dine in service, we were pleased. The dining room is large and tables pleasantly spaced. I ordered Eggs Benedict and they were just right.Parking is abundant and close in.Restrooms are taken care of.

On August 3,4,and 5th myself and my family ate here and the service was excellent… the staff made us feel like we at home… two excellent people I would love to let you know they are fabulous: Michelle the manager and especially Jazlin both are wonderful and deserve to be given HI FIVES for job well done

This is a nice little restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. They also have a large selection of doughnuts and pastries. There is a sit down portion of the restaurant plus a counter server section for order. The service was good and the people were very friendly.

Business friendly staff that was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and fast. Maybe a bit more expensive than average, but you get what you pay for. The food is definitely above average, with bigger than average portions. I got a breakfast burrito and it was delicious and definitely big enough. I would definitely go back. They also have fresh squeezed orange juice, very good! If you are wanting something sweet they can take care of that too. My donuts hit the spot!

Tasty mimosa and tasty breakfast. The coffee was perfect and had a good roast to where even just smelling it woke you up! Lol. I would definitely come back!

Its a cool coffee and donut stop.. unfortunately for us, there was only like 4 different type of donuts to choose from.. We tried the chorizo burrito and a chicken wrap. It was decent.

All day breakfast! We ordered the dough works breakfast Burrito it was so yummy! And we got an apple fritters. Would definitely stop here again when Im in Durango! We only got a pic of the fritter as we were famished! Lol

French toast is recommended. Cinnamon roll is too much fluff.

Delicious hearty breakfasts.I got the dough works burrito with eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, & cheddar cheese. I asked for the green chili stew on the side.Family got the omelette, steak, biscuits and gravy, french toast. Everything was delicious.Friendly service, too.Popular and busy, so dont expect to rush.

Great breakfast. The sweet potato skillet was superb. I changed it up a bit and ordered it with chorizo sausage instead of the bacon and it was great. Only down side was no one working wore masks.

My mom and I are sitting in the donut office thats what I call dunkin donuts... LoL! They messed up her sandwich not once twice... First gave her a avocado sandwich and then she got a sausage and egg sandwich THEN she took it back and again they messed it up!😡 frustrating! Look at the sandwich its flat! croissants are supposed to be fluffy!😠

We frequent this local establishment :-) Homer Simpson donuts are a favorite of the kids. I find their specialty coffees are well done and the staff is friendly. I recommend getting bagel sandwiches custom made as I find their pre-made sandwiches quite bland.

Durango dough works is really one of the best places to grab some breakfast. The location is a little out of the way, but the food is top-notch. The breakfast burritos are fantastic, and the donuts are sublime. Well often come all the way out here just to grab a half dozen donuts as a special treat. Cooked perfectly, very tasty, and a large selection. Cant say enough good things!

Great spot for a quick breakfast. Great doughnut selection, they even ask what filling you want if you get a filled doughnut, which is a cool add. The bagel sandwiches are hot and good, but pro tip, grab yourself a sauce to put on them for some added flavor. The americano is also good and comes really hot. Staff is friendly and they service each customer quickly.

We were seated at our table fairly quickly staff was friendly. We had Amanda, who was an awesome server, she was kind and quick :) We ordered chicken fried steak and the tuna melt. Both meals were delicious! We had a great experience overall, great donuts!

After being seated, we waited for 35 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. As we waited another 30 minutes without even receiving drinks (coffee and juices) we saw another table find a hair in their food and a payment/card mixup with a separate table. If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. I can’t speak for the quality of food. We left after sitting at the table for over an hour with no drinks, no food, and only seeing our waitress once at our table and once at the bar to cancel our order.

Stopped here for brunch on my way back to Arizona after a weekend of boarding at Purgatory, and it was amazing. Small hometown feel between the quick, friendly, and knowledgeable service to the delicious, generous portions of the plates. Definitely a spot I would recommend and go to again.I had the Egg breakfast with over-medium eggs, home fries, toast, and extra bacon. Cant go wrong with the staple, and the 3 others in my group loved the whole experience.

Got The Works breakfast burrito, it was quite bland. It was supposed to have green chile, but was either left out or so scant to be flavorless. Also got an apple fritter, that was completely without sign of apple, either in flavor or fruit form. So, pretty disappointed over all. Would not go back or recommend.

Great for quality food.

Only complaint is, we didnt know that we had to make reservations for 7+. Everyone had to wait at least 20 minutes. The staff was pretty good, seem to be short handed, so we didnt see them much. Food was excellent!

Absolutely the best sausage gravy Ive ever had. The chicken fried stake was fantastic. My wife ordered the Denver Omelet she said it was one of the best shes ever had. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This is our new go to when we come to Durango. Get them a try you wont be disappointed.

Inside is kind of chaos. I couldnt locate a line and people were just milling around, it was very loud. I had to leave before I could order any food, Ive heard its good so I was disappointed.

Fantastic! We stopped for breakfast, it was quite busy, however no waiting line. Staff extremely friendly food was very good, coffee was extremely powerful! So thick, you need to eat it with a fork! But very good.

We got there for lunch. We ordered and after after finishing lunch asked whats for dessert. Our waitress stated they only offer donuts and at this late hour it would be better to go up front and pick out what we want. A few minutes later she came back with a cinnamon bun. She stated this was the last item left and it was on her. We have never had such a wonderful, airy light pastry. They make everything themselves. Sooooo glad we do not live near them!!! So glad we tried them.

I wanted a triple chocolate donut. I made it very clear and it was repeated to me.I was given a chocolate frosted donut that wasnt even from the same section.They also were on the phone forever before taking my order. I was the only person getting donuts it would have taken 2 minutes to serve me but i waited for five before theyti my order. I will stick to city market from now on dont waste your time with this place.

GET THERE EARLY! My wife and I were driving through and decided to stop in for donuts around 11am. I got an Original Glazed (for the wife) and a Jelly for myself (as thats really all they had left.) I didnt realize how delicious it was going to be until we drove off and my wife demanded me to turn around and go back to get more! DELICIOUS!!!! Now I know why they sell out so fast!

I spent just under three weeks in Durango for work and went to Doughworks for the convenience as it was just down the street from my hotel.My experience was hit or miss. Some days the staff was friendly, the coffee was hot and the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito actually had chorizo in it and other days the staff was borderline rude, coffee luke warm and the chorizo and egg burrito had nothing in it but eggs.Several times I ordered the The Big Cinnamon Roll. It should just be named The Big Roll as there is a very minimal amount of cinnamon if any at all. See attached pictures. The only consistent product they had was the little containers of salsa and sour cream to put on the burritos.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. I got the country fried chicken and a biscuit with gravy- both were really good!

Excellent breakfast and amazing looking donuts. I had a quinoa skillet without eggs and crisp, thick bacon. The skillet came w spinach, avocado,black beans, tomatoes and quinoa. Husband had traditional egg breakfast. I also had an excellent Chai latte made w almond milk.

Not sure why the 5 star reviews, at least for us not 5 star worthy. Just an average breakfast.30 minute wait for a table. Then another 20 minute wait for a Carne Asada burrito that was 95% egg...remember the old Wendys commercial.... Wheres the beef...well that was the burrito. Maybe 5- 6 small pcs of meat. It was a fat burrito...just all egg.Eggs Benedict..nothing special. Just 2 English muffins, old sliced dry ham and canned sauce..We will go else where in the future. Nice selection of Donuts...we just werent there for a donut.

OMG, doughnuts are so good! We are from Michigan and love our doughnuts. These are crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. You can taste the real ingredients! Coffee is delish too. We’ll be back.

Came in and was greeted nicely stood in line and got my dz. the cashier was super nice and helpful. My grandmother who was at the cashier next to me told the clerk that she wanted to maybe do a dz but wasn’t sure yet. She ended up getting 10. The clerk rang her up and it was 18.60! I stopped her and said wait a half a dz is 8 bucks are you telling me 4 donuts cost 10 bucks? And if she got two more it would have only been 14? I said why didn’t you just tell my 77 year old grandmother to grab two more donuts! Worst customer service ever and she didn’t even care! I will stick to other local places!

Doughworks always has something new when I go! I usually just get grab and go donuts, Ive dined in as well and they have pretty good vegetarian options. A good choice when trying to grab something quick on the way to the mountain.

We got donuts here Monday and they were amazing!!! We decided to go back today before we leave town and they were not good at all. The cake donuts were so full of grease that they were crunchy. They were my favorite on Monday and fluffy and tasted amazing. Today I just cant get past the layer of grease they are leaving in my mouth and the lack of fluffiness they previously had. They may have had someone new making them today Im not sure but just a little too inconsistent for me.

Ate here for breakfast 2 days in a row. My kids all agreed the apple fritter was the best they’ve ever tasted. We tried all of the breakfast burrito flavors and loved them all! Very filling!!!
